Just unplayable at this point. Played on and off over the years, but I always end up uninstalling purely because of how glitchy, slow, and overall unplayable this game is. Devs have 0 priority in anything other than making money, and it's been that way since I started back in 2017. Stay away from this game; just absolute trash.

App has been glitchy since it began. The fact that it's a decade later and it's getting worse... Well shame on me. As every other review has said, the last update has broken the game. It hasn't stopped the devs from keeping the money from all the players though and giving nothing back as usual. This is a money grab at its finest. I'll be uninstalling this for the second and last time. I'll also be following up with fraud and Google. I've contacted the developer for help with no reply for months

Having a bug where when I use WiFi to play the game it freezes and stops responding. If I use data it works perfect. I'm using an Lg G7thinq with android 9.0. Just picked up the game after not playing for 5 years, not sure how long I'll stick around if I have to keep toggling WiFi

This game seriously needs to be updated, my screen is always loading more then 50% of time every time I click on anything. I tried emailing support but even their email in here wrong! I am using a s20+ & my screen is always loading on wifi & phone data. UPDATE 12/30/20: Finally received new update 3 days ago, it fixed some bugs completely, it fixed some bugs half way, & it came with new more annoying bugs. Honestly I rather go back to older version.

Had a toon that I was building on my Android had close to thirty energy refills and close to 30 Stam refills saved up then did an upgrade and haven't nor can't log in again. Love of u can spend money on game then they choose to not let u play no more on a Android. My two accounts on apple are fine. I think spending money on here anymore will come to an end. Thanks

Very enjoyable game concept, severely marred by extremely laggy game play, the need to restart the game multiple times per day, the amount of features that don't work correctly and the extreme cash grab structure. As much money as we spend on this, you would think it would work better and offer more value in the items offered for sale. Disappointing.

Game doesn't work the same since android update specifically on my Google pixel phone. Before android update I was able to swap in between apps seamlessly, now if I swap out of uwe app I cannot swap back to the game without complete crashing the game, closing as open task, and reboot a full load instead of just swapping back to app and continuing where I left off on. Please update as this issue is quite tedious

I changed my rating to a 1 star. there are constant freezing issues, I make purchases and never get the favor points, and the game is constantly crashing. I have reported it and all I get is the "we're working on it" response. The last update made the game unplayable.

These last 2 updates are horrible im not sure if ios is experiencing the same thing but the graphics are more cartoon and terrible... The screen response is a lot slower the plus the lag... Its sad I had to update jus to use the new features but I'm definitely switching back to the older version I'll just have to do without the new features... Im sure I speak for a lot when I say bring back the older version

Update: was contacted by creators, I have managed to sort this issue out. The easy fix was to uninstall the game app & upload & log in again. I now have the updates & can participate in events 👍 Unable to upload the new update. I have contacted via email to advise a course of action. I have been playing this game for years & have never had this issue until now. I have missed out on the recent Anniversary 10th Event due to this error. I will await response from the creators.

It's the most amazing Mafia style mobile game I've played, however there is some connections errors and bugs sometimes in Scratchs , if u could add section so players can trade or buy and sell there weapons to the others and add some other option in the game like marriage to other players like in real life and travel .. it'll be so awesome. Thank you. THE GODFATHER™

Seems to be doing better now the only suggestion i have is maybe figure out a way to keep the already dead players in the battle list from showing up its real annoying going threw the list only to find players without health

A lot of improvement for still a little choppy and when you click on someone's profile the music goes out and I have to reload the whole game over again this makes me sad five years playing this game and ruined by One update

I started this game just to b closer to my squeeze . But I really like it now! Kinda expensive but what will u pay for entertainment, right?😉since the Android 10 update my phone instantly crashes (if the screen timeout should occur) I have to switch phones/characters on to an older phone & operating system or I can't buy favor points. Fix it quick!

Very dissatisfied with the new update. I can't get it to install after I do an update so I can't get play in the anniversary event. I have a newer phone so the phone shouldn't be an issue. I tried over wifi as well and nothing. I'm on the verge of deleting it seeing as how nothing ever gets done to the game except a bunch of events occur over and over. Hasn't been any new jobs or nothing for years. IT'S GETTING OLD!

Is anyone else having this problem? I have a Note 10 plus. Every time I exit the app it breaks. Everytime I try to make a purchase it freezes and then never gives me my fp. I've contacted their customer service and they told me to restart the app. Nothing. I've tried using my accounts on different and older devices and I can make purchases. The part that confuses me is that Google play takes my money but the fp still do not show up. I've spent about +200 testing to see if it "works" yet. Help!

Since recent update I cannot execute bosses. I have tried multiple times with multiple executions methods maxed out to 100% but still says failure. This never happened before update. There is no way to contact support via the game menu, but plenty of ways to pay them money... UPDATE: They have fixed major bugs, but some minor ones linger *Update Update* Lots of new content. Very fun!

As scary as it sounds, having high level toons, I uninstalled the Android app and reinstalled it off of Google play and it worked. I didn't clear the memory or anything, just uninstalled the old version 6.71 and installed 6.80 and it worked fine. Hope this helps some Android users. Latest update won't install on Android and it looks like I'm not the only one having the update install issue. Please fix as I can't participate in this latest event.

I've been playing this game for years, it seems I always come back for more. That changed after this last server outage my character class was reset from assassin to enforcer, but only for clan battles. There's no way to reset it, and no way in the app to contact customer support, so I'm done playing. Thanks for all the good years, good luck on whatever issues you're struggling with.

Love game. Just way to buggy - especially after new updates. Since the latest update the game keeps freezing at the worst possible times. Cant do PvP without it freezing up after each hit and cant go to lieutenants page without game freezing completely. Very frustrating. 7 years later - not much has changed. Still a very entertaining game that has so much potential but still has way too many bugs for an app this old.
