Very bad service. Poor customer service, on a platform that deals exclusively w people's money worth lakhs, probably more if their business is booming which i find hard to believe seeing how incompetent and lacking their app is. In any case, it's been Over A Week since i withdrew money, nothing's been credited in my bank. Went back and forth multiple times w their customer support via email thru delays (days) in response, only get Empty assurances of quick transfer. Live human support essential.

Why you guys made the process too difficult. Lost lots of time in scanning the pan card even. Other apps only demand pan number. In this digital world number is more important than the physical stuff.

Worst crypto exchange ever experienced they ask some declaration form, questions on every step of your trade. they won't allow to trade if you don't answer the questions or don't fill that declaration form then send it to mail....AFTER THAT THEY SAY ALL THIS PROCEDURE CAN BE DONE IN FUTURE ALL ....AGAIN AGAIN !!!

Horrible experience . The only reason I chose Unocoin is because they supposedly have crypto withdrawals . But when I wanted to actually withdraw my crypto , they come with a 1000 different formalities . They say that a phone call i required for verification but that phone call never came. Atrocious customer service . Unocoin is worse than wazirx and that is saying a lot

Minimum deposit should be 100rs. By UPI payment mode..its waste of time app...this is worst app I have ever seen..charge high transection fees for small trading or exchanges. Every month automatic deduct Custodial fees from our wallet without informed or any msg. Very bad app and services

I withdraw my INR at 17th of September but I didn't get my money on my bank yet.....it almost 3 weaks . Other exchange service is very awesome but uno coin service is not acceptable... I will never use this application again.... Please don't download it

Minimum withdrawal is rs.1000/- and takes 7 to 15 working days, very funny platform. I rather loose small amount then to make it rs.1000/- for withdrawal coz this app is tricky. People never ever download before reading the reviews of any apps. I have make a mistake. Sorry team Unocoin you are a looser.
