Today I open my mobile app in union Bank to transfer money but currently the app is requiring me to update the app then I update it when I tried to login my password it is correct but currently the app says it's wrong I try it to input slowly but still the password is incorrect until 3 times and I get blocked when I try to forget the password the authentication code is very slow to send to my preferred number. Because of this update my app is blocked right now. Worst experience as of now.

Not sure if it is just me but been trying for this app to work on my mobile for almost a week now but i am unable to. It doesn't accept the details of my card number or acct number. Tried opening a savings account but still unable to login to this app. I can't link any of my details. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times but it doesn't work at all.

Still unable to process the valid ID that was needed to open the online banking. I've been trying to enroll my account since last year. The photo taken was clear and if I submitted it the prompt still says that it is unable to verify my details. Not satisfied with the services

I already set Cash Advance PIN still not able to take advantage the Cash Advance due to system issue (Ref: S3). Tried multiple times Everyday for 5 days now. I already called Customer Service to walk me through. Still not able to Cash Advance. Even the Disabling OTP option on the app is currently unavailable. Terrible experience 😩

No biometrics login. Really sucks because the app looks nice. I'm baffled that such a high tech company can't provide that feature. The app also usually takes a really long time to fetch my CC balance and the redeemable rewards. Why not try lazy loading instead of fetching all the rewards at the same time? Overall it's a decent app but not great. Lots of room for improvement. The old Citibank app was way better and faster for checking my CC transactions and remaining balance.

The app has no problem but your customer service really sucks. I went to one of your branches (Double Dragon) to update my billing address since my cc will be delivered in province but I have to call the customer service. After 3 days, I was able to get through just to be transferred 4 times without my issue getting resolved. I have sent multiple tickets and emails just to receive an auto response. I'm speechless of how horrible your customer service is. 🤐

App keeps on saying that I cannot connect to server, I've been having a hard time transferring money because the app is so slow and keeps on saying that I have internet issues which I don't think is the problem because I can use my other apps and banks just fine except for UB. The customer support chat is useless because it's automated AI and there's not much help regarding the issue. I hope that this can be fixed asap as it is affecting my business and work since I cannot transfer money at all

I was previously using Citibank Mobile Banking App for my credit card transactions. The transactions are displayed differently in the UB app, they show the breakdown of interest and the amount in which require me to manually compute for the grand total just to determine which of my transactions is which. It's somehow an ardous task on my end. Also noticed, the response time of the app is quite slow - from logging in, requesting and sending OTP as well as navigating the app.

Does not resolve my issue about billing me wrong account and balances!. I tried to call customer service and provided me wrong number and not in service to take action of my account. I emailed multiple times and yet no answers. This is not yet resolve as of the moment and it was so frustrating. Citibank is way more better than using UB. This happened to my account because of poor management of UB!

App customer support option doesn't work, customer service hard to reach by phone, in email they answer in weeks, always given the run around. Haven't received replacement card for one of my accounts for 2 months now. Won't recommend to anyone anytime soon.

Their customer service is frustrating. I've been trying to ask for help to resolve the issue that I've been facing with their bank app but the response time takes 2 weeks or so for me to receive yet they're unable to resolve my concern. Now, I'm still waiting for their response. Worst experience.

I miss the reliable, very functional citibank app. This app is laggy, not user friendly and OTP function is the worse. It'll take you more than a minute, just to open the app (failed in customer exp and usability). Pls upgrade or change the process if you want your customer to very active/engage on this app

Was able to activate the credit card bearing my married name using the account on app under my maiden name, however, the app declines to add the said credit account. I cannot use my credit card since I dont have access to my statement of account. Tried calling them but wasnt able to talk to their rep even after waiting for an hour. Went to the bank but they said they dont have access to their credit card accounts.

Now: The hassle free online check deposit is a scam. It's too hassle 😅always asking you to retake retake and retake even if photo is properly taken. This is the biggest flaw of UB app. All other things, in the app, so far, great. I only experienced non real time update twice. Before/Then: amazing... so far . I'm impressed .

It's so inconvenient! Too many OTPs! When I try to top up my Lazada wallet, it asks for an OTP, I enter it and it says "unsuccessful"!!! And this was after I had to google search how to enable browser banking! Too many things to do and so many OTPs! You even have to manually trust the device for f's sake. Be better at security without asking too many OTPs!

Update. Your app is disappointing. Still slow, most of the time is loading compared to other bank app and some of the features are still unavailable. You should have mirror the CITI app prior migrating. Too slow. Some options not available yet. Unlike in the CITI app. Please fix all the issues and services as how we used to enjoy it.

out of all digital banking apps I've used, UnionBank's OTP feature is the worse. even if you have strong cell signal, it takes longer for the OTP to arrive. digital payments/online transfer shows your account balance on the transaction confirmation page, which makes it a nightmare when paying at a physical store as they usually take a picture of the confirmation page.

Very poor service! I used my debit card outside PH for paying a full tank of gasoline worth 70+ Euros but charged me 2x the amount of my purchase (that's about 140+ Euros). I reported it and filed a dispute, but guess what? It's been 4 months now and my ticket is still "ongoing". whenever I follow up they just say it's under investigation! like the hell it's been always like this for quite a while now! I sent them the receipt that they doubled the charge and they don't never give my money back!

One of the better banking apps. But still far from perfect. For one, it's quite slow in loading account information and sometimes it fails to load the info. Also GOALS never worked for me. I can't transfer money into them and now I can't delete them. In order to delete them, I have to withdraw the money out of them. But I can't withdraw because I wasn't able to put anything there in the first place. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO REQUEST the feature to PAUSE SCHEDULED TRANSFERS please!

Customer service is great. But the app and online are terribly lagging. And it's not because of the WIFI connection because everything connected to the WIFI is working fast. When the app does work, the spending tracker would not load up. It has never loaded up since I've used the app. I already reported this and they said that there was a case but still no change. Hope this would be corrected and addressed soon.
