(Transfast) International transfer VARY BAD. Service is currently unavailable,, please try again later....!!!! if coming OTP then also showing this.... always....I UPDATE APPS AND I talking to customer care he also not solve this one

The app is asking "City and Bank" details when i want to send money through money gram to a beneficiary to which i am sending money since 8 or 9 months. And these drop down menu do not work at all. When you save it displays an error and it doesn't proceed. Since i am here for a complain i will give it 2 stars. Otherwise the app is very good, have not faced any issues since 8 or 9 months of use. I will improve the stars when the issue is resolved. Thanks

Not happy with International remittance . I put money to send but when sending OTP the apps keeps closing and l need to re start again and again. Why like this? This apps can't be use for emergency situation.

Constantly fails to charge the wallet with "service unavailable" or when it does finally charge, the 3d secure takes a REALLY long time to finish. I regret getting the signature card.

I have sent money fir the past three days and it still not delivered. I have sent countless messages to their email but no positive response why. Like I said I have sent more than enough messages to your email but nothing to show for it.

worst services ever!! Without any reason they did my wallet inactive. 3times call customer care provide all information. still same!! once i depisited it was successfull. If inactive account should not allow to deposit. Very bad experience to use this apps. Even cann't open complain ticket from apps!!

Very bad service don't trust them.. For the any reasons if your wallet inactive you call them you create ticket do anything but they don't response you.. Be aware this is the difference between bank and online third party application.. I already call this number. They just telling me soon we solve this but they can't worst service urpay

The new update is soo bad.. Its not working i have an s24 ultra and every time i login when it gets to the otp step the app just turns off on its own.. I uninstall and reinstalled 10 times and same thing i have to open my tablet everytime i need to use the app.

I made an international Transaction on 30th of June and still yet not received customer support is very poor as they always have this robotic answer that have to wait for 5 days but still no response yet they have not resolved the issue. Very disappointed. Already emailed on your customer support email as well.

[Update: 01-May-2024] Still waiting for the issue to be resolved. My kid used his physical card just yesterday but sadly I still didn't get any notification via the Urpay app or SMS even. [Original review] The Family Wallets is a great new feature but sadly its Parental Notification feature to get updates on your kid's activites is not working and so I am not getting any notification when my kids use their wallet account or card. Please fix this issue for a 5 star rating :)

Bad experience very bad service. Almost one month to get my money back to my account and unprofessional people, I don't recommend anyone to join this kind of app they are useless and there only doing time pass never trust them, Today calling call center there saying will raise new complaint and that will be start after eid holiday if you can't manage your customers transaction stop the app, very very bad.

The app is good when it works, but like all alrajhi services, sometimes they stop working without any reasons. Sometimes, login service becomes unavailable, and consequently, it removes the device from the linked account, which means you need to wait until the service is up again and re-add your account 😱

The app is having some issues. Many times, I have tried to make an international transfer, but the app got closed right beofre the entering of OTP to confirm the transfer. Kindly look into it and resolve this issue.

Hello sir.. For the past few months I love your apps because it's so easy to send money to the Philippines but this month I'm so sad because I tried many times to transfer money in the Philippines but the last page for confirming the transfer it always disappearing.. and I called the helpline but they just keep repeating the same solution that they are saying to fix it but they are not fixing it.. so I deciy to uninstall it.. but after I uninstalled it it didn't work.. please 🥺fix it

I used it many times for international money transfers, it is slow and may usually take up to 4 working days (excluding saturdays & fridays) for the money to be delivered to the recipient bank account. That's why i don't recommend it in international money transfer. Pluse, no option to cancel your transfer so you have to call the customer service.

It's useless for me when its services runs based on ID validity! and you can't fund the wallet with mobile credit transfer. Technology is meant to help human and ease life. This App has the opposite side. Any App that similar in principle is useless. If I have a bank account then I can use the bank services straight forward. So such Apps are again useless and to fool people. It has no unique services at least about the two points which I mentioned. I've uninstalled it. Wasted my time.

Local transfer is good, but international transfer, I think you guys need to do better. For more than 3 days now, I can not cancel my transfer that is still pending even when the app is updated. This is really annoying and frustrating. You said 3 business days. This more than expected. Kindly cancel my transfer because I have tried every means t do but is not working.

- It was the worst experience ever. - They couldn't deposit my local transfer except after more than 30 days and 2 requests, each took 5 working days. - International transfer didn't reach the receiving bank. The reference number is wrong in the application. I had to cancel the whole transfer, and guess what! It will take them 10 working days to refund me!

Good service but it has a bug when you want to recharge the balance, it will stay loading for very long then just throw an error code and not give you the credit, and you will be wondering wheres your money gone because your bank will send you a confirmation for deduct amount, it will take very long for it to actually appear and use and that isn't convenient at all, this issue has been going on for at least 3 months and its still hasn't been solved.
