The app is terrible 90% of the time trades never close at sl u can't close trades most of the times trades dissappear from open trades takes ages to appear again u lose out in alot because of this I have add manny trades close by them self's or like 3£ away from the tp or sl

Awsome but improve and do easy deposit and withdrawal and do more attractive UI and chart add trading view chart but more attractive like original trading view all feature improve horizontal and vertical mode and POA kyc is very tough MAKE IS EASY YOUR POA DOCUMENT IS NOT SUITABLE YOU SHOULD NEED ONLY FOR POA CERTIFICATE 1, PAN 2, AADHAAR CARD, 3 CHECK BOOK, AND 4, PHOTO IT'S ENOUGH DONE AND MAKE IT DEPOSIT WITHDRAWALS EASY GIVE UPI, P2P ALSO MAKE IT EASY. Worst trading app I see in my experience the app is very poor made when the high trading time like Newyork sessions the app lags and even not opening in 5g network I trade in dubai the network is very fast but the app doesn't open so what is the use.

customer service is less than useless. they couldn't get my account to link to mt4 and when I set a tp it for some reason updated the sl without me even changing it but customer service don't care. I even showed them the other trades and graphs as proof....they're not interested. Edit: they also close without notification on the app and then tell you it's advertised on the website rather than in the app. so all active trades jump to market value rendering stop loss pointless. Don't use these!!

App look great, user friendly, and easy to navigate, with a wide range of instruments. And it's a pity that such a great app is ruined by your IT infrastructure. Your bloody servers crash whenever you have any spike, doesn't matter how small, of volatility on market. And you, smarties, make it look like it's the user problem 😂😂😂. No, there is no problem with the user's internet connection, Vantage servers are the problem. Where do you have them, in the middle of the desert?

I am a new user on your app. While most of the available features are good and user friendly, closing orders is pretty cumbersome if you have multiple orders of different CFD and in different directions. Please include option to select & close both multiple & all open orders on one click. This feature is available on IForex trading app and can be well referred to for developing the requisite algorithm. Thank you in anticipation.

They are many rude customer service/ chat support teams until now, it is still on a pending status. if ever, please expedite the withdrawal process.are there any compensations for these inconveniences? Right now, I feel afraid, anxious and doubtful on my withdrawal concern. thank you

I set up my account on the vantage website then downloaded the app and it keeps saying they've detected my login password is weak I've changed it 5 times making it as complicated or as random as I can and still can't seem to login on the app but on the website despite changing my password I'm able to log in that's weird

Easy to deposit. And will give you difficult time to withdraw. One of the worst Useless support team. They only wants positive feedback yet the problem not solved. Not recommended

I will never again in my life use this app. Only God can tell me that Vantage isn't profiting from our losses. And don't even get me started on that spread. It will definitely work for you to lose, but hardly ever for gains. Market executions reverses the market, and because of spread, most if not all your sell/buy limits, sell stop/buy stop will not enter trade. I hate using Vantage as a broker.

SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT! This app is a scamming app. Once you make big profit in single trade. They will restrict your withdrawals saying you are doing high risk trades. They will seize your profits and you will loose your money. THEY SEIZED MY $10000 SAYING YOU DID HIGH RISK TRADES. Also the app lags a lot and you won't get real time data and you will loose because of it. MY SUGGESTION IS UNINSTALL THIS APP AND NEVER DEPOSIT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN IT. IF YOU ALTEADY HAVE MONEY WITHDRAW ASAP

Really frustrated with this app, delays when wanting to close a trade and notifications of server updates just shut everything down when your in the middle of a trade. Really bad customer support. Why can't updates of servers etc be provided as notifications in the actual app so you have time to plan? Wouldn't recommend..

Vantage app is a terrible app to trade. Very poor at peak periods you need to improve on it, you're a global broker except you have bad reception for people like us in less privileged countries.

Verrrrrryyyyyy sloooooooooow. Both app and websites have lots of technical issues. Please fix the stop loss and take profit issues first. It is not showing you proper SL TP values after placing. Web protrader is not showing realtime values.
