Lots of bugs and crashes. Keyboard input won't work. It's very hard to upload. Please hire new IT personnel.

App is an additional work only for seafarer as There is no communication with the crewing team nor with mobilisation team . Only at the day of your flight your assignment will get updated in app.

the app is not syncing well i went to the office on july 22nd 2019 . they told me they were waiting for my confirmation and what not that i was scheduled to meet with them but on my side nothing showed no schedule. nothing. i asked if the guys from the first floor dont know.

This app is just like a scratch, you cannot update your profile and slow to response. All information you add here is not on real time. I dont know if they are reading our comment..

I cant upload profile photo. No place on this app to suggest types of vessel i want to embark. even the ex-crew cannot apply using this app. all we have to do is to wait and wait and wait when my assign vessel will appear.

the app not responding now and all other apps are running in good speed. while using this app total Internet speed is getting down. I don't know what's happening in this app. better you can give updates for this app and fix this issue please.

trying to open the app, not able to add email address, except date of birth, multiple times tried. App is not working, need tech support.

This app get more sluggish after several updates instead of getting better, For example Editing the next of kin details Sluggish Uploading certificates and vaccines Confirmation - sluggish Doesn't have any contact to the recruitment or crewing manager as per country. Hoping you will have an update for this.

I'm unable to register or create a account. I have tried multiple times even in different devices but it's still the same. This app is facing lots of crashes. Kindly look into it

App is too slow..... Need do some changes. Like in sea searvice if we put something wrong... Then we can not edit it again... It should be repaire in app. There should be option to edit again

Nothing about sign on and sign off is updated on this app. Nobody is bothered to update the schedule. Just one day before joining u will have to do all joining formalities and medicals . This app is totally useless for their seafarers unless the crewing office doesn't make proper use of it.

This app is good but Unable to upload some documents, it's always showing error and crashes all the time whenever I click on save or upload. Please fix this.

1.Don't have userfriendly interface. 2. Need to use only files no more than 2MB with extension .jpeg (.jpg files doesn't support) or .png only for attaching to document. 3. Must log in every time you open app. 4. It has good support.

This app is just a locker as of now , there is need for reviewing this app to make it communicable with crewing managers. If it is made two ways app by which crew can communicate with Office it will really be a sucess. As of now all communications are done over phone and then its updated over app after couple of days or more.

A good initiative. But needs a lot of improvement. Can't download our documents. When I try to download it says file downloaded successfully but after that error message appears, something went wrong. Try again. Even documents doesn't get updated after uploading via app. Pls v group develop this app to help seafarers communicate with the crewing office. As of now it is of no use to the seafarer.

1> Updating Contact details does not work, as the OTP never comes. 2> Even after uploading the documents, it does not reflect in the records. 3> Updating the date of availability must mean something, as of now it does not. apart from that there should be options to choose the type of ship you are available for. Apart from these Minor problems everything else works perfectly fine.
