My grandfather suggested this game to me to play with him while I am staying with him during covid. Perfect zombie out on the couch game to play while watching the news or tv. The only gripes I have with it is you cannot gift, or buy coins. Also I don't like how the only way to obtain gems(the premium currency) is from the treasure box. I feel like there should be more ways to obtain them without spending money. Same with charms. You can't join charm parties without paying(you guessed it) GEMS.

I love this game! I just wish the gem purchase program worked. It just keeps saying unable to load, preventing me from buying any gemsπ I have even uninstalled the game and it doesn't fix the problem. I sure wish I could buy some gems. Still the best game I have found, bar none!!

I love this game, and I have had this game for years, longer than any other one. The other day, I paid for gems, got a receipt of payment, but I still have not received my gems. I have emailed 6 times, and have been completely ignored. I wish someone would resolve this issue, and stop ignoring me. I do not want to dispute the charge, I just want what I paid for. 2x gem sale.

If you are playing this game on a mobile device with Wi-Fi, forget it. I installed this app on a brand new phone with more memory than I'll ever need, and it constantly stops working and crashes. And forget about ever trying to win any serious amount of money. I have never played a game of blackjack where the dealer 12 times in a row got a 20 and constantly beat my 18 or 19. Customer service is non existant. And ladies, lookout for the creeps looking for cyber sex. They are relentless.

The game itself is really fun. However it feels like you're truly in Vegas because he will be broke by the time you're done playing. I'm sure there's plenty of people that casually play it and don't spend a penny but you go through your little stash of money very quickly and the rewards are very small. So it's really hard to immerse yourself fully in the game without spending money. I do recommend you try it because it is fun, but make sure to walk away before you put your credit card in.

Great game with we could do more but whatever I only gave 3 stars because lately the game keeps kicking people out or it freezes up and you have to refresh or come out and come back in. Please fix this problem EVERYONE is complaining about. Oh and it doesn't matter if I'm on my phone or PC.

I like the game, but it can be really slow, it's lagging, then that's when you get f*****!!! I was playing a game of Texas Hold'em, I got to a profit of over 1M then the game kicked me off. I logged back into my profile, and I only had 50k!!! I tried to contact a employee but with internet based company's it can be hard to do that. I was never able to solve my problem, but I never actually spent real money on it, and if you do play on a real computer,because I was told that,that was my problem.

I joined this for Texas hold'em. Everything was fine until they decided that highest stake tables with 9 players should no longer have the option of "turbo". Those tables move so slowly now all the fun has gone out of playing. They have slots, roulette and other games but for 9 hand hold'em it is way too slow.

So I'm having a problem seeing ppl dance. It's now happening on any phone or tablet I use. But when I go to zone casino on my phone just not in the app.. I see people dancing just fine. But I don't ever use zone casino I use Vegas world I really need to know what's going on. The dancing and parties was my fav part. Once it's fixed ill change my rating back to 5 stars

I love VW. I've been playing on it for about 4 months now and only have a couple of issues. First, when playing Blackjack, when the hand is over, the cards are removed too fast. I like to see both hands to see what I did, especially if I become distracted. Second, how come the app isn't available for Amazon fire tablets?

Not having fun at all matter of fact when I'm trying to play the game I cannot get off the game to answer the phone because it won't let me. Sometimes I can restart the game five times and I got the spin three times because it keeps booting me off sometimes before I even get to spend sometimes you're on for a minute sometimes you're on for 20 seconds sometimes you're on for a minute 42 seconds crazy I'm going to have to boot it from my phone bye-bye

The app is not mobile optimized so the UI is barely usable. If you engage in the chat function, the keyboard and chat bar take up the entire screen so you miss the rest of what is going on around you. The good news is that because it's not mobile optimized, you can't go full screen and can't really see what is happening even when you're not trying to interact with the other players.

The kindest most giving casino game out there. I've tried them all. The graphics aren't the best but the games ARE THE FUNNEST, EASIEST HITTING free app out there. I really enjoy this game. My only complaint is the constant lag issues and occasional crashes. I'm hoping that today's update solves some of these. Edit: 10/16/23 For some unknown reason yesterday evening the game quit responding to everything. I have tried all the troubleshooting tools that I have used in the past and no luck. I can't even get to the login screen. I have spent a lot of money on this game and I am very tired of the lack of customer service and it doesn't work.

I've been playing Vegas World for many years now, used to be PC but recently downloaded on android. I love the game. I wish the mobile app had FRINGO bingo though! That was my favourite, otherwise a fun game, good for practice (I.e. to learn to play poker) free, no need for in game purchases. NO ADS! Which is reliving for todays day and age! I couldn't possibly have anything bad to say. Everything you could want from a free casino game. Furthermore, you can spend the coins you earn on your avi.

Played this site for years, used to be great, past year it just doesn't pay like it used to, somehow games are paying so much smaller on free spins so unless you have plenty of money to keep purchases gems it becomes very expensive ! When you purchase gems to gain charms to increase your coins nothing at all seems to pay any more, very disappointed.

I've been on VW for almost 6 years, and love all the games and features! I just hit a big problem with this newest upgrade, however. (Jan 2022) Jitterbug Smartphones will not work with this version, and once you install it there's no going back to the old one. When I don't have access to a PC, I have no way to play. Fantastic and fun game, but I sure hope they fix this issue soon. BEWARE... If you are on the older version and it works, don't install this Jan 2022 update on an android.
