I've used this for years. The introduction of ads has made the app completely worthless. One less app on my phone. I'm now using Google to do unit conversions on my browser. At least their ads don't act out on audio unexpectedly or waste my time waiting for them to clear.

Great cinverter for free. Although, currency conversions have not been updated since June of 2023. Big L for this app ive used for almost 5 years now.

I have had this app for several years and used it as my primary conversion tool. However, I have not used it in a while until recently. I was surprised to be greeted with a loud video ad. I have used it a few times this past couple of weeks and find the video ads shocking, loud, and too long. I don't ads in apps, but a loud and lengthy video ad in this app is always a shock when it opens. I can get my conversion done on Google faster. Good bye, uninstalled for good.

I've had this unit converter app for many YEARS. They recently added intrusive ads; it used to be small ads that didn't get in the way. Now, I get full-page, auto-playing, video ads that can't be skipped for 5+ seconds. The new ads completely block the screen and interrupt the entire process. 🙄😕 No thanks!!! I have installed a new unit converter app (no ads!) and I am uninstalling this app for good. Let me know if you ever remove the full page ads; I might come back and reinstall. 😉

I love this app! It's a great time saver!! Example: converting kg to lbs.... just plug in the amount for kg and it will reveal the conversion in every other weight measurement possible (ie-- lbs, oz, pints, gallons, etc). You do not have to go back and forth, like most apps, to re-enter the value of whatever conversion you're looking for. And the conversion list is given in metric and US!! I love this app!!! Finally somebody really used their head when creating this one!!!

Have not used often enough to give a really good evaluation, but it has worked well so far and reasonably easy. Will re-rate either up or down after more use. At this time I can recommend it. Have now used for a few years and love it. Best of all the converter apps I have tried for ease of use and accuracy. Went to five stars. Love it. Simple to use and works very well for me. N

Although I used this app for a few years, I uninstalled it as it is no longer has the aspect it had when I first installed it; it is no longer handy. I recently opened it only to be greeted by a long loading screen which was followed by a full screen ad. The loading alone would be enough for me to uninstall the app as it completely eliminated how quick and easy it used to be to get unit conversions.

A Must-Have app. No bugs ever! As someone who posts both American and European Metric facts, to show temperatures in F° and C°, altitude in feet and meters, speed and distances in miles and kilometer, as well as volume or enable to describe square feet on a house as well m², makes it a breeze for your friends, family and followers, from all over the world to know and not having to guess. I can't imagine not having this convenient app. I absolutely LOVE it and use it ALL the time!

Was good, now they make you watch ads before using. Didn't help that they're not in a language I can read and therefore can't close or skip them. Even if I could close them, I'm not watching a 30 second add to convert mm to in. The ad is longer than I'd otherwise have the app open for. Longer than it takes me to open Google and do the same thing. A convenience app that is now wildly inconvenient.

My prior review (below) was 5 stars due to ease of use, etc. However I updated to Android 10, and when looking at battery usage this app is dominating the usage stats (over 50%) in my battery settings, even though I turned on battery restriction for this app. In addition, it turns itself back on every time I click on the "force stop" for this app in the battery setting. prior review: I have tried a few other converters and this is the one that is easiest to use and most useful. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to choose currencies for different countries

I've had this app installed for a long time and figured I should rate it. I use it a couple times a day for all kinds of conversions, sometimes to convert currency before I make a purchase, sometimes just for amusement, sometimes to get an approximation in movies, documentaries, etc. Very user friendly and easy to use. Just input the known value and it automatically shows multiple conversions on-the-fly. An absolute necessity these days.

I used to use it and liked it. It was quick and easy to use. But now when you open it the is an ad that acts like a video and it is loud. I couldn't find a "close" or a "skip" button so I had to "Close All". If the only way to use the app is to endure that loud ad then I its not for me. I understand that ads bring in revenue and am ok with ads that don't have sound but this is too loud. I don't watch news feed videos so I'm not about to listen to an ad. App has been deleted.

A simple conversion app shouldn't need ads, it's basic features that come in handy. All kinds of apps these days are adding ads to make extra money off users. Otherwise, app works great for converting all kinds of numbers. Speed, volume, length, currency, volts and watts, etc. I appreciate having this kind of knowledge that's easily accessible.

I have been using this app for years, and love it. The ads aren't bad, just saw the first full screen ad that I can remember in the entire time I have been using this app, and it was for 5 seconds. Normally they are a small banner at the bottom of the screen. I also just learned that they now have a paid version called Unit Pro. It's only $2.50 US. Yes, I just paid for the pro version and uninstalled the free version.

I've had it for many years, on several phones. It's simple & easy. Still like the app, but now LOUD ads pop up everytime I want to use it. I have to wait till the ad is done to do a 3 seconds task. PLEASE!!! I BEG YOU TO AT LEAST GET ADS WITHOUT SOUND! It is unacceptable for me to open in a quiet office & interrupt everyone with that noise. Plus, I don't want people to think I'm scrolling through social media at work. It pisses me off at home too. Maybe it's google's fault.

Back to 5 stars! Opens and works amazingly well again. Thank you dev for sorting it out! Just for that, I'll buy the app! Used to be my daily goto app. Now I can't even open it. There's a full screen ad that won't ever close. It blocks everything and refuses to close so I can get to the app. Over a dozen restarts of the app and the same ad shows up. Basically a perfect app being ruined by the ad service. I wish that ad would go away so I can use the wonderful app you've created!
