Just lead you to believe in the beginning that you can withdraw $25 instantly then when you get it it tells you to do something else for more money and you don't get it instantly how many customer service get told me to tell you oh no because I added my credit card which you asked so that I can have my earnings put on my card they said know that that was another tear or something weird now I have to get to hundred dollars to cash out I'm getting a lawyer

Run don't sign up for this site don't set up for their app don't do anything with them. I've been fighting with them for 3 years now to get money that's been earned through this site & they keep telling me there's this problem that problem they can't do anything about it. I've had it with them. They got to scam of some sort. There's no actual customer service # you just contact them via email & it takes forever from the come back to you so again this must be scam. RUN!!

Fine for online shopping. Used to love the receipt feature and thought it was much better than Ibotta. For the last couple months, I haven't been able to get a single receipt to upload and can't get the money I had earned until I reach the specified amount. Very frustrating!

I just downloaded the app and I'm unable to even sign in to it. It tells me I have an invalid email. However, I can log in to the Upromise website and I get their email. I guess I won't be trying out the app 🤷🏻♀️.

mid. I didn't know this was an app that wanted me to play games. I was thinking more like acorn. I heard making money for my kid when they are a student and I jumped on it. maybe that's my fault, but I did get 1 dollars doing the survey. I hope to see more potential.

The functionality of this app is...not great. There is no search bar to see what stores are available and the list is in no particular order. It's faster to go to the website and shop through it than to find anything on the app.

App sucks. Can't download the grocery receipts. I've tried to write to the app multiple times and it won't even let you send feedback or contact them for problems. Had a credit card with them for years can't find the money now that my daughter's going to school to be able to utilize it. Not Even a phone number to reach anyone. Can't reach a real person and no one responds to contact questions

My account was wrongfully deactivated. They claim I have more than one account, which I don't. Within 2 days of when I should have received over $33 (I had just connected my daughter's' 529 accounts), I was locked out. Every ticket I've opened has been met with the same generated responses, word for word. I've reached out through their Facebook page and am getting nowhere. Do not trust this app!

I have used Upromise since Dec 2001 and have saved a good bit over the years. The fact that I can no longer upload grocery receipts through the app is very disappointing. Prior to this glitch I would have given 5 stars, but I won't recommend it until someone fixes the problem.

This is the worst app. Can't download receipts anymore. I was downloading receipts through website, but now getting "uh oh error". App is so user "unfriendly". Who saves pictures of their receipts just to download to the app?? Just make it so we can click a picture right then. I buy a lot of groceries but can only pick up to 10 items to get credit for. Save yourself the headache and put a buck away each month for your kids cause that's more than you'll get from this app.

Make an app that we can use. Why do you limit 10 items per receipt for grocery items. Why do you have to manually enter each item that appears on your receipt when you scan and upload it. Added eligible items to my list but I am unable to submit receipts within the app. When I click on the upload button to scan or choose the receipt, the button does not do anything. I had to submit my receipt(s) online which kind of defeats the purpose of the app. Too much work for what it's worth.

I have not been able to upload grocery receipts for several months. When trying, during the second attempt the app will not access the camera or albums. App must be restarted. There is no way to create a trouble ticket from the grocery receipt section. When creating a ticket from the general help area, they did not respond for a full month. When they did, it was to tell me I did not submit my ticket the correct way.

Customer service is awesome, but the app has issues. Doesn't seem to want to work with Galaxy 21 Ultra when uploading receipt photos. But online purchases work fine. Just wish I could upload receipts without having to contact customer service everything. Also don't call, it usually rings forever and then hangs up. Use the chat. It's much more useful. Sad thing is I don't believe they check these review either.

The picture upload section hasn't worked for me for several months now. It just freezes and doesn't do anything when it's time to upload the receipts. 3/28/24- Uninstalled and reinstalled, still doesn't work. I used to love using it, but I'm giving up totally. Too bad, because it allowed contributions to my daughter's college savings.

Receipt cannot be scanned within the app. It must be uploaded. The app takes at least 3 minutes for a one line item receipt. The computer takes 5 seconds. The app isn't worth the time to install and uninstall after you figure out how much it doesn't work. Why bother with the app if it isn't going to be at least marginally functional.

I have not been able to upload pictures of receipts for several weeks. I've received no response from customer service. Since it's so difficult to earn credit without spending money that you wouldn't otherwise spend, the few cents from grocery shopping are helpful when you're close to the monthly spending goal. This is frustrating and disappointing. Update: After a few email exchanges with customer service, including a recommendation to uninstall and reinstall, there is no change.

Shopping through the app for eligible stores is horrible. For example if you go to Walmart the search bar is cut off and you can't add items to your cart is basically impossible. It would also be nice to add a back button within the site. I can't tell you the amount of times I click the back button and it takes me back to the upromise homepage

None of the surveys work or give me cash back, meaning that I have to play the games to get cash back, which I think it's a bit redundant to only have 1 function work and not the other. I'm trying to save for college because I'm planning on studying abroad, but I can't exactly save a lot of money unless I either slave away on games on my phone to get maybe 5 bucks back. Or unless the surveys start ACTUALLY working. We should get half cash back from failed surveys so that we still get something.
