Seedtimes and harvest times appropriate only to a narrow band of US and somewhere in Europe. If you can't be bothered to provide settings to adjust for zones 3-9, all you really offer is a data base of companion and antagonistic plants. And THAT HAS AERIOUS ERRORS: carrot, dill, and fennel RUIN each other's flavor when planted near each other.

This looks as if it will be just what I need except I can't find where to change to my zone (warm temperate, southern hemisphere (au)). Will update review and purchase if I can do that. Update: as cannot change zone this is no good for me. Thanks anyway, Regards

I would have paid for the app, like most people, IF it included the option to change the zone to where we live. It is a good app otherwise. That part just didn't make sense though.

Immediately uninstalled as it cannot be used easily in the southern hemisphere. What a brain fart. Stuck telling me harvest times that are the opposite of the reality, and no settings for me to change it.

This app does exactly what I need - able to select the plants I want to grow and lay them out on a custom grid that shows the relative space they will take up. The feature that shows which plants like being next to others is so useful too!

The best app - only improvement would be to include more varieties and create more complex plot shapes and layouts, multiple beds. Would also be great to have more succession and relay planning capabilities

It looks like a nice app but it demands money shortly after opening before you know whether or not you're going to like it. Even then I was thinking about giving them money because they only want $2 but the way they asked for the money was by putting this on my screen "Switch to action price The complete variety of vegetables free!" Is that even English? I'm not quite sure what they're saying. If you can't proofread your own app I doubt you can make a good app so I'm going to uninstall.

Has lots of plants and information. Unfortunately, it doesn't take him consideration if you are in a different growing zone. It set at zone 6-8. It would be nice if it gave you an option to set your zone. Im in 9 So it's not incredibly different but it would be nice Just so you didn't have to Do all the conversion in your head.

Planter has a bug where after you dragged something and drop it disappears, but will still show the companion lines linking to outside the box. No way to delete the invisible item, no way to restart planter, and no way to create a new planter. Very frustrating. Poor planter UI. Uninstalled.

As a user it's not clear what the numbers are referring to on the planning page, seeds/rows?? example Pea 2x4 and then others have no numbers below. There are also blue boxes you can add in I am guessing these are for walkways?? But it isn't explained. A feature so you could open the info the veg when in the planning tab quick ref. A feature to filter by month on the planning tab and see exactly what stage each veg would be at sowing/harvest etc would be great. Needs more fruits.

I was really excited about this app, but once I started my excitement died real quick as I was building my list of vegetables for this season and when I got 6 veggies on the list I had to purchase the vegetable from them to put it on the list! I can't stand apps that force me to purchase stuff! I might have purchased the app or even some veggies any hoo waste of my time and the developers loss!

App is very basic. Paid for the upgrade (very cheap) Improvements needed for 5-Stars.... Would be better and worth more stars if developers added more fruit and veg types as there isn't a very large choice, also would be good to add different varieties of each fruit/veg type so that you can select the exact crop you are growing rather than just the generic type. In addition to that, would be good to add companion flowers too.

The app is a great idea as such, but the handling of the 2D garden planner is terrible. I tried to setup my garden patch, but then the positioning of each bed is cumbersome (it really needs that lock function if you do not constantly want to mess up). Scrolling is rather hard, zooming on a 27m x 17m patch is terrible (slow and often incorrectly recognized). Finally I wanted to put some plants onto the beds and it put the plants underneath the bed. A plant should never be hidden by the bed.

Its a good app for knowing what veggies go together but could use preset layouts and recommendations for what to plant next to eachother In layout

This app has been so very helpful with helping me plan out my garden this year and determining what plants grow best together!

Good App but, would like to set a zone. When planning your garden, it would be nice if you could color code veggies, so you are able to tell what is planted there when names are too small. Just a little more tweeking it would be a GREAT APP.

You can't really explore the app until you pay $2.99 only a little. It doesn't ask for a zip code or city for your zone. It's just a broad 3 or 4 month planting and harvesting. The garden plot planner is kinda cool I guess. I wouldn't purchase again though. It's not that good. There are better apps for planting vegetables that are free.

Really like the function and feel of the app. Would love to see a roadmap of planned changes from the dev since it has a paid tier. Would be nice to see: More plants in the list. It's pretty basic right now. The option to change growth zones And a place to store different soil measurements on the plot map. PH/Nitrogen levels. Or even just notes.

A decent app overall, but would benefit from some tune-ups. I like being able to customize the garden sizes and move things around, and have more than one garden layout at a time. It would be great to have the option to customize location or at least the hardiness zone to make the calendar more accurate for each user.
