How the App Works-
Create an Account - The first step is to Log in to the app and complete the account creation process & add and verify your phone number.
Emergency Pin - Set an emergency pin to deactivate the SOS code. Add contacts to request help from in an unsafe situation.
Set up Profile - Setup your profile and you are all set to monitor safety tracking.
Features:
Follow Me - Feel secure by allowing your selected contacts to track the journeys and notify them when you arrive and reach your destination safely. Activate the follow me feature to let the contacts know where you are going and they can keep a virtual track of your live location with the GPS tracking on their phones.
Safety Checks✅ - Trigger safety checks when you arrive or leave a certain location. Enter the pin periodically to let your contacts know that you are safe.
Live Streaming📹 - Notify your loved ones, family members or someone from emergency contacts instantly, with the live audio and video streaming to monitor unsafe or uncomfortable situations. The camera will begin streaming live video to your contacts, so they can have a live visual of the happenings around you.
Fake Calls📞 - Schedule and ring with a fake phone call, for when you need to make an excuse or get out of a dangerous or threatening situation. You can even customize the caller and trigger it using the code word.
Emergency SOS Alert - Activate the SOS mode and quickly alert your contacts and 911 if you experience any discomfort or stress. Your contacts and 911 will be called immediately.
Voice Activation 📢 - Hands-free voice-activated feature in case of situations where you can’t publicly use or touch your phones, enable the SOS mode with your voice. No need to press the button to operate in case of difficult situations.
Nearest Locations - Get the information of the nearest police stations, hospitals and fire departments.
Geo-located 911 - App integrated with public safety agencies in over 240 countries and territories for worldwide security that does not require any cellular data.

Privacy Policy
- Personal information like name, address, location, phone number, email address is collected discreetly and secured by Ursafe Technologies.
- If you are a minor less than 13 years old, please do not register for UrSafe Technologies Services or provide any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from such a minor, we will delete that information.
- To prevent abuse, UrSafe Technologies will notify the user when (s)he is being located by another user.

Although I have not used it yet But facing one issue with new version, whenever I am Trying to open any weblink , ur safe option is coming at first place even when the url have no link with ur safe Please resolve it or suggest solution, else will have to uninstall it

Works as expected. Had to get link from support for this one. One found in play store when I searched didn't work.

I would have done all 5 stars, that was until I found out you must pay to stay safe. I know you must make money some how, but for an app that is meant to keep people safe, is ridiculous. If I created this app, all features would be free to use. Guess we're making money off people's safety now. Do better.

Awesome app! Love it for hiking, mountain biking and running. I especially like the follow me feature and the key word to activate SOS. I feel a lot safer with this app.

My husband and I have the same phone and service. His app downloaded with no problem. 6 hours later I still can't get it to send me the code to complete my sign up. 50/50 possibly is not good odds when you need to locate your loved ones. 👎😕

pretty good. some suggestions? add an sos widget with the 3 second hold to activate which would save a keypress... and for the pin, if someone is being held against their will, have another pin to stealthily advise their contact of that.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP ON YOUR PHONE. After installing the app I couldn't use any other app on my phone apart from the linked apps this uses, phone , contacts, camera. It wouldn't even let me uninstall it either.

I have installed the application in May 2023 from safe place location in which I was resident shelter. I had emergency in the month June 2023, I was alone. I utilized my personal cell phone calling app and was unable to complete the call for to no location notice on attempt to dial emergency dispatch. I did not utilize the UR Safe application. I thank you for application and hope I am able to obtain device that can support your resources. 7/21/23-uninstslled it blew out antenna in house.

In the play store description of this application it clearly says the premium version is free for 7 days then $149.00 a month! But in the application itself when you.srt up your new account it says "get premium version for just $4.99 a month!" So which is it #1 and #2 just trying to see if you can sneak that one by people or have I misread something here? If I did, I will be the first to apologize and admit it...I just don't know which it is.

I couldn't find the app on Google Play from my phone, had to download from chrome on desktop. When using safe word, the phone had 911 auto-populate but it did not dial automatically. Everything else worked as expected.

App glitches and becomes unusable if location sharing is not initially permitted. The screen starts flashing rapidly while an error message pops up no matter how many times you exit. I do not trust any app with my location 24/7 and had been hoping to turn on location services only while travelling, and as a result this app does not meet my use case. Even if I did trust it with my location 24/7, it is now in an unusable state.

Initially I thought this app was really good on installing it for my wife with it's relatively easy setup but It keeps on saying there are connection problems with her phone so loses her location and doesn't track her after that. Please can you advise how to fix this or fix the application otherwise we will have to use another personal safety application sadly. Thanks for any help you can give. Will do another review with better star rating if this is fixed!

Persistent glitches where app thinks I'm not a premium subscriber so can't access functionality I've paid for. Happened three times now, so cancelled subscription and uninstalling. Will find alternative. Worked OK the times when it wanted to.

I am very frustrated! I have paid for the premium plan, but an only getting the basic plan on my app, yet it shows right on my profile that I'm premium! Ugh! I NEED this voice activated premium feature right now!!!! No contact info for customer service???? How can this keep you safe if the features don't work???

Really love the app. I'm a delivery driver, so it's helpful to have an app just in case something goes wrong. Going to various neighborhoods that I'm not familiar with sometimes makes me a bit uneasy. The app allows a follow me feature, in case I'm feeling that I could be in a potentially dangerous environments, where it text my set emergency contacts a link of my location in increments of time I set (every 2 minutes, every 5 minutes, etc.). There is a Safe Word feature I like that allows me to set a unique phrase that's not common in conversation, that can't be easily recognized as me calling for help, that immediately activates the SOS feature that notifies my loved ones of my location (via text), starts a video live stream (set emergency contacts are sent a text with a link to view the video live stream), repeats my name, location and contact information out loud, which to me is equivalent to screaming for help, giving those around me vital information to assist me, it then dials authorities and has a feature set to actually call authorities automatically if you set the safe word. In our society with this new gig economy where so many gig drivers are being injured, murdered, raped, stalked, this is very helpful. This definitely gives me a piece of mind, for myself, and also for my younger siblings that go out and about in newer environments and my elders, who are elderly and suffer from dementia, and end up in random environments and need love ones to know that they are where they should be, and are safe.

I am a 911 operator and tested the 911 calling feature PLEASE DO NOT TEST YOURSELF! I am giving the app one star for not explaining this better. If you have it set to auto call emergency services it will announce "calling 911". In certain unsafe situations this may not be wise. Turning off automatic call, SOS opens your phone dialer with 911 already dialed, you just have to hit send. If you need to contact 911 silently, text to 911 may be a better option, check availability in your area.

I've used this app for several years, but it is majorly glitching right now. When I access a Zoom link, it goes to this app. I have Zoom calls every day and can't afford any blocks to Zoom. I paid for a subscription because I am traveling in Malaysia, but I have deleted the app for the third and final time. Too bad because URSafe worked great since I originally subscribed in 2021, but I can't keep fighting it. If you fix the glitches, I may reconsider, but not with these issues.
