Velo fraud. 1 week ago I transferred 7000 USD to my velo account, Velo balance shows that these money are on balance . But I can't use money, can't transfer, can't pay, can't take out. Can't do anything. Customer service doesn't make anything clear. Should I report fraud and sue velo and east west bank?

They said my account was frozen due to using a rooted phone. But I was using a pixel 2xl without root. Please fix the root checking algorithm!

This app has evolved a lot from the first time I used it last year. It has become more responsive and the developers keep adding new features with every release.

Do NOT ever use this app on rooted devices. They will immediately restrict your account upon login and force you to claim not to "pirate" again when you call the service hotline to reactivate your account.
