Veho is the delivery platform for several services I've used. I love the communication of package progress, accuracy, and follow-up survey to immediately address any issues - which I have not had in a greater than 2-year history with this service. Any time a provider uses Veho, I'm excited because I know the level of service to expect.

Very unreliable. They lost my Factor meal delivery therefore I lost my first delivery discount. Got text all morning saying it will be delivered that day then got the dreaded text saying they couldn't deliver it. I contacted them and gave me 2 different stories and I contacted Factor and they had a different story. First was package was damaged 2nd was package was lost and the information they gave Factor was they delivered to wrong address. I have a very easy address to, it's straight forward.

I don't like this service. Literally does nothing better than the other guys. You don't have any say over your delivery window, and they won't tell you it till the day of the delivery. Also there's basically no tracking. Only way this service would be worth it is if I could have some choice of delivery window, even if it's a 4 hour window. Let me choose to receive the package later in the day!

Terrible crashes all the time. Customer service less than helpful as all they do is copy and paste from a script. It's like talking to a wall. At least the company I use that uses VeHo is aware they suck and are actively looking for another service and a don't give a lot of push back on refunds when VeHo can't fulfill a delivery on time

Can't get anything to load. Can't track anything. It won't let me click the button to accept terms and conditions, so I cantget any further than just opening the app. Tried restarting the phone, uninstall and reinstall. Nothing. Do not reccomend

I installed this app because this service is used by Grove and so far the app just freezes, won't load any information, and just stays frozen. It won't search for the tracking number or show what tracking is associated with my phone number. I'll be deleting the app and I have no idea if I'll ever get my package.

Worst delivery service ever. The meal service company I am trying out, uses this service. I don't think I will keep the subscription because of this. The app lists the deliver window as 11:52am-3:52pm, and states that my order has been out for delivery since 10:52am. It is now 6pm and the customer service claims that the window was from since I contacted them at 5:27pm-12:39am! So you are supposed to wait all day for this pathetic shipping service to deliver your order.

The app is bad and the service is worse. I canceled my HelloFresh subscription entirely because of the incompetence of Veho. They never followed delivery instructions, would deliver to the wrong address, or most recently, claim they delivered my package when they had never even shown up with it. Every complaint was met with empty platitudes and indifference. Do not use this service, save yourself the headache.

Completely useless. I copy-and-pasted a tracking number into the app but it said they don't see anything with that number. My package is at a Veho facility according to the tracking web page. I immediately deleted the app, and I'll just use the tracking link my shipper gave me.

Delivery was awesome. However, navigating the app is complicated. I will have to call to make changes to my plan ie. Only once a month Delivery.

App is not showing an active tracking number which has been shipped by the shipper and is displayed on the veho website as a package in transit. App is showing an older delivery as having been completed... Current status not available and will not show tracking information even when tracking number is entered manually.

If you're downloading this app for food delievery services, you're better off canceling that delivery service. If you like having unreliable service where they deliever your food at 10pm after emailing you that it was rescheduled for the next day and all the food becomes uneatable from sitting in the heat overnight then they do nothing about it, this is the company for you!

App is horrible. Won't allow me to upload a photo, just spins and won't save selection. Delivery drivers don't follow instructions for delivery. Support refuses to help, just directs you to use non-functional tools in the app.

There are issues with packages being marked delivered, when they are not (or a drivers making mistakes) however, the customer support is very easy to reach and are pretty responsive. If only they were any good :/ I've never had issues with missing packages until Veho started delivering them

THIS COMPANY IS TRASH! I've never actually chose to use them for deliveries, but companies I buy items from use them as a third-party. Packages (perishable food items) are constantly never delivered on time, delivered to the wrong address entirely, and their drivers have given my building staff a hard time because they couldn't communicate. I had to add a new detail to the delivery instructions every week because there would be a different reason for a failed delivery every week.

Useless. App keeps crashing or freezing. I got a text to update delivery instructions for my order, but it won't let me do anything like that when I try to use the app. I've never heard of this company before and so far I'm not impressed. UPDATE: two weeks in a row my delivery for Factor foods did not show up. The text support texted me back 4 hours after my failed delivery. First week the person left my food on someone else's door step. Same thing this week however I never found the box.

My address is not the easiest to deliver to, but Amazon, UPS, and USPS have all figured it out with no issues. I have been trying for 2 days to work out instructions with the app to get my delivery. They respond to me and everything looks right in the app, but the driver is ignoring all helps I have given. I still haven't received my package and now the food is surely bad.

The app is useless. A retailer I've been using for years recently switched to them for all their deliveries & it's a nightmare right off the bat. The app doesn't do anything they claim it does besides just listing the deliveries they've been contracted to provide & that's not even accurate. I placed one order with the retailer, it got split up into 2 boxes, the 1st one arrived & shows up in the app but 2nd one does not show up & also was misdelivered. All attempts at contacting them are ignored.

1st delivery was missed, I tried to contact support to see why but there's no phone line only text. All they could say was they will attempt again and had no actual information. Later I had a very suspicious delivery saying the package was dropped off. I arrived home 4 hours later and there was no package. The proof of delivery photo and it was strikingly different from the usual photos. Very low res, zoomed in. Motion security system captured no movement. Scam delivery drivers and no support
