The location and top floor view are outstanding! The unit is the only one to have its own washer/dryer. Its quaint decor is homey and comfortable. Its proximity to the elevator is very convenient. We do our very best at keeping our unit clean and tidy.

this has been the best, informative and easiest app to use for all aspects. money, both gross and net. tax forms, owner holds and reasons not just owners for tax purposes. ie. maintenance.

Terrible experience with vacasa. Their staff are clueless and often times rude. They managed our properties for almost a year and were awful for the entire duration. I'll never use them or stay in their rentals again. In response to your response, they weren't happy to help us the first time so I'm not sure why it would be different now 😂

Nice location to Bethany Beach and yet doesn't have all the hustle and bustle of tourists. Great location for families, who can spread out over three levels, in a quiet community.

This unit is one of the best spots in the entire blue mountain arena. The best of both worlds short distance to all the action in the village and yet so peaceful overlooking the golf course and the pond the views are spectacular.

We love this villa! Short walk to the water. ADA ready. Bottom floor unit so no stairs... just a few steps from the parking lot. Recently remodeled and fully stocked! Such a peaceful retreat.

Thanks for the recent improvements to the app. Very helpful. I do have a request for an additional improvement to the app. I'd like to see the occupancy rating. It could be shown either on the gross rental amount graph or in the calendar on the reservation tab.

I've been with Vacasa since 2019 and Happy with the number of bookings I have received, the accounting, local manager and amazing maintenance staff. It's exciting when almost weekly I get a notification of a new booking. i also love the ease of booking for myself. I have also made referrals to friends that are owners.

We had the best vacation yet again! We loved it the first time, so visited again and it was even better! The condo is very clean and relaxing. The views from every room are amazing. The kitchen has all the things to cook great meals. Grounds are well maintained and pretty as well as a very clean building. It's also great to have a restaurant for drinks and food right on the beach! We love pickle ball & got to play on the courts. The best part is sunsets on the beach!! We will definitely be back!

My previous review (below) did not mention that I've received several notices that there is a new "rate comparison " tool. Try to find it. I couldnt. this app needs some work. most annoying is while reviewing holds, you cannot see what listing the hold is for.

Not worth the percentage they take. They are genuinely helpful with initially getting started but after that they are pretty much a pointless waste. You still have to completely manage your own property or pay someone else to do it. I've had to contact them three times with issues and every time I was met with slow or apathetic and unhelpful responses. I definitely do not recommend this service, just list it yourself.

The app itself isn't horrible, although there's plenty of things that tick me off, like subbing out to a browser for most reports. Vacasa itself sucks. Took them 6 weeks to get my property listed for rent, and 2 more weeks to get the first rental. The entire summer was lost. The rate is 30%, which is higher than average, but they tack on other charges. Really hard to make money that way. But it gets worse -- their cleaners are absolutely awful. Find someone else you'll thank me later.

kitchen is well stocked, lots of games, covered grill, the 2 bedrooms are on the main floor, there's a view from the hot tub, there are some necessary items provided in the restroom for when we forgot something, coffee provided for the first morning and other things, some spices are provided and cooking oil.
