Can't see who else is working on the shift. The new app is very slow. There was nothing wrong with the old app, just leave it the way it was

For an app that is replacing the current option, which is going away, this is missing several key things that I hope they add before long. Why is it so hard to make a decent functioning app for this software?

Application is terrible compared to old application. Can't search shifts easily. multiple people in different groups show up on schedule even though a specific group is chosen. There's no way to submit time off or overtime requests. Not user friendly.

Need to use this application for work and scheduling days and its doesn't even open up fully without crashing. Devs, please fix your app.

app is not the worst so far...doesnt seem to be a supervisor 2nd level or above section and I havent found a way to create timesheets from the app.....then again the app its replacing was a hot mess....now is you chance to make this a great app for everyone!

takes a little getting used to and where to find things but is really handy to use versus the basic app version. for approving, deleting, changing hours etc.

Useless App. This one is 10x worse then the one it is replacing. Every time I open the app there is a 50/50 chance it will not get past the loading screen. This has not been fixed with the latest app update on 8/15/25 that I was hoping would solve the problem. This company needs to stop releasing a half-baked app for this scheduling program.

not dependable, it will actually open like 1 in 5 times, other times just spinning logo to black screen. when it opens it's fine, I think it's easy to use. still have to use the older versions though. if I toggle between the 2 other vcs apps I have I can actually accomplish a 2 minute task
