Every time I want to use the app I have to uninstall it and then reinstall it which is very inconvenient.

Useless doesn't work a lot of the time. Can't transfer money it just pushes me back to the main screen.

Security on mobile mark unity bank app as unsafely due to third party might try use information on app. Great bank unfortunately the app isn't as good.

It was good at the start wen I got but now it falls out wen make transfer between accounts and takes me back to sign back in. Plse fix cheers

App will not load after initial install. Need to reinstall everytime I want to use it. Dont know what has happened as older versions worked fine

New app is not bad could use transaction notifications an also account veiws brought back so you can turn on an off what accounts you can see in the main screen also need payment notifcations when moneys been paid into your accounts

Often Glitches out. Crashes all the time. Getting to the point I'm thinking about changes banks. Crashed again......

Needs a search function in the payments tab. I was searching for a payment in a shop the other day and had to scroll back to November. Took ages on the weak signal in the shopping centre.

The app itself is not bad, but it crashes 3-7 times from the loading screen with the logo. After which it opens seriously frustrating and embarrassing

This app is becoming worse and worse over time... Suuuuuper frustrating not being able to access any of my details again, can't see my avail funds, can't log in, nothing...the loading circle just swirls endlessly and goes no further. Why!?

It does everything that I need to know, I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, and even I can drive it.... with the digital world the way it going and I can trust it to not let me get diddled..

I don't have a great deal of trouble with this app, usually works fine. But only got 1 complaint. Bit slow keeping up with electronic transactions. Some times 3 days for electronic transfers. Hopefully will be better next updates.

Excellent app. Unfortunately it has now become very slow in loading ( I have a new phone but this has only developed in last three months) The upgrade happened today. 17/06/22 I don't like it. It will of course be something that I have to get used too but not impressed.

this bank is the only financial body in Australia who cannot send a verification text overseas. all my other banks and accounts successfully send sms. as a consequence I am overseas locked out of my account. travellers avoid this bank . the app is primative I doubt it was customer user tested.

Generally ok but hate that you cant set default transfer method to OSKO. why would U ever want to use STANDARD. it should either default to last transfered type or allow selection of a default. in General is very unattractive and clunky app

Has been glitchy for a while, but in the last few weeks has consistently either failed to load, or update account details, or flicks back to the home screen whenever I try to make a payment or transfer in the app, or tells me there's a problem with the network. It always been basic (and even lacks the account number, instead only providing their internal identifier which is useful only to Unity) but now I can't even do basic banking on the app.
