I mostly used the app to find UPS drop boxes and locations for returns, but the updated app no longer has that function. Why? It was by far the easiest way to find a location while running errands. Why would you make it harder for your customers to find you? Mapping apps don't show drop boxes and the website is terrible on mobile. Not taking away features is customer relations 101. Boo, UPS, bad show.

New update sucks. There's no longer a button for me to upgrade the service from surepost to ground. In fact, I can't find anywhere in the app to upgrade packages. I just missed one and now have to wait for the slow and incompetent post office to deliver. I'm also getting a bunch of "missing resource" messages preventing any packages from showing. The app continues to request that I log in to track my packages, but when I go to the account settings, it has my info. Get it together ups.

New version manages to be worse than its predecessor. The "To Me" section (to which the app opens by default) does not list package(s) actually coming to me. I have to go to the "Track" section for that. But a package which only has a label (so far) is in the "To Me" section. Also, the View Delivery Photo does nothing. Adding a nickname? Don't bother; it'll be forgotten soon after you do. Strange UI design. UPS might consider getting and listening to user feedback.

App works....USP delivery service..NO. My personal experience with UPS service has just been horrible. It's seem they just don't care anymore about prompt service. When I order something from Amazon, and if it's getting delivered by UPS ...about 65% of the time the delivery is delayed. Sometimes days delayed. I will never send anything by UPS. They just don't seem to care anymore about giving good service. Also found out that it is impossible to talk to an customer representative.

New app is still garbage after the April 25 update. This new app is inconvenient and frustrating to use. It's SLOW. It forces me to login every day. It STILL doesn't work with Google password manager. I should be able to just open the app and see all of my deliveries without having to jump through hoops each time. It has no theme options, I hate the dark theme, be nice to have a choice. No way to remove all the "suggested for you" cards, even for the ones I have already done.

The app is fine the drivers are less than impressive. When you state a package will be delivered between two times and the receiver can track said package and notice that the driver has delivered everywhere else but your location and is close to being an hr passed the expected delivery time. They need to be a bit more reliable and realistic with the times....

I downloaded this app so I can view a visual map and update delivery instructions for a package that I'm tracking and after checking in with the in-app assistant, FAQ and calling a customer service representative over the phone, I still don't have access to these features. Features that were provided in image tutorials in the app and on the tracking website. These features need to be made much easier to access without providing additional information such as a full name.

Is anyone going to make it better? I used to be able to look at a whole month at a time. The enhancements, so far, are just a couple day specific. Then it says to update address and when you add it, it says the system not available. also, I name my shipments with supplier names and, for some reason, sometimes it shows and sometimes it doesn't. I am probably going to uninstall and use the web.

Terrible. They intentionally removed the signature release authorization feature in the update. It is still available online through the website BUT you can't access the website on any device that has the app installed because it automatically kicks you over to the app when you put in a tracking number or sign in, both of which are obviously required to access shipment options. Many people don't even use a non app based computer and have to either delete the app or lose this essential function.

This new app is horrible. I add shipment descriptions to all my incoming deliveries and the keep disappearing. Sometimes the whole shipment disappears and I have to enter the tracking number again to get it back on the list of packages coming. This is happening on the app and on the UPS web site. Also why do you have to dig deep into the tracking to actually see where the package currently is? That info should be right up front and immediately visible. This app and the UPS web site need fixing.

I don't know what you did but the new app version sucks. Most of the time time it takes forever to get logged in or for the app to even open. I have never had this problem until the last few weeks. Sometimes I can't even get logged in because the app freezes too much. Close it out and the same thing happens. I've already uninstalled it twice and that hasn't helped either so I'll be uninstalling it again and refuse to waste the space in my phone on it again. I wish I could give it a big fat 0

What a terrible experience. Paid 160 for an overnight package that didn't show. Tracking shows it made it to my city for processing (dest. City) tracking showed a weather delay when there is no weather in either city the night or day of shipment. I called and was told it never left the originating city. Tracking shows multiple scans throughout the process. We lost hundreds in revenue through incompetence.

You broke the app! I used to be able to manage My Choice options. No i cannot. I also can no longer see where my package was delivered if i have it sent to my Preferred access point. This is only good for standard tracking. Again, you broke it and made it almost worthless. Have to login online to access my options, and of course disable the app from automatically opening when i am on your website. Again, broken.

Redesign update removed ability to pre authorize Signature Required packages. Contacted customer support to inform them of it, they lied and said I couldn't do it on that particular package. Went on website and did it no problem. All packages in fact work on website. But none give option on app. Either they never added it or it's a glitch they need to fix.

This app is not user friendly... you have to consistently choose to select delivery choice and still no clear confirmation that task has been completed. For ex, my packages get upgraded to ground do I can pick up at a ups store location, however, after chosing these options , i still get alerts that item will be delivered to my home. I have to repeatedly go through the delivery selection process and hope for the best. I much prefer the old app. I pay extra to have a membership- for what?

Absolute trash. Dumpster fire. Full page ad. Advertising features that don't work. Or are completely absent. Map feature doesn't work. Tracker doesn't list my address. To me, the menu doesn't show my deliveries. If you have the app. Then trie to use website cause app sucks. Nope will send to app. Can't change verification requirements for packages. Packages show up late at night when I'm asleep so miss packages. If they require a signature upon delivery. Thry ring my bell at 7 to 9 pm at night.

Works well. But. The. App. Is. Really. Really. Sloooww. It often sets off notifications multiple times for the same delivery, often days after the package arrived. It also has no way to give feedback on deliveries like in other apps (in my case to report frequent instances of packages to my house that are delivered to the wrong address.)

Edit 2 *your app sucks! Quit dropping tracking numbers before the item is delivered! * Edit-*Fix the disappearing tracking numbers...it is incredibly annoying to have to add yhe tracking numbers several times because they are removed before the package is delivered. *New app not as good as old app. Tracking numbers disappear before item is delivered. No more auto detecting tracking numbers.

The app was working perfectly before the last update. Now it's totally buggy and unreliable. Example you go in one day and put in a tracking number and finally get it to work in the app and come back the next day and it's disappeared. This app is now pretty useless, you might as well just put the tracking number into Google and assess it that way. Uninstalling the app, it's just taking up space on my phone.

We used this app for our shipping. We're a small shop, and there's no desktop stations in the tiny warehouse. They updated this a few months ago and since then, we've had to go to a browser and the app is useless. It doesn't integrate with the saved customer addresses, it doesn't integrate with the box sizes, and entry for a shipping is backwards and horrible. This is now completely useless.
