Assalomu alaykum, good design and nice feel, but when you are translating to Uzbek please be friendly.. like 'mahfiy so'z o'ylab top' it is not 'user friendly', some words sounds very rude, it's like a problem which could be easily solved just by editing...keep it up good job!!!

I used it until it asked me to update the app. I did update it, but when I tried to open it my phone immediately turned to lock mode, this happens every time I want to open the app. I believe the updated version has issues that affect my phone

This application is very useful) I found it helpful in many life situations. There are a lot of functions and useful features. Apelsin app always helps to solve banking deals rapidly fast) thanks to support team so much) they are always so kind and willing to help) Support team assisting in many questions and they it momentarily) I was really excited Thank you very much guys for your help. Great app! Full of functions and capabilities. I can firmly say that it is better than most of the financial apps available in Uzbekistan. Most definitely the best amongst local banking apps. And the support team is very helpful. Kudos to everyone involved in the development of this app! Keep up the great job! 👍

Worst payment app in the world after converting from Apelsin to Uzum Bank, Don't install it! It always stucks when you need urgent payment. It doesn't work. There are still same problems for 1 month. Developers do not care about their app anymore after convertion. If it is possible I could give it -5 stars!

I ordered 3 things yesterday, and it said that things were on the way being delivered. However, even now, it is 7.28 pm, and the warehouse or receiving point still hasn't informed me. Before it was better and everything was delivered in a day but not anymore.

Editing my previous review for Apelsin! Since you converted Apelsin into Uzum Pay, everything went upside down. I can't pay for my WiFi, neither sms-information is working even though it is connected. Bugs and errors everywhere. You must work on bettering the existing services instead of adding new and new ones making both a failure

The most horrible app I have ever seen. If the internet connection is lower outside the Tashkent city. This horrible app doesn't work at all. Maybe because my phone is S22 ultra , which is why. App can't hold the good and higher phones. Only cheap and lower phones can be sustained. Even I couldn't add nfc. Always crushing.

It was the best app when it wasn't converted into Uzum Pay, everything including transfers and other services went upside down. You should better be working on existing version of this app instead of creating new features that don't work properly. I want to switch my bank accounts to another app.

I enjoy using Apelsin (+plus design). I guess new version of the app is developed. It warned me to update the app to the latest version. I clicked on update button and it linked to the Google play. It shows last update was Feb 25, and available to open. I opened, however app showed need-to-update screen again. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Completely removed and installed. But, the app still can't be opened :///. Developers, can you let me know how to fix the current issue?

The app doesn't work properly. When I transfer sufficient amount of money what I wrote in input, the app says "insufficient funds". But there was no problem with money at that time. 2nd thing is when I charge my phone number via app, it again says "insufficient funds". Honestly, in the beginning, it seems like comfortable to work transfers in the app, but now another situation occured. I wish I hope theese bugs will fix in the recent future.

I like this app because of its functionality. I also used several apps which works in this way. But Apelsin app is easy to use and understand. If anyone is hesitating to use this app, I will advice this app. Yeah of course there is a little problems related to fingerprint (Android 9.1). But there are other options which are deeply thought (fast support, online booking, delivery service,...) Team, good luck!

Paying for the bus has been very awful lately. Today I installed the latest update but it only made it worse. Also for some reason after the update I lost my Cashback. What is happening to the app?

No way to use remote identification, it doesn't work while a friend who is expat also used it with full functionality with Kapital bank integration (I have Kapital bank integration as well). They told me expats can't use it with full functionality then... Then it is useless. I tried it once again after the last update and then this time even 'my saved cards' are removed after trying the identification process. The whole app is very buggy, doesn't look trustworthy. Who is writing these codes?!

Worst payment app! It is not even a mobile online banking app. You need to own card of Capitalbank for whatever you want to do. Otherwise you can't do anything. They also removed offline payments, so I'm going to uninstall it now. And you CANNOT make payment even 500UZS without SMS confirmation!
