I'm updating my review from four stars to five since the program seems to work better now. It doesn't seem to get stuck now or crash. Everything seems to work exactly as it should.

Very easy to use, but it has some issues. I did a test and my test was rejected because, supposedly, my phone doesn't allow the screen to be recorded. I think it is the app malfunctioning. I tested the settings before the test started and they were OK. I do tests on the phone with other companies and they have never come up with such an excuse for not looking at themselves. Beyond that, the file takes some long minutes to upload. Fix, because doing a test for money and receiving none is nothing I want to happen again.

It's ironic to me that an app about testing apps and websites is so terrible itself. The website is great, but the app constantly crashes and it's so rare for me to successfully do a test on my phone

It's good to find bugs and mistakes so they can be fixed and improved. The platform is very clear and user friendly.

I haven't had to use the app that much since signing up with Userlytics but when I have used it, it's been a breeze. everything is cut and dry. never had an issue.

I just downloaded this app and whenever I allow all permissions and hit continue I just get kicked out immediately. I'm not sure if anyone else encountered the same issue. Also this was my first survey through the app.

This app works properly and I am satisfied with it. Unfortunately for the company, After completing a $5 survey on my computer the survey said that I had abandoned it. But before that I had just received a message saying that the survey was completed. I don't appreciate their conflicting information. I just wasted time that i can't get back.

I keep having to uninstall then reinstall the app after every test I take because it gives me an error message, which is inconvenient. Otherwise, the app operates properly during tests. Update on 9/7/2024: Userlytics fixed the issues I was previously having, so now I don't need to reinstall or re-login to the app after every test.

The app just isn't working. It shows no test invitations nor any of the dashboard info, even though I can see everything on the website. When I get an invite and launch from the website it then leads me to the app which either loads for a long time or shows me nothing on the screen after it's done loading. An update is definitely needed, because this has been going on for quite a while now.

I've been using this for about a month but most tests that show up as both pc and mobile cannot be accessed through mobile and am forced to do it on the PC. Don't understand why tests are offered for both if I can't continue on mobile and won't let me do anything in the test list. Useful for keeping track of my compensation but pretty useless apart from that. Suggest fixing this issue or not allowing desktop only tests to come through.

I don't recall ads shown in the app! The app is clean-works as expected, eg, task button doesn't disappear mid test, voiding my work [countless times on a diff UX app]. I 'trust' this app - I had a problem uploading once- clear instructions to manually locate and send my work to userlytics were given, & userlytics emailed to help resolve /salvage my work if needed. I'm confident my effort is valued- & won't be lost if a future faulty transmission. Unlike a popular but v. buggy ux mobile app....

The app seems to work well while taking tests/surveys but has failed every time in converting and uploading the completed tests which is necessary to get credit and get paid. So far, I'm down about an hour of testing time and payout for two tests and another hour messing with uploading files for them to check. I have a new Android phone running the latest version of the os and plenty of memory and storage. Zero support from company after almost 2 weeks. Update: things are working now, got paid.

Great app and kind of a fun and different way of giving feedback verbally. I was nervous at first but it's kind of fun speaking my thoughts. The only reason I gave it a 4 is that the tests go incredibly fast like within minutes. You have a very short window to get your response in to participate before it fills up. Otherwise the program and the app are great!

Terrible app. Test invites don't load. Multiple times I've was instructed to paste a code into the app feature to take a test I qualify for and when I tap the "continue" button it says it's "checking" and nothing happens. And if I'm directed to the app for a test, it never works. It's basically a blank app with no working features. I've updated it, I've even gotten a brand new phone and it doesn't work. Period. I haven't had a test get completed on here since, I can't say because it never loads

App does not work properly. It either doesn't load anything or doesn't show current tests available. The website works fine & is easy to use. I've had an account since 2023 and have only been able to complete 3 tests. Once they become available you have to answer a few questions to see if you qualify. Not sure how you can never qualify for even a single test. I wish they would fix it but as is its not worth the time
