"Unet Enterprise" apps not good at all. Poor UI, very difficult to find out necessary option Developer should follow their another own apps "Unet ".

Very Very Poor Functions. please upgrade the Apps Features. UCB PLC is the one of the most valueable bank Bank in Bangladesh. Regards

Needs to improve interface expect much better from UCB as its one of the oldest and trusted banks in bangladesh loading takes lot of time doesn't get connected to server still transactions takes place which is really strange

Please change the colours of the app. Make sure the colours are nice, basic, standard colours. The combination makes it painful to eyes.

Useless app. Unable to pay credit card bill. Can't connect to server to show credit card information. I opened a current account just to pay my BASIS Credit Card bill, now this app doesn't work and I am feeling like meh.

Their banking apps are not meeting customer needs and are among the worst available. Management should look into what other banks offer in their apps. This review should focus on their features, user experience, and how they keep improving.

Your App is not user friendly. This is the worst banking app, I have ever used. After installing, I did not get any shortcut icon in my Android phone.
