Very bad...I can't even be allowed to logs complaint when my money was debited and the transfer wasn't successful. Just moved all my money out of your bank and I bet that's the best banking decision I ever made

Very slow and inefficient. You can't even make a quick transfer using the USSD code. Unreliable to say the very least. The world is evolving.. please do same .

Union bank Mobile app can not open and also signing in to my account is not possible and pls your assistant will highly appreciate so as to enable me have transactions on my account. Thanks

Customer service is slow. Very slow. I really hate slow things.responds to 2 day complaint around 12:07-12:16. When people are sleeping. They hang up on their customers. They hung up on me three times. I like the update though. Nice intro music.

The app is good, but I am not comfortable with the initial sound it makes while launching the app. I tried muting the sound in the setting but it wasn't working.

Please this app says some permission are permanently denied, and until i grant this permission I won't be able to print receipts and see transactions. I've granted all permissions but it's still not going. Please help me.

You guys should add an option to request an otp directly through email, due to network failure from my service provider I can't receive sms and I had to wait until their network is back which means I can't transfer money when there's a network problem. Or pls make otp request optional.

This app deserve no star. Since when I've updated the app, I've not been able to use. I kept waiting for otp to re-register and I never received it. The app can't be used on another device if you change your phone. Just a very frustrating app..!

The app is good but I could not print receipt, what should be the problem, the information I received was to go to the permission setting I do all setting but all my efforts is in vain , please tell me what to do because it's very important to me. Thanks.

It's over three months since tyin to set up my mobile app and I always got same responds, thus.. "Something went wrong. Pls try again later." First, I thought was a network issue and I kept switching from one network to another. I called de customer care service on numerous times, still no solution as I kept having same error message. Id also deleted the app and reinstall mo than five times, dat still didn't help. I don't know what could possibly be the prob and the solution. Please help...

After doing some transfers from my app, I can't download or share receipts. Error message pops up'' Some Permission are permanently denied which are required to perform this operation. Please open app settings to grant these permissions''. I have done that yet i still have restrainted to download or share transaction receipts. Please assist.

The option to remove OTP is highly useful because waiting for the OTP can be so frustrating. Nice addition

Wish I could give no star why I everything always using minutes to load. Even before I can register I had to stress myself. Damnnit coming back to add more I can't even send money now logging out again. This bank is inarguably one of the worst bank with bad service I have ever used. If you can't function well as a bank at least look for another business to do ahhhhhhhhhh

Beyond small quibles such as occasional lengthy times to receive OTPs or an inability to access receipts after initial payments, the app was working fine. But since the last Update the fingerprint login option has disappeared, making the app all the more cumbersome to use .

The app is not users friendly at all, imagine trying to set pin on it for the past 24hrs and giving the same reply,,,Try using different password Yet I follow all the rules ,,but just frustrating😌

Just opened an account with union bank and download the app for easy and quick transaction. For two weeks now I'm unable to activate the app for use even after visiting one of there branch for assistance. Very very frustrating. No start.

What's going on with the app? Since the last update, it has been seriously misbehaving. Somedays, I can log in. Most days, I can't. This is frustrating when I need to perform a transaction urgently!! Please, fix it!!! It used to be a very good app.

There isn't any way to include kobo during transfers. The dot(.) on the keyboard is not working and it is preventing some important urgent transfers. Can you resolve this urgently please. Asides that, the app has been so amazing

Am rating this app 2 star. The old app is better than this, this new app you have to do everything all over again to be able to use it. Transaction always telling you something is wrong. Also, when making transfer and typing in info the screen cannot scroll up or down thereby making it very difficult to see the amount of money u input and payment description. Also cable subscriptions has been messed up as u can no longer see fees for each package. An updated app should be better & not worse .
