I am so disappointed from Upaisa App. My app is not working when I entered the MPIN app auto Closed . After 4 time call to Helpline issue still same. They informed me that update Upaisa App But no Update available on Google Play Store.

App crashes on the otp screen My phone is samsung galaxy a24 Again, same error clearing cache didn't work. When i enter my mobile number, it asks me to enter mpin. After entering that, i received otp on my number, but the app crashes

I was using this app having balance but now unable to login despite of repeatedly complaints on 7777,email . Resolution email received but facing same issue. I.e Entering mob number then submit ---->after imputing MPIN ,app becom closed and received Otp(what to do with otp??) Bad experience...

Pathetic. Upon creating the account I was asked to enter the issuance date of my cnic, I kept entering the date from my CNIC for some 20 to 25 time but every single time I got the negative reponse and was asked to enter the correct details. While I was holding my CNIC in my hand nd entering correct date.

Idk why but I can't subscribe to discounted bundles. It always ends up with an error "Request timed out please try again" etc also no cashback is is provided on ufone recharge. I think all that is a drama to attract customers

It is very slow running app. Above all,it is not suitable for ZONG servers because zong bundles are not available on it.I always see in menu "coming soon" since the first day.

App crashing and doesn't allowing to login after entry of MPIN.App vanishes before reception of mobile code and it's happening even after clearing cache, reinstalling and providing all Accesses to. Application. Pathetic show by developer this application is ruined by latest update

Unfortunately, I've had a bad experience with logging in. Every time I try, a circle starts spinning, then an error message pops up saying "Request timed out. Please try again later," which is frustrating.

Unfulfilled Commitment - Disappointing Experience I'm writing this review as a disappointed user of the U Paisa Wallet application. Unfortunately, the app failed to complete its commitment, leaving me unsatisfied and frustrated. Despite my efforts to use the app as promised, I encountered issues that were not resolved. Transactions can't be made without doing some postage or load... Extremely poor. Even complaint registration is not user friendly, until you give your complete confidential details, complaint is not registered. Unfortunately when your are for with your biodata requirements, the app starts giving error for connection. This is the worst wallet app which i have come across.

A very useful and user friendly digital wallet application. The application itself is easy to understand and follow as per apps menu. Apart from that Network coverage which I personally state that is each Telecommunication companies problems arose so as per my knowledge these issues will be resolved soon. Concerned departmental Teams are under work in progress. Good luck Allah PaK be with us Ameen. Salam

It's not a good one app as it's other one. Lastly I bought package but it just loaded balance and their is and other issues is they know that account can be open with any company number so you must give complete control to buy balance and bundles like discounted bundles Fix these as soon as possible

I have tried to pay Ke and SSGC bill but the app always decline to identify the consumer no. That's why we couldn't pay our bills through this app. Moreover the cash back awarded for purchasing supercars and bundles is not usable for any bundle purchase. So both of these services are useless. The customer care operator admitted the same himself that they are facing the problem.

You can focus on the interface because i don't find it's attractive , also the performance of the app and auto fingerprint when anyone login to open the app or auto open the app after entering the correct password basically by changing the interface and making it user-friendly will make the app even more attractive to use

This app says Device is rooted and it is appearing continuously while all other apps are working properly and the device is not rooted as well. The device was checked and it was not rooted, but the issue has not been resolved even after contacting on helpline and update to v 1.31. No App was recommended to check the root status. Still the claim that your device is rooted. No bug fixing 😭

Tried to reset MPIN. The app crashes after I enter the place of birth. Called 7777, they said they will call back within 24 hours. Tried a different phone. Luckily, the app didn't crash but looks like it doesn't allow OTP to be entered manually; works only through auto fetch. This app is a joke. Update: After two days, received an sms that the issue has been fixed but it's not. My account is now locked and I can't activate it because the app crashes.
