The new update try to look pro but fail to do so. Constantly crash on Android 8.0.0, Samsung Experience 9, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Ever since I update to the new version, it crashed 3 out of 4 times. Even worse, it crashed just right after I inputed my OTP for QR Pay, need serious attention. The background is also very distracting, please allow no background wallpaper UI.

I'm unable to use this app or my online banking. I need to make payments but transactions are coming back as failed for reasons that make no sense such as ID doesn't match (I've had and used my current card for months with no issues).

The app stopped working when I was out and needed to pay for something and I could only use it again after entering my current 24 digit alphanumeric password and changing it to a new one! Anyone with a secure password is going to be able to do this when they are out!

Used to LOVE this app and always said it was one of the best! The new app is HORRIBLE so messy and UGLY. No idea why they would change a perfect app and make it horrible

App is extremely bad at transferring money quickly to Vietinbank, while I use OCB to transfer money here quickly, no problem. Your app keeps reporting system errors while still deducting my money, it's unacceptable, how can I be secure when transferring large amounts of money to Vietinbank later, huh? I suggest that you seriously reconsider this issue, because this is the nth time your app has had this happen. In short, your quick money transfer to Vietinbank is very, very bad. 👎

Worst App after updated. The letters are si small and smaller than the previous one, although I changethe font size to large. Unfriendly interface Some of the functions when access are lagging. Please return to the former one.

The new version (5.8.0) does not allow input chracters "]", "[" in password textbox. So I cant log into the app. Are you insane, vcb mobile app team? Do you know the term "backward compatible" ? Unbelievable !!! Update: I checked vcb mobile app for ios. It allow the characters.

The sharing balance notification feature is bugged. Can't type in recipient's phone number, unless pasting it from clipboard. Even then it still shows "error" when pressing Continue. Contacted support through 2 email addresses provided from VCB's hotline CS but no responses whatsoever and errors still persist.

As others stated, forcing users to disable accessibility for other apps is not acceptable. Remove this restriction again immediately. It makes many other apps completely unusable! Devs should know better than this... Absolutely not acceptable. UPDATE: It's almost one year later and this STILL is not fixed! It's unacceptable to force disabling accessibility for other apps like password managers or text-to-speech apps that help people, that's why it's called accessibility! FIX THIS NOW!

When I search transaction history: - I'm not able to search for just income or expense. I must search for all first, swipe down to load the whole before switching to tab Income/Expense => inconvenient - on tab All, your're providing "swipe to load more" feature, but when I swipe on the last data page, it show me empty list wih message: no transaction. How can I know it's the last page or not to stop swipping!!!. This case, the loaded list should still be visible => Bug
