I think I have paid Upgrad for only the recorded content as I couldn't see much live classes being held. Despite after repetitive complaints, the executive is saying it will take quite a time, I was like by then the course will be over. It's really a pathetic experience.

Biggest scam platform don't even try to enroll course from upgrad I enrolled a course from upgrad pg data science in 2020 June they provided course for me in 2022 December it's was just certification program from upgrad I filed complaint on upgrad even they didn't respond my 3L went useless Don't even try to invest in this platform make good research where you want invest your time and money and need to give a good returns

Worst place for study I am a paid user of upgrad all the promises they made at the time of enrollment are fake and lie. Never take placement plus course from them because you never get placed.

I enrolled in the UpGrad online digital marketing course with the primary aim of transitioning my career from the financial sector to the digital marketing industry. Doesn't support mobile Edit 1: I am on the latest version sir. Please do minimum sanitation check before replying to a comment. I have purchased 45k PMP course, but the app shows that I am not enrolled on any course. I want this app to show access to my purchased course, and I want to be able to access and answer the MCQ questions which are part of the course. I hope I am not asking for too much

Great learning experience. I attended a free course and the way they have balanced between theory and videos is admirable. The videos have an option of increasing and decreasing the speed as well which is a small but very nice feature which a lot of other apps don't have due to which it helps to learn at your own pace and neither be left behind nor get bored. The content is also good.

There should be negative ratings for this kind of apps. These people are running spams in the name of higher education. They will only reach out to you for enrollment on their apps which costs lakhs of rupees, and after enrolling and cancellation of course period, they will not even respond to you afterwards for resolving issues which you are facing in further studies. And the customer will have no choice even leaving for necessary reasons and also they have to complete their payments in full

Disappointed with the lack of support from @UpGrad and @Propelld. Chose Propelld for payment option based on UpGrad's recommendation, but now stuck in EMI issue with no help from either party. Lesson learned: never trust them to assist in payment-related situations. #CustomerService. I've reached out to both @UpGrad & @Propelld's customer support teams multiple times via email, but haven't received a single response. Disappointed and frustrated with the lack of assistance. #NoResponse #Customer

Course are good but when it comes to a team task mentors and others leave them on their own and as usual some team leader leave others behind and do work themselves. Upgrad forgot to give the rules and other stuffs to them. Everyone is paying for the course I don't understand why team leaders are not monitored here. 1 person do the project himself and submit without connecting with other members properly with their availability or anything being asked. Upgrad team need to work on this

Worst App Ever. No Customer Support at all. When selling the course, at that time, their employees will irritatingly call you continuously to buy the course and will give you false promises. But, at the time of support, help or refund, no one would reply you, no one will give a solution, instead the people who were calling, they blocked me. Just FALSE PROMISES. They told me that if I Change my mind regarding the course, I will get the FULL REFUND WITHOUT ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS and denying now.

I'm a student in Upgrad and have been using mobile app for a while. I would like to suggest some changes to the app as it is really inconvenient to use because of the video setting and format. First, in-video has no forward button (just like backward button) after those videos are being watched, this is urgent need to add for better convenience. Second, those in-videos automatically plays after phone call, or when we go back to the app - this is really annoying.

Despite the hefty amount paid (Rs20000), the return on investment fell short by a large margin. One of the most glaring issues was the abysmal placement support. The lack of personalized guidance and assistance left me feeling stranded and uncertain about my career prospects. Overall, I would strongly advise against enrolling in this course, especially for those who are seeking a career shift into digital marketing. Guys don't trust on UpGrad they are just selling their product.

UpGrad's course content is subpar, failing to meet expectations. Moreover, their placement commitments are entirely misleading. Don't be fooled - the placement support is practically non-existent. Save your time and money by exploring other, more reliable options.
