This app has the best UI and user experience than the rest of the competition. They have lucrative offers and cashback rewards policy too. Cash out charge is one of the cheapest (if not the cheapest). I'll request upay team to keep expanding it's agents and maintain the service quality. Maintenance is key. So have patience and keep the good work, bright days are coming ahead.

UPDATE! when i am trying to remove ucb account its redirecting to card adding page instead of deleting the account! Design is outstanding. thumbs up! I think it will be more convenient than previous UPay app. but need more feature like account information update by user, specillay the profile picture. I thought previous upay account will automatically add in this newborn baby app, but it literally disappoint me that I need to open account again. Best of luck!

The world is changing with time, moving from development to further development. Going from one place to another very fast. Money is being transacted in a few seconds without any kind of person! One such app is upay. It has very low transaction charges. Cash out charge using upay app is only 14 taka. That is, it will cost only 14 taka to withdraw 1000 taka. Everyone can use upay app for easy transactions and low cost money transactions.

I downloaded it today and tried the "refer and earn" option. The mobile recharge round was a scam. They said i will get 25tk rather i got 10 tk. I will never trust or use upay. Never again

Yep, pretty good. But I would like to ask you to add Bininoy Platform in Upay. Also the number of your agents are very poor. Please attract retailer MFS shops to be Upay agent.

User goes out of the app after sometime automaticly. The app kicks the user after 2-4 min. Very bad app developed.upgrade like bkash rocket other banking app

The registration method is acutely a worst I'd say. Because for taking a picture why do someone need to blink their eyes? And the software doesn't recognize the blinking easily or fast. Also the pictures it able to capture will you can easily use for meme templates. Hilarious pictures. Please add a button where we can press to take the picture. Or else I'm not gonna register. Thanks

Because of the Upay Prepaid Card I can make international transaction with ease and app buffering (optimization) problem has been solved within a day after complain. They really care about their customer. Thank you so much for your service.

Horrible experience. 1. Took a day for me to register in the App (didn’t get the bonus promised). 2. Can't add money from my VISA card. The app is repeatedly showing that "your session has expired, please try again". Informed the customer care but they didn’t bother addressing the issues even after 7 days. 3. Can't link my credit card as it shows that 'wrong customer'. Extremely poor compared to its competitors. Good Luck!

I have never seen so many useless apps like them and useless customer service. It is so difficult to open an account and their service is so bad. If I had known before, I would not have created an account.

l can get in by using my pin to dial *268#, but the UPay app never works when I try to use the same phone number and pin, and I always get the same message saying that "your phone number and pin do not match." Kindly give it another go.

Service is awesome. But I think one option should be added. That is "Binimoy". Please add this. It will be very helpfull. Because here no upay agent on my entire city. If Binimoy option adds, I can directly transfer money from other mobile banking app. Since activation of my prepaid card I can't load money because of that...🙄🙄

Worst experience with upay! Last 2 USD exchange were on hanging and not yet any solutions from their end. My dollar already gone from my Payoneer account but I don't received it in my upay account, I complained support but they were said for 3 to 7 working days. We are using upay for instant exchange for emergency purpose but it's not usable to exchange the USD. Not recommended for USD exchangers who want money safe and secure with smooth transactions.

--- I had a terrible experience with Upay! My last 100$ USD exchanges have been stuck, and there’s been no resolution from their end. The money has already been deducted from my Payoneer account, but it hasn't appeared in my Upay account. When I contacted support, they told me it would take 3 to 7 working days. If They take Money from Payoneer They should fixed within 24 hour! 3-7Days is too long process. I'm not happy with that!!!!!!
