This app is good but there are some issues in using. For example it doesn't have english language but has uzbek and it is not full too. And okay it has credit. But i couldn't use the credit section. I've tried so many times but nothing. And i had deleted this app. However i decided to install this app again. Please correct some issues and it will be geate. Thanks!

This app is poorly developed. There is no such thing as clear history. You tap 'x' but it won't clear. English language is not available. Variety of products are not many. Sometimes you only get two or one option. Decided to delete in 10 minutes after installed. Couldn't give more than 2.

I think it is the worst app ever. The app's payment system is terrible. I tried for 2 days to buy something, I tried every ways of payment, but my time was just wasted. I contacted with the operators through the Uzum bot but they couldn't help, they don't even know what the problem is, why the app payment system isn't working. They said they will solve the problem soon, but it has been 2 days, and the problem hasn't been solved yet.

Overall good, but apparently still has some major bugs, stumbled upon one. The app kept saying that I don't have an internet connection, so I couldn't really do anything, not even authorize using my number. Reinstalling the app solved the issue. Update: Actually, the issue kept appearing and at some point reinstalling the app stopped helping and it's impossible to use the app because the bug doesn't let you open the app.

Finding a products is quiet confusing, selecting pick up location is super messy. Worst is i didn't receive a refund for one of my orders. Support is ridicilous, there's no point in contacting them

That app helps me to get the stuff that I need. Because you can deal with purchasing items in a different number of months you prefer.Be careful while buying something inefficient. First, check the comments section below, and after ensuring that it is quality is great, buy them.

Texts are barely seen in the night mode. Always need to switch to light mode to properly see the information regarding the product. Updated the app several times but developers haven't fixed this issue yet...

Very bad online market. The worst quality. Dont use and buy from this app. They (uzum) took my money tried to sell me equipment that doesn't work properly and asked me to wait 20days. And the wost customer support.

Let's be honest, it's not that hard to add a dark theme, so please consider adding it. Sometimes, it is very annoying and inconvenient to use the app just because it does not have a dark mode feature.

There is no way to contact the "support" team. My deliveries are always late! If I want to change the dates, after hundreds of applications, it doesn't work!! Awful! At least fix bug issues.

Product status is not updated for 2 days already, and it's impossible to contact your support team. I wouldn't even call is "support", though, since there's no way to actually communicate and find out when and whether the products ordered are going to be delivered. Awful.

Uncomfortable to use, doesn't have a call center, when you have an issue about the delivery of the product you can't communicate with anybody. I ordered two times, samsung wireless earphones and in first time the order got canceled which I don't know why and second time it is not delivered yet..
