Overall my experience with this app from last 5-6 years is good but just 1 issue what i am facing that i would like to highlight here that, is it possible we can get fast forward option while watching recorded videos. If this option is enabled or implement it should be great!! 😊👍

Most pathetic app having a big bug. One fine morning one finds that there is no recording for a particular day. One doesn't know what happened. In fact, camera date goes back to 1970 and there is no recording for the day one searches. There is no bulk delete button for cloud recording and it consumes hell of time deleting files one by one. This feature is kept intentionally to force subscribers to buy more storage, otherwise people would just del previous recording and will have storage aval.

The V380 PRO only shows a black screen. With this app I can see the stream but 1. slide controls for picture are BACKWARDS. Slide left-right and focus goes...right. Same for tilt, slide top-down and focus goes...down. 2. When open the app to watch something instead of accessing the live stream one have to click on adds that don't go off easily to pay for cloud service. I got this at first. Put a button to further cancel those annoying adds. Both issues are easy to fix and we'll have a better app

8.1 android mobile not able to view live and slowing in Connection with wifi. pls fix it as without live storage recording option. also add ftp path recording option. v380 for my 8.1 android last version work fine

It was a good app, for mainly seeing you security camera like a web camera. I was trying out their cloud service which seemed ok, and was planning to buy more cameras. But the ads now as so bad, sometimes I can't click past them. And the pro version seems the same. Will start to look elsewhere for a security camera app soon if it's not fixed. If I pay for cloud back up I do not want to click through ads.

After upgrading to the latest version the playbacks are lagging unlike the old version playbacka are continous and smooth. What is the use of this device if you can't use it properly for playback and security 🤦‍♀️

Worked at one time. Can no longer get the app to work. Camera does automatic set up ok. Tried multiple times to reset & re-register the app to be able to use it, even with different mailboxes, but no luck. Going to throw thus piece of s--t out and buy one that really works for the long term!!

Can only give it 3 stars because it only connects to camera and allow you to modify camera activity when connected to wi-fi. When you are using mobile data or LTE it will not allow you to connect. Just sits there working until you back out. 4-6-22 Downgraded to two stars. I purchased this camera originally for security. It should at least record on MY memory that is installed. I am so sick of "bait-n-switch" tactics of companies desperate to create an income stream.

I have had several of these cameras for about a year. All was great with the app and cloud service until about a month ago. The app update and now has ads. While not intrusive the addition of the ads has broken the cloud service. My cloud service says expired on 7/152021 but the apps ( and my payment history show) my cloud service does not expire until 8/5/2021. When it was working, somewhat, i could watch a few of the videos and then the app would crash. It was an everyday occurrance.

I am unable to get this app to work after spending HOURS yesterday and this morning. It just won't connect to my wifi (I have Comcast). I am great with technology and have never had an issue with connecting my other smart devices. I would really like to get this working though. it was expensive to just sit around and not be used!

Returning 2 cameras. It seemed to be a good idea to add home security, but the camera device would not load to the smart phone. The ON-OFF feature on the camera could not be moved to a different position so it could not accept the activate instruction. As the directions instructed we had it within two feet of the WiFi . Got it to work and am able to access it using mobile data however, after a few hours of working seamlessly with the alarm set with no audio, just have it light up by setting the light set to auto. It takes a screenshot when alarm is activated but no video unless you sign up at $2.95/ month with the damn cloud. I know it records it in the SD card but unless you sign up with the cloud you will not see the video. But after a few hours it goes offline and you have to turn it off and on to restart it

Edit: This app just gets worse and worse. Now subjects me to an ad I can't close for 5 seconds, then pops up another ad I have to close, displays yet a 3rd at at all times while using it. Would be tolerable if the app was more reliable, but it's not. About 1 in 3 or 4 times it simply hangs and I need to close it and re-open the app to monitor my camera. It's also gotten slower with more lag from real time, and more "reconnecting". Menus are poorly organized and written in Chinglish. For instance, there is an "arm" button, but pushing it disarms the alarm function. Hate that the new version pushes ads at me constantly, spams me with push notifications multiple times a day. Does seem more reliable than before, but now I hate it enough to consider uninstalling it and tossing camera.

Great video. However EVERY time you exit the app, you have to force it to close. UPDATE: It no longer connects when outside the WiFi. Other cameras that I have stream to my phone no problem. It also states that I have an update but fails after every attempt. Last update- since updating it opens all day looking without any reason. Only way to shut down is forcing it closed. Then 5 minutes later it is running in the tank bar. Uninstalled

the app disconnects from the WiFi often. I have to keep signing in before viewing. the use and controls are OK. the PTZ controls are very slow to respond and backwards on my phone. the audio and video are good. the app will not save recordings unless I pay for cloud storage. There is no phone app to desktop interface. there is no help available through the app.

The latest update moves several buttons to the same line as the search slider bar , on the recording replay screen making it harder to use. You have much more trouble locating a specific time on a recording, with a search bar now at about half its original size. Lets face it, you are trying to operate a remote camera on a small phone screen with your fingers. This was NOT a very good idea at all. You would also think that the spelling errors would have been corrected by now as well.

As I worked at learning to use this app it struck me repeatedly that if I’d turned in a piece of software like this for a university computer science course back about 1991 I would have been lucky to get a passing grade! It’s not surprising that the resolution sucks; what is shocking is that playback has no speed controls — no double-time, no fast forward, no rewind, no replay , indeed almost nothing to make it user-friendly. If you want an app that’s thirty years behind the times in terms of usefulness, this is a great choice, but if you want something that works like it was written in the twenty-first century, go elsewhere.
