Completely useless, the application makes the whole process look seamless and you get initially approved in a matter of minutes, then you're told to head to a branch for "final activation", that's where the good old bureaucracy kicks in, they ask for documents that weren't stated in the app, and they start the whole process from scratch making the app completely pointless, then your application is declined with no explanations. Terrible experience and a waste of time. Would not recommend.

Very bad experience, I'm using the app since more than 2 years and I'm very disciplined and committed, even though they don't want to increase my limit and since more tgan a year they keep on telling me that it increases automatically. What a nonsense!!!

Can't login anymore, application just freezes. Support is literally useless they don't understand anything been trying to email them for the issue but they don't read my emails and just give robotic response.

The cashback promotions are not real, I used the cashback on a transaction following all the steps of using the cash back, after that I received that their is another cashback added to my account, I contacted the customer service to ask about the SMS sent and they told that the transaction withdrawed from the limit not the cashback, the customer service told me to send the SMS screenshots to the valU email address I did and till now didn't receive any logical response from yourside. Don't recom.

last update doesn't work, it always crash and give me Error code #2and asked me to change my default keyboard which was working fine with last version please roll back the last version it was at least stable until you able to solve your app problems later

Now it's 9 days since i faced the OTP problem and communicated with technical support and sent all required data and no action taken, the App is totally useless now

Changing شقلباظ process is really BAD! "Fainal activation" in branches gives you ( many minus marks --- ) in moneytory technology field! Why you've issued this application with ( all in one approach ) THEN you've changed its facility(s) to a lower stage !!!? and also; disconnecting cooperation with Telda card trans. - with nothing instead - is also very bad decision in business !!! Update: Doesn't work with GoBus

Very good application, makes your lifr easier. However, i have an issue with the designated credit limit, i was told it will increase with time, but it never did and there is no option to request a limit increase.

I believe there is a current bug with the software, whenever I open the application,it prompts for mobile number and password, I am unable to insert any data in the text boxes. Uninstalled the app, changed keyboard to default , still the same .

The ValU application doesn't work properly on the Realme series, I tried it on Realme 8 and Realme 11 Pro+, but it doesn't work on both devices, the login screen freezes so, I can not log in to my account. I sent the problem via email but it undelivered due to full inbox as shown in the undelivery email report.

I'm trying to make pay my due bill using my bank debit card and I can't find the option on the app. Also your whatsapp and phone support are completely useless and annoying

Very bad experience with this company after two years of activation and had credit limit suddenly my credit limit removed and want me for new activation !! Never deal with such fraud company again

It works now, thanks for your response. Notification inside the app doesn't show anything (blank), although it used to show the full message of notification sent outside the app

First of all .. your app is very useful and easy to use .. however, the option of early settlement is not working on the app.. From the experience of a customer .. this feature should be removed from the app until problem fixing is available to be deployed

I made the last update and i am trying to make an early settlement since then and same error appears. I can't do the payment partially or even all the amount?! Is there anything you can help me with..The IVR on ur hotline is very boring and couldn't find the correct assistance. Thanks in advance.

after the latest update, not working with error 3, incompatible with my note 9 android 10, the only app which doesn't work, my phone isn't rooted and all banking apps are working well! I hope you're able to resolve it! Video sent, no reply, you simply don't care!
