The company only In favor of customer not supporting the partner who is giving them reacharge amount and convenience to customer to repair inurban company but there is very bad rule in UC if partners get 5star rating like from 30customar and if the one customer give 1star the whole rating of partner will go down and some customer give rating just for not agree to do work on there price they will give low rating Iam one of the partner who work in this platform but they have to give equal rights

This is getting so sticky that even if the partner has any problem, it does not matter to them. Earlier the partner could call the customer, now the company has changed the system to call before only 2 hours. Yes, I can believe that some partner can commit fraud with the company, but what is it that the system that calls 2 hours in advance wants to prove? Do we have to tell the customers what to eat? The acceptance rate has gone down a bit, so they are giving only one or two leads in a day. They are taking money from MG plan and other things like service charges and credits. They are only taking money.

I am trying to activate my profile from more than one month everytime I am getting call for slot book but in given time nothing happen even in the app there is no mechanism toconnect you.

Nowadays most of the customers has started to timepass in professionals profile by giving stupid ratings inspite of doing good work and if the customer is not able to afford the repair amount,then these type of customers cannot blame the professionals or give poor ratings in the professionals profile.The company as always doesn't support the professionals.The city support team is useless as always.I am working in UC from past 6yrs and my experience is 25yrs.This is the respect for professional

Worst update pls give an update fastly nat able to cancel calls not able to call customers before time if a custmor want service fastly they are able to call us but we are unable to call the customer it is a worst update till now so think from technecian side also customer preority is first I know but technecian is also important to provide service Thank you

Very bad aap not getting jobs. When I called help section they are saying demand is low, each an every time same ans what to do. How it is possible that 1 lead is not coming. I giving my extra aforts also, I have 2 hubs I am travelling 25 km for doing leads than also I don't have leads. Tell me what to do

The app has major issues. After booking a slot, the "Join Meeting" button was disabled, leaving me unable to attend. On top of that, their Surat (Gujarat) office is shut down, and there’s no call or message support available. Very disappointing experience.

After installing the app whenever I am trying to book a video call session it never happened and I am still waiting for the session to start my job at UC but continuously booking the session and the session is going to again book now. App is working very slow and taking too much commission from partners. first credit then commission then tax then again commission 😔😔 Customer give us 5 star but app showing just 4.5 star . And sometimes no notification and no calls but your lead was already missed.

They told me that they will refund the registration fee within 3working day but its already 2months past till now i dont even get the refund When i cll them they will said they were busy n ask me to txt them n then they ignor me totally i did whatever they ask me to do in order to get the refund but still no respond from the company Very dissapointed

Found very bad experience i am trying to have my session from 5 times but is always not higlited the join option truly wast of time and not any person to losten our complain or suggest us that what to do in this situation i have lost too much time while waiting to join session

many hidden charges deducted. customer care never help. If your performance is good Urban company self rated 1 star and 3 star then block partner . Plz avoid to join Urban partner it's my personal experience. If I want to raise a complaint there is no customer care number available. Oil quality is also sticky. Urban clap automatically accept the lead without my permission and automatic cancel and cancellation credit goes to partner. Cheap mentality company.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of response to my repeated requests for account deletion. Over the past few weeks, I have sent multiple emails (3-4 times) requesting the closure and deletion of my Urban Company account. However, I have not received any acknowledgment or reply from your support team, which is quite disappointing. I understand that your team may be busy, but as a user, I expect a certain level of responsiveness.

It's fake and fraud app I think,,,, I have installed the app and they are giving the schedule for a skill session but the video call option is not working in the app at the correct time while attending the skill session,,, it's waste of time

A lot of glitches please fix the Issue we are facing a lot of issues • sometimes we can not able to call customer • sometimes the Application suddenly crash and not working for 30 minutes • When we open the app, it's only start loading and loading nothing else Note:- If you think that i have a problem in my Device then i want to tell you one think that current I'm using "SAMSUNG GALAXY S23 ULTRA 12/256" And i also enjoy heavy gamming but never face any issues.

Hi I'm uc electrician partner. I have an issue but there is no option to share my issue. I'm a full time partner but every provide jobs location is more than 8km. That's why I off some hours a day. There is no option to share our experiences and problems. They defaultly set some options but it's no use to me. Fix this and then I will rates 5 ⭐ now it's too worse too me because there is no option to share my experience. There's no option to complaint any problem.

Dear Urban Company Team, I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experience with the skill sessions. I was scheduled for a session four days ago, but it did not start as planned. I arrived on time, as instructed, and was looking forward to gaining new skills. However, there was no communication about the delay or rescheduling. I believe clearer communication about changes to the schedule would greatly enhance the experience for participants.
