Crashes when I need it the most. You would think they would do a better job of creating an app that is essential for the job. Fix this damn app please!!!

Absolutely unorganized not useful at all Does not let you access any applications. Just works as a webbrowser extension and doesn't properly let us login

Won't let me log in. I am a UPS employee, and it has been working fine. Now, for several months, it says I need admin verification and won't allow me to log in.

Some kind of memory leak or whatever. After using the app for more than five hours it will fail and need to be rebooted.

My first day as a PVD also and cannot even login to the app. Had to go get a UPS device to do deliveries today and put me behind almost 2 hours. Also won't work unless I am using Samsung keyboard. Normally I use Microsoft swift key. Will not even open unless I change keyboard.

Crashes frequently, has to be re-started at least 6 times per day, sometimes as often as 10. On some screens, I have to power my screen off then back on, in order for the app to accept touch input.

To proceed, the app wants user name and password for a)Google account and b)UPS app (different). I got in once; then I was asked a lot of questions about allowing the app (to see where the truck actually is) to see everything on the phone. I said yes to most of them except the last (concerning my data?). I received a message stating that unless I agree to everything, the GPS(?) cannot be used. Then I was logged outj and had to try to get back in again. Back at Square 1.

As a spvd driver I must say the app has its flaws if you UPS want s productivity to be more efficient they need to start giving proper tools for the job and that includes utilizing the mobile delivery app for deliveries.... They need to fix the flaws and the reliability we can't be sitting there playing with the devices trying to scan packages or fix something or the routes are outdated we can't sit there and double track ourselves there's no time for that... I think more user friendly

I am not sure what the developer has done but this is my 2nd year as a pvd and they managed to make the app worse. I don't mind extra hours on my time card but not being able to do my job due to this app crashing all the time is a big issue.

It doesn't even let me sign in the proper way, it redirects me to my browser and then says I don't have the stuff to sign in there even tho my log in works. So now when I go into work, I have to use a work phone where it actually lets me sign in on the app, so now I have to juggle 2 phones all day.

Occasionally this app will let me login, but then it just hourglasses saying downloading configuration data. It will do this for over an hour. Can't get the app to work at all. I have to deliver from a paper printout. This is my 4th stint as a PVD and the first time I've had problems with the app. Please fix it!

No one knows anything at my site. I did the online training. Which didnt even direct me here to find this app. Lucky guess. Then when I speak to someone they're CLUELESS. One more week and I'm done. Holding someone time hostage is crazy when your people can't help who has time to sit by the phone. On call doesn't work for me.

Horrifically unreliable. This is my second year as a PVD and somehow they managed to make this app even worse. Have to press a stop a dozen times it constantly wants to interpret sluding instead of tapping. The manifest builder only works half the time when taking stops off other drivers. Nothing like having to sit on the side of the road scanning the same packages over and over again just to have them never load in the manifest leaving no way to record them as delivered.

Maps were usually 2 to 3 houses off Quite often. It also often got the wrong side of the street the house was on. During a 6 hour shift I usually had to restart my phone once because the app crashed . The manifest itself was the only thing that actually worked correctly.

It crashes at least 2 or 3 times a shift, causing me to have to stop delivering for several minutes while it boots back up. And if I've added any packages to my manifest I have to type in ALL the addresses again. Very annoying and time consuming

Terrible app. Loaded addresses in then they disappear. It doesn't create a route at all, totally useless. Also the screen keeps shutting off at random times. Straight GARBAGE. When you tell the supervisor they say "deal with it." It's impossible to not have a panic attack while using this GARBAGE. Don't bother calling UPS corporate, because they don't care. Nobody speaks English so you can't understanding what they are saying. Impossible to speak to anybody that's actually AMERICAN. FK UPS

I agree with Megan, my app constantly brings back deliveries, continuously reorganizes my stops while driving and delivering no scanner in mine yet sent me in circles put my first stops at the last and killed the battery on my phone like I had run everything the phone has. I have been instructed to delete and reinstall that's what I'm doing right now. I will come back to update after I use it. Thank you

Crashes so hard I have to restart my phone completely at least once every 3 hours. Buttons in the app won't respond at least 50% of the time at each stop unless I hit back first, then they work fine. Many, many more problems too numerous to list here. UPS, for the amount of money wasted on drivers waiting around on a broken app you could easily hire a team of decent programmers to fix this. Your wallet, and my blood pressure, will thank you.

This application needs a team that can make it as the Amazon Flex app . The maps are totally outdated. The sort by distance or time is a joke. The app constantly crashes when the signal is lost. The app drains the battery like there, no tomorrow. The app is so outdated that it makes me cry. The app is not intuitive or friendly at all.

Very buggy! It crashes frequently and if I make a new manifest then I have to restart my phone not just the app. Frequently it will freeze, or bring back a stop that was already completed. I have to restart the app at least once a day around 3pm MT. It often breaks up a stop with 8 packages and will turn them into 8 separate stops, if you aren't careful you'll leave and then end up back at the same location a few stops later.
