The app at the moment is a glorified web browser. Online store sections outside of the home page are launched in a new window within the app, so it just feels like you're using whatever web browsing app to use the mobile site. On top of that, it's a bit slower than the mobile version. No point in using it at the moment unless you want the promo codes you get for linking your account.

The interface is buggy and jittery, something as simple as search takes three to four button presses and takes several seconds to produce any sort of results, the log in function is not persistent and I have to log in each time I change a screen, the development of this app is truly horrendous, I can help but wonder if the team working on it has any clue what they are doing

Wow... Shockingly bad UX from a brand I thought respected design. Tap "men" in one menu, wait a few minutes, have the UI completely rearrange, then get dropped off on a women's clothing tab. Find "men" in the new layout, tap, wait a few more minutes, switch apps while you wait, come back, end up back in the old layout. What is happening? Lag times and blood pressure rising; brand perception falling. This is rookie trash. Dumpster fires should stay in development. Try again!

Both the mobile site and the app are exceptionally slow. I've given up on orders at least half a dozen times because it is so slow and lags so badly that I can't even research the products I'm interested in. I've had a lot of trouble with the mobile site and I had high hopes the app would work better. It doesn't. Sad, because I love their clothes.

I love Uniqlo so so much! But since I no longer live close a physical store, I have to move to online shopping and the app experience is the worst I've ever experienced. It is very complicated to get through, it always restarted the list of items when I go back and forth, so when I check for a detailed item I click on it and then I'm done with and want to go back to keep scrolling through and I'm sent back all the way up to restart seeing all the things I already have seen. So much water of time

New version of the app does seem snappier and looks better. However, I like to shop by clothing type (eg tops, pants, etc). To do this now I need to go to the Women's tab and scroll all the way past the "marketing" stuff to the very bottom of the page to find the categories. Please give us a menu at the top! Navigation is no longer simple :(

This is a review of the application, not Uniqlo. I love Uniqlo clothing, it is affordable and good quality. The same cannot be said for this app as every interaction I have on it, the UI behaves in a very random fashion. Most notably with the navigation bars that typically do not update correct, and the back button which will sometimes go back a single page, other times or will take you all the way back to the homepage. I have tried to reproduce this, but it is indeed random. Edit 12/4/2023: Ma

The app is really just an online browser disguised as an app. Functions and organized exactly the same as the mobile website. Also slow to load items as you scroll (just like the mobile site), as well as any of the other problems of the mobile site (since it runs exactly the same way, or at least appears so). Also no real deals ever show up that are exclusive to the app so the result is no benefit to using the app over the mobile site

Uniqlo clothing is great, but the app and site are so bogged down as to be unusable. Their foremost function needs to allow someone to browse products and see all the information they need without having to set down the phone and come back in a few minutes. Then they need to be able to make their purchases smoothly. Visual or other cosmetic effects are purely optional and should not hinder either of the above. I would browse 3-5 times more often if they optimized for usability.

This app, alongside their mobile site, is pretty abysmal. Load times to look through clothes in the app is extremely slow. When selecting an item, most times it goes to a totally different item earlier in the list. Going back to the list of items sometimes brings you back to the main page and you have to search again. My cart kept losing all my items and made me find them all again. Constantly makes you log in, then subsequently loses your progress in your cart. App needs a lot of improvement.

Not functional app. It keep restarting all the time, making it so frustrating to look at anything. It doesn't meet the minimum requirement to be used. Apart from that huge issue, the navigation between categories and the way you log in, are not intuitive. This app can only be used with a lot of patience. I personally consider it to be a test for my love of the brand. I don't know if the server they use is unstable, or if they have a bad dev team, but something needs changing.

This app is terrible and I agree with others that their website has similar issues. Not only is it slow to load, it barely functions. For example I clicked on an item and wasn't able choose any sizes or colors because the page would zoom out about 500x the normal view. Maybe a telescopic lens could see what I was trying to buy. I gave up. It's true how can this store have an app and website that is so useless? I think you are losing so much online business this way.

App Needs Improvement. It's hard to navigate through the app. Items/price need to updated. When you look at an item you are interested it shows the color and size are available but once you are ready to checkout it appears as sold out. Every color showed as available along with the size I was looking into. It would also be very convenient for the app to have a record of our receipts in case we don't have a paper receipt. What's the point of scanning our membership card.

I love UNIQLO, I really do. But this app is disastrous... the UI is terrible, the layout is terrible. Pressing on a category (Men, Women, etc.) sends you to a new "page" in the app, the search bar is no where to be found until you click on said categories (understandable, but why put it at the bottom, after all the sub categories??) Not only that, but sometimes the item clicked on won't pop up. It's really unfortunate, I wanted to place an order, but couldn't because of the bad layout...

I like Uniqlo brand clothing, as I find them pretty decent quality. The app, however, makes it SO HARD to navigate without any frustrations for me. 1) It always logs me out even when I logged in just a few minutes before. 2) As I'm looking/shopping for something on the specific product page, sometimes I have to look at the size chart. The chart becomes a pop-up, and when I click on the X to exit the window and return to the product page, it just takes me to the home page.

An awesome update! Navigation is smoother, more aesthetic, and logical. Some of the bugs I had before (information wouldn't load, laggy) were fixed. And there's a "My Size" feature now where you can add your measurements and sizes! A much needed addition. Overall a refreshing redesign. However, sometimes when I press on photos for a closer look, I get an error message "Not Found".

app is slow and regularly turns off itself; bottom menu bar doesn't know where I am (the app would show the home page while the bottom menu bar thinks I'm at 'category'); 90% of the time when I try to back off one step it gets me all the way back to the home page and I'll have to do the search again😅 don't get me wrong. I love Uniqlo as a clothing brand. I just hate its app. I believe this app actually deters people from shopping happily on it.

App is slightly faster than previous versions but is still relatively slow and loads many pages inside a web browser window, defeating the purpose of having the app in the first place. The only thing the app is really nice for is the barcode for shopping in store in case there's coupons. App has been crashing often the last couple of versions and is failing to load pages entirely, throwing generic webpage errors instead of loading

Love the brand and using the website but the app experience is annoying. Several notifications a day and no clear way to disable promo notifications and keep useful notifications like shipment updates, etc. so if you wanna get notifications for a restock then you have to put up with constant daily notifications about things they want you to buy but otherwise wouldn't care for. Maybe it's a pet peeve of mine but I just don't like using services that are this aggressive at marketing. Uninstalled.

The App is overloaded with too many videos and pictures that makes it dysfunctional when the connection is not very fast. The menu is also hard to navigate. There were several errors and obscure warnings when changing the address and payment method, such as "information will be lost" before entering anything when I tap "change".
