App is great and easy to understand, but I limit my stars to three because it's very tricky to put on the address in the right way.

There is a problem to complete the registration without giving any details about it, and it has been taking months. This is useless, I'm closing my account.

Does everything that I need and luckily never had issues. I would like them to add a physical card but I understand that is not easy to implement.

I wanted to submit my user here because of the flexibility and prepaid card feature as the main intention. Now I see the banner that new accounts don't get any! I would appreciate an ETA for that to be restored. Thanks.

I used to love Utoppia. Actually, I recommend this app to many colleagues that have a foreign work. However, without the crypto counterpart, I am being abused in terms of commissions to move my money from USA to my country. PLEASE, FIX THE CRYPTO!

Insists my phone is insecure and won't run. It's completely stock just as I received it from the shop. Not rooted or modified in any way (Pocophone) Very lame. Get your act together

Best online bank , way better than WISE if you use only USD . They not gonna close your account for nothing or because you make a lot transfer etc.. I very recommend that app . We just need the physical card 🙏

So far, the app looks great. A heads up for anyone watching: as of today, they haven't added Venezuela as a country, so if you have a Venezuelan passport, you won't be able to register. I truly hope this is added soon, you have no idea how many of us are looking for an option just like this! Cheers :)

Bank looks good...Asks for basic documents upload..I got stuck as street no. doesn't take numerics strangely but alphatets will work...U can change letter..Chat function instant... Executive took seconds to explain.... Outstanding service, no dialling needed..Debit card is virtual MasterCard, Crypto etc all there..Will detail after any transaction, incoming, spending then etc happens..

Seems to have a lot of benefits but I found planty of bugs on the app, while creating the account, logging in and with 2fa. I will just wait until this get fixed. I don't feel comfortable putting my money here with these bugs.

I do like the app, but now, once the app upgraded it stopped working on my phone which is not rooted. Support sent me a generic reply thus far and would need more specific guidance on the issue because it says my phone is 'unsafe' without any specific parameters. I have a Moto Edge 30 pro. [Edit Review: App started working out of the blue again and support reached out, so kudos for them in being proactive.]

The app is very buggy regarding authentication. I couldn't use my phone to make transactions from the beginning, but I found a solution: using BlueStacks 5 (an Android emulator) in my PC, in order to do so. But with the last update, I'm not able to make transacciones with my phone, and neither with my computer. I was hoping improvements with this last update, but it was actually a step backwards. I truly like the app's concept, uses, UX/UI, the team.... so I hope the developers find a solution!!

A great wallet, sadly currently its not fully working because of synapse. I would like to have updates on the current status of the migration to a new provider
