In recent days my experience is pathetic with this scam organisation UC. No control on end service professional, poor quality service, super costly spares. The same quality spare is easily available in local market at much cheaper cost. The frustration part is service personals are empowered enough to cancell scheduled job at any time without even intimating the client. The top most painpoint is, they don't have any escalation system, it's all AI bassed chat agent. Not recommended at all. !!

There is oneajor bug that is going on in my phone ... The home screen is not visible... When you click at random places the concerned page opens but the landing page is not visible... I don't know if thisbis happening with just me or not... But please look into it if it's a bug... Overall the services are excellent

UC has an tech glitch bug always if our internet is properly connected or we are on wifi still it comes as not internet connection takes much time to connect on chat. Also sometimes if any technitian is trying to call customer call didn't connect due to UC tech glitch bug this happens always as per my conversation with UC technitian There should be an customer care helpline number for any service but still UC is not bothered to set this that's is why I don't trust booking any service from UC

While the Professionals have so far been great.. the company tends to overbook them meaning they are likely to come up to half hour before the booking itself. I requested a booking and was told the cleaner arrived early, waited and left 5 minutes before my actual booking. No doorbell was rung, not entirely sure why... and after speaking to customer service they said it is in our policy that professionals may arrive early. I read through the T&Cs, there is no such policy.

Customer service sucks. Tried contacting through chat, couldn't get through. Got a message saying that someone will call me but no one did. Finally a chat opened more than SIXTEEN HOURS later. Then when i didn't reply within a couple of mins they closed the ticket. Tried to open it again, several hours later had a quick discussion with the agent then they closed the ticket without answering my question. Agent name Nassrin Nasir Ali. Absolutely terrible experience.

I am editing my review The app is even worse now They just cancel booking according to their convenience. The company should allot some other professional. They cancel it at the last moment. We as customers make necessary arrangements and schedule our day but these people are least bothered. Waste app, waste tech and utter waste customer service. Help and support tab in the app is also useless very very disappointed

Removing all biz concerns. Worst app of the year! Maybe it's time to check if the product team is really capable or if they are slacking around. Every exceptional flow that I faced was riddled with conflicting information and errors. Very poor experience! If you need convenience and peace of mind, best to use a local guy through mobile or WhatsApp. This app has probably not been tested in ages. Unless you want to hire me or have no idea how to test a mobile app, please don't ask me to reach out.

Booked pest control for my home. 1st service done and the follow up has to happen after 10 days and the booking for auto cancelled by the app. Not able to reach to customer care on this issue. The help and support feature on app would not let me reach the customer agent at all and my query or concern is unanswered. Pathetic experience

App and system has been giving me error messages for a week, cannot get hold of anyone to cancel my scheduled service. When I emailed, they replied that I have to log in and submit a request to cancel even after I explained the system is not working.

Totally fraud URBAN COMPANY. I booked a service from them and for a single service they deducted payment two times from my credit card. There's application has already taken all the details of my credit card and then after payment I was sure that now I'll get service. I got the service but later I found they deducted service charge twice from my credit card, same amount same day. Now the team is not responding and even not refunding my amount. Fraudulent company = Urban company

I was servicing my window AC myself for the past 4 years, and it was working great. This year, I blame myself for opting this app, in an anticipation of professional service. Service guys were nothing more than glorified pressure washers, all they did was open the unit and pressure wash it. Told me that coolant refill will be required by next year, something fishy they did to my coolant unit.My AC no longer cools, makes a lot of noise,electricity bill hitting the roof, I've been duped.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with an AC service technician. The technician's lack of professionalism and poor service were evident throughout the visit. The technician was rude and dismissive, he left a mess behind, not bothering to clean up after completing the work. Additionally, he damaged our table, leaving a hole in it. I would not recommend the services provided by urbanclap.

Over the years the quality of delivery has reduced. If the work completed is satisfactory then it is fine. And if the work is not done up to mark then there is no customer support service. There is a bot which goes into a loop if you have a new type of complaint. You can't reach out to company support over phone and they don't reply on email.

I m unable to access the classic experience and it only.shows prime and luxe for me. I don't really want those. Request you to help me get the classic one back on my app.you had arranged to provide me classic services but in a few days you discontinued it .when all my friends are able to get classic services then why not me .if you want to stop it then stop for all .your help services are also horrible. They answer without understanding the problem. Not satisfied.

Worst experience with them. I Booked a service but the person did not show up. The partner wasn't even responding to the calls and eventually I had to cancel the booking. Do not rely on them, they have the worst customer service and support. My time and efforts everything got wasted and it felt like I made a mistake Booking a service with them. Never using this app again and would never recommend this worst app to anyone.

I have had the most disappointing experience with Urban Company. Booked the weekly bathroom cleaning service twice. Their professionals never turn up. I have had every single service rescheduled, sometimes 2-3 times. To make matters worse it's ridiculously hard to reach a human customer service agent. Most of the help options take you to a chat bot which won't solve your problem. UC takes the payment upfront and then doesn't deliver the service. A big headache to use rather than a help!

Very poor experience, I booked a monthly plan for four services and it's been a month now only 1 service happened. Everytime it gets scheduled and everytime for some personal reason the appointment gets rescheduled. Please do not use this app if you need any urgent service, use only if you have time to wait months to get anything done.

Never recommend anyone to work with them. Always trying to work with them. Always mistakes and always playing smart. They never cared for the customer satisfaction hiding behind the rules of their system. Many problems in all their services.. but the last is when I booked my monthly cleaning subscription and they wanted to renew before completing the month saying that our system renews automatically. This is what we call professional stealing. Bravo !! Never forget their unprofessional staff !!

Something went wrong. Is the message when I click on many appliances under appliance repair menu. Some of them show service is not available in your area which is a valid message but all others show something went wrong. Couldn't find any helpline to call to report the issue either.

The professional she's great, 5 stars for her. But the app is annoying,I can't book the pro i want even in advance because it shows only one week. It doesn't even give me a list of professionals to choose from. I keep getting calls for monthly subscription & they tell me I can book the person I want, of course I didn't fall for that because it gives the same problem
