spammers , rude epresentatives Got link from apartment I'm moving in. Took forever to install, ordered internet but they decided to cancel it and didn't tell me any legit reason. Customer representative said invalid state ???? I live in TX and that what I put. She said I will cancel it and you call att directly When I call ATT they told me there is a pending order. Now I can't get any intenet because ATT can't place order. That just collecting you personal information. PLEASE STAY AWAY

This app is a spammer app! Google should shutdown this app. This app sells my email to the entire Internet. Within 4 hours I received 500+ subscription emails from random websites. It's a disgusting experience.

App forces you to go to app store saying update is needed, but there is no update available. Uninstalled and downloaded and still getting same message, prevents doing anything in the app

This app is a scam when it comes to its customer acquisition. They used an imposter email by sending am email using the name of my house purchase agent to get my attention to download the app. This is insanely unsafe practice when it comes to safe and trusted business practices. I didn't use the app for that same reason.

This app is obnoxious. I get push notifications and emails from Updater all the time even though I don't move for months. They even call my phone to leave harassing messages about moving my Internet service. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Could not describe my experience, because Everytime I open the app it tells me I need to update it. I literally just downloaded it, why does it need an update already? Apparently the last update was well over a year ago for Android. Trash app. Do better.

Every time I open the app it says app needs updated and redirects me to the app store. The app is completely up to date and I have even Uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times with the same result every time.

Sent me a confirmation that my address was updated and mail forwarding scheduled. I'm now at the post office, fixing this company's mistake, because it wasn't updated and mail forwarding was not set up. Save yourself the stress and just do it yourselves.

Scammers - do not download or use the app, new apartment complex suggested to use this as a tool for helping move in. The app has fake links and product links to internet services but send you to scammer websites and phone numbers. Do not provide them social numbers or passports or ID they will keep requesting it.

The moving company they use ( dolly ) is terrible. They were rude, kept asking if everything was being moved, didnt help place anything ( just put it all in my living room and left ). It took me another 3 days to move the rest of my stuff. Would have been better off just renting a truck and doing it myself. Not sure yet about the rest of the services,i.e mail and the such since I just moved. Would not use them again

Asking for WAY too much personal info. No way to opt of of sharing my phone number and receiving texts and offers. Didn't even get past that part. Shouldn't have to enter to and from addresses to get pertinent moving tips and advice. Uninstalling.

Spam spam spam spam. They used the logo for our new rental and used their name in the title. Then they required a phone number and address, and default checked at they could send me marketing messages. No thank you. When you try to deactivate your account, it states that it may take up to FORTY FIVE DAYS to delete your info (plenty of time for them to sell it and spam you!) Gross.

Do not use this app. Just call directly. We scheduled our internet through the app. The app asked us to enter the move in date. We entered as instructed (3 weeks away). Yet the shipment date was 3-5 business days from time of order and not the actual move in date. Called Updater to make sure it was being shipped on the move in date. They confirmed it was not. I said i wanted to change the date to the move in date then. They told me to call the internet provider directly. Dumb. Waste of time.

Installed just because we received an invitation by our realtor. The contents seem helpful at first, but not really. The list reminds us of what we need to do, so it is a bit helpful, but what they offer is not I'm afraid. They don't even list an internet provider available in the area that we are going to use. I didn't feel like this app was made for us users but for themselves so that they get paid by their affiliates.

Don't use this. Call the service providers directly. Incompetent is the best way to describe this service. I was in the phone with them for two hours to try to setup home internet. The rep was hard to understand and, after running my credit, told me they couldn't help and I would have to call Verizon. I can not say it loudly enough, awful.

They sent me multiple emails pretending to be my new landlord in order to get me to sign up. I thought maybe it was resident portal so I did. Then once I did it's nothing but ads for services and stores like home Depot you can just do on your own and probably cheaper. Definitely just trying to take my data and sell it. These people are garbage.

The complex I'm moving to wants me to use this app to get my internet, utilities, and insurance set up, but there are no options to transfer existing services in the app, only add new ones. I already have accounts established for these services, I don't need new ones.

My landlord sent me a link to this app and all it is is ads for services that you can get done for much cheaper elsewhere. The "deals" are more expensive than the offers on the company websites. It also asks if you want to sign up for offers from places like home depot. It feels like it's just another app to collect and sell my data and as a way for companies/landlords to skim money off the top of these "deals."This app definitely does not have the best interests of tenants in mind. No thanks!

if set up and used properly. This app makes moving so much easier. I will admit the cable desks are slightly better if you get them on your own though. I'd pay $5 more and won't get a free stream box through the app. but everything is programmed flawlessly and smoothly. such a great easy system to help you. kudos to the api team that created this.
