As someone who had a love/hate relationship with UHC Motion, I feel it is a massive step in the wrong direction to combine the rewards app with the healthcare app. The app is often excessively laggy in updating and it can be extremely hard to know when you've got the criteria. It also does not track workouts completed on the app and 30 minutes of moving doesn't seem to match with anything I do on the Fitbit (so it's impossible to know how close you are to a goal). Please fix the refresh speed!

The app would not recognize my email as valid at registration. Looked to see if maybe I already had an account I had forgotten about. Nope. The email is not in the system. Used a different email and that problem was solved. Now, I cannot even log in! After the sign in screen, it goes blue, freezes, then crashes. I have tried on two separate devices. Un-installed, re-installed, restarted both phones. Nothing. It would be nice to have a digital copy if my card but this app is useless!

incredibly slow despite wifi. external links to website cannot verify credentials despite being signed IN to both. PAY BILL button is literally lost in the tutorials and "how-to's". this was such a mess. all because the automated system can't understand "utilities" anymore. fantastic idea. but troubleshooting and maintenance are dire for success. if things improve, can't wait to update the review

App refuses sync with my tracker. It says connected. I've checked all permissions. And trying to reconnect just creates a never ending spinner. Data hasn't synced in days. How can you fairly offer rewards if the app is busted!? The fitness rewards was a deciding factor in switching coverage to my employers options. TERRIBLE CHOICE. There are only two doctors in my whole city, otherwise I have to travel out of state. And the features offered don't work. I'm stuck here for a whole year.

As a first time user of UCard I must say it's been a frustrating experience for me and my husband. The app scanner tells me a product qualifies and the register at Walmart doesn't reflect what the app says. Twice we had to put items back that were not covered. Not a good introduction to UHC. I only added the app for the scanner. It doesn't work and has been no benefit whatsoever. I'll be removing it from my phone.

This app is amazing! It's very helpful and informative! I love being able to earn rewards for keeping up with my health. It's a great incentive especially for those of us with extensive medical and/ or mental health issues that keep us from getting out of bed or taking our meds or seeing doctors, etc. This app is very easy to navigate as well, with help just a click, message, email or call away.

The app has become unusable. It works for a few days or just once before having to call to ask UHC tech support to do something they refer to as "flashing" your account. Even then it requires waiting 30 minutes or a day and doesn't continue to work for long. The problem occurs when trying to log in on the app there is a blue circle spinning on a white background for several minutes then the log in screen pops up for a second before seeing the white screen again and logging out and an error box.

Slightly better than the website but still does not show my referrals. SW Medical used to have that info but Optimcare/UHC took over and removed referrals!! Whoever made that decision needs to kill themselves! They also have anachronisms, incorrect doctors, etc. The bottom of the app is partially hidden underneath my phone's navigation buttons. When looking at visits it does not specify the location unless I click on it. I have 100's and it's impossible for me to navigate all that.

Tried the scanner per the ver short and quick video. Then the option to view it again went away. The scanner wouldn't scan, and said enter the numbers by hand, and that didn't help either. Not very helpful! And actually, felt like the UCard in 2023 was usable. Today's experience was a bust, with nothing accomplished.

I am having difficulty logging in. This issue started a few months ago. When I attempt to log in, the screen remans white and there is just a circle that keeps spinning. I deleted the app multiple times and downloaded it again, and set up biometrics to log in. However, each new time I go to log in, the biometrics option to log in is not available and I am required to enter my user ID and password. I would really like to be able to use this app, but the persisting issues make that impossible.

Completely non-functional. Sign in, it forces 2 factor every time even if you check remember device - you provide the code and it just spins on a blank screen. Tried updating the app, uninstall/reinstall nothing works. No feedback, no error messages just a blank screen with a spinning dial forever. If you close and reopen you have to authenticate again then it goes right back to the blank screen.

The UHC Rewards section of the app is misleading by omission since it does not clearly indicate that the previous years rewards expire 120 days into the new plan year, except deep in fine print. There is also no warning email, message, or notification that your rewards are about to expire. Nor is there a clear delineation between last years and current years rewards. I noticed yesterday that my total balance dropped significantly, and it was only then that support told me the policy. Shameful!!

Im trying to keep up with how things r changing. But i find my self spending more time on my phone to do wireless and paperless and to get rewards and to please.....im not finding time for myself. I have to remember to check in to all my apps on a daily basis. I feel bad for the people older then me....if they can keep up or figure it all out. It was so much more life relaxing without a cell phone. I lived.....

I would have given it 4 stars until the latest update. Used to work great on my tablet, now no longer supported. It's harder to use on my phone. I like the idea of the product scanner but I have had it crash while scanning items. Also had items that the scanner said were approved but at the register don't work the the U card (Walmart).

Timeouts pop up even though you are active on the page. Some times there is no warning ... you just get the notice "you have been logged out due to inactivity". Other websites load in 2 or 3 seconds, the UHC pages take much much longer, and is slow to respond to selections made by the user. Out of stock items are displayed even with the "only show in stock items" filter is in use. When you try to order an item from the product list a message says "unable to add this item to your favorites". You

Useful to sort out the groceries and products, but lately, the things I need/want to buy tend to end taking out from my reward amount because of the sales tax. Not to mention some products are still pending review for months and they never tell me if they're eligible or not! Also, Dollar General makes me pay the sales tax out of pocket and all other stores wouldn't use the card. All in all, the program's priorities weren't straightened out and probably never will. I'm utterly disappointed.

As an app, it technically works. And the links provide accurate locations on Google Maps and accurate phone numbers. But the selection of doctors are very limited and nearly impossible to get ahold of. One example: I've been trying to get ahold of the same doctor for 4 months, because he's the only qualified specialist in my network for 20 miles. So... Welcome to healthcare purgatory.

The app itself is fairly easy to navigate. However, trying to use the app to find out if a food or product etc. is covered isunreliable. I scanned many items in the store just to get acquainted with what may or may not be covered. The only items I had in my cart app said were covered. Was not the case when I checked out. Close to half the $ amount spent was not covered and there isn't anything to say what wasn't. Embarrassing to say the least!!! Never expected to have to pay. 1st time using it.

I've only successfully signed in once when I first signed up for the app. Ever since, I sign in, watch a loading screen for two to three minutes, then get hit with an error screen. The error page claims that login errors occur when your health plan isn't supported on the app or your plan's coverage hasn't started, but those things obviously can't apply to me since I've logged in once before. Please fix the login process, the app is totally unusable until this is addressed.

I mean, it's fine, I guess. It never seems to accept the 2FA code the first time, which is stupid and frustrating. I wish it supported my authenticator app instead of getting an e-mail or SMS, though. Once loaded everything seems to work, albeit kind of slowly. It doesn't really do anything you can't do on the website, and a lot of features kick you back to that website, which makes the app all the more pointless.
