I loved the old app! However, this new app that updated last year is extremely slow. I tried to enable the fast balance so it doesn't take so long but it didn't work. Ive been patient hoping they would do something to fix it but it's been quite some time and no changes have been made. Is there any way to get the old app back?

Was good until about a month ago when it would never allow me to login. Updated my phone, uninstalled and now it's taken over a hour and it the new one hasn't installed. I got so used to having the app that now it's gone, I will be switching banks. Union is generally pretty awful with technology and connecting with third parties.

Have used the app for years with no problems. The new app update crashes and now has locked me out of my account. Customer support has said the issue is with my phone, and I am still locked out of my account. The app will not send me an email to reset my account. Do not believe it is a problem with my phone but instead a problem with the application.

*2nd update 6/29/23: I still can not pay my bill through the app or even online unless I use the one-time payment feature. You'd think a credit union could afford working technology.* Having trouble getting to where I can pay my loan bill and have to go through a login process all over again just to attempt to pay it, super annoying.

I don't know what changes have been made but leave much to be desired! Open app, takes forever to get to login screen. Enter info and clocks upwards of 30 seconds or more to actually get into account. Doesn't matter if on wifi or data either.

The downtime of this app is ridiculous. What is the point of having online banking if you can't use it at the times you need it most? UBT is the only financial account that I have this problem with. I'm on the road a lot so access from anywhere at anytime is a big benefit. I might just close my account at UBT to switch to a more reliable one.

Told me to update to use app, no update available. It's pretty frustrating that I uninstalled the app and it's still telling me to update the app after I login to my account, and will not let me go forward in the app without updating. Overall, it's a fantastic app and has always been very useful. I even used the app earlier this morning just fine. Please fix this.

Describe my experience? Frustrating! 90% of the time when I try to log in to make a payment, my screen just spins. I get logged on okay but the app is useless as far as being a convenient way to make payments on my loan. The banks website isn't any better. Its like "yeah, we'll give you an auto loan but unless you have a bank acct at UBT, we'll make it really difficult for you to make a payment" Grrrrrr!!!!! Update: App still stinks. Screen just spins when I try to log in to the payment side.

Overall super great user interface, very simple. My only gripe is that it will randomly reject a check I'm trying to deposit, even when I've done everything it asks and the photos are accepted. Not the end of the world, but frustrating after being spoiled bu the convenience of mobile deposits!

This app used to be great but recent changes make the payments section move while in use. It has basically rendered use for making payments on a mobile phone, useless. I can't read what is coming due and what is scheduled for payment, nor can I set up a payment because the information moves continuously until it's off the page. There is no ability to freeze the movement so that the app can be used. The app is ruined!!!

Horrible. had to uninstall reinstall to get it to work. Can't use the app to pay make loan payments. When you click on make a payment takes you to an off app link where i have to log in and fill out all my data again and again. Why does this suck so much in 2024. I pay nearly 100 dollars a month in interest charges on my loan as i am sure many others do. Why can't you spend a little to have an app that you can make payments to easily?

Worst banking app ever! I login and when I go to make a transaction, it wants me to login AGAIN... and the constantly locks up. Follow up... Went from 1 star to 3 (barely),the customer service rep was able to remedy the problem... but the app needs to be more intuitive. Not impressed at all.

WAS easy to use before this last update. Have to log in every time I switch screens. Then it locked out my account and had to jump through those hoops. Location data is nowhere near accurate. It has my "local" branches clear across the state from where I'm at. Won't let me set up a passcode so I have to get a temp access code texted every time. The bill pay area moves until the info is off screen rendering bill pay useless. You had a good thing UBT. Now, not so much.
