I love the underdog platform, but the mobile experience lacks behind the desktop. Most recently, I still cannot view the weekly winners tournament on my phone even after the update, I've also tried to uninstall and reinstall, that also did nothing. I will continue to use underdog for the desktop experience, but if I'm on my phone and want to do a draft it would be hard to recommend underdog until this is fixed.

Super excited for Bestball, but please please please if there's anything you can do on your end to help bring the Pick'em contests to Pennsylvania we want you here so badly!!! 😫 It's so unfair that we get stuck with only the sportsbooks that use everything in their power to trick/mislead their users instead of your incredible format and awesome variety of unique plays. It looks so awesome. Seriously love your app and really hope I get to enjoy the rest of it someday soon 🤞

Awful. Deposited 20, there's very few options for drafts, the connectivity is terrible, once I finally was able to draft it kicked me out and started auto picking for me. I went to withdraw my deposit and it only let's you take half back. They take like $6 or more for each draft, basically for the house. So if you do a $10 draft of 6 people, the payout is $54.Seriously, use yahoo or draft kings or something. This is the worst fantasy app I've ever used.

Pretty easy and simple however I wish you could adjust when you want to be notified that your draft pick is approaching. For example I can place an alert for when my turn to select a draft pick 2,3,5, etc.. picks out. By the time I get the alert open the app and the app refreshes I sometimes miss the pick completely or have a few seconds left.

Very poor customer service. I never had any restrictions set on my deposits, but the system one day said I had reached my monthly limit, even though I had never set a monthly limit. Reached out to customer support immediately, they said they can not do anything and I can't change it for 90 days. It's absolutely ridiculous. I get responsibility in gambling, but no adjustments for 90 days is ridiculous. If I contacted immediately, it's obvious there was an error.. now I can't use the app. Thanks

Had given this app 5 stars originally and it's still a great place to play best ball. Since they opened up the latest Puppy & BBM contests, the app had been a horror to use. It crashes whenever you change in between apps, and during fast draft it freezes & crashes as well. Twice already have I missed a pick because the app freezes mid-draft, with or without switching. I'd suggest anyone doing fast drafts to just use the website until the app is fixed- which needs to be done ASAP.

Great app and easy to use. My only gripe is that the app doesn't stay open when switching to another app when doing research on players therefore I have to start over inputting my picks. ****Update**** The app randomly just won't open or fully load to where you can do anything. I've tried clearing cache and even uninstalling plus after several updates it has not been fixed. I'm dropping my rating due to this issue.

Not bad for pickems, but I have lost several picks in drafts due to the extremely buggy mobile app. Without fail during every draft I do on my phone, the UI will bug out and will become unresponsive to my input. This happens any time i use the app for more than a few minutes. If I can't manage to restart the app before my pick is gone, I lose the pick.

When drafting, I notice there is some sort of lag or connection issue going on. I have mistakenly auto drafted players I would not otherwise draft if I had the ability to select. This happens when i exit the draft or app and come back to it. It doesn't happen all the time, but it seems like it happens during peak user usage times. I've learned to queue multiple players for a given pick just in case it happens.

Has some very annoying bugs. If I switch apps and then come back to it, I can't seem to load open contests and other data unless app is restarted. Score updates seem inconsistent during live contests. Some rules could be explained a little better. I didn't know what swap rankings were for until they went into effect. Adjusting player rankings can be a nightmare. The list jumps when I try to slide a player up or down, and often places the player off screen. Needs a lot of work. Cool format tho!

It's a great concept for an app that needs major improvement. When it works it's great but plenty of times it lags mid draft and auto drafts for you and suddenly reloads and you missed twenty picks. Also, not all the active tournaments are listed where they should be so not only are they hard to find, they take unnecessarily long to fill because people can't find them. The scoring is also significantly better on Draftkings. Unless they improve this will be my last season using this app.

Was great at first, but now that I won a bit; they don't let me do mid game picks anymore (the only reason I went with them), during the game one team will be completely blacked out , while I am able to choose anybody on the other team perfectly fine. It wasn't like this when I had promo $$ to spend. Now that it's my money and I figured out what I was doing, they limit the hell out of me. Sometimes, when I have amazing picks, the app will just close, and I have to start all over. They know.

Very glitchy, I don't know how many times it freezes during drafts, and therefore auto picks for me. Usually players I wouldn't have picked, I set limits by position on Best Ball drafts, and still exceeds picks per position. On pick'ems constantly resets. Small variety on pick'ems. Doesn't always sub players who don't play. Gonna try a different app for my picks.

Love the platform, but their android app could use some work. Doesn't run very well, lags out in drafts that cause me to autopick, and is missing some of the key features that iOS and web browser has, for example: being able to quickly see what the advance format looks like for their NFL playoff contest. On iOS and browser, you can quickly see this info when entering a contest, but on android have to do some more digging to get that same info.

If I could give it zero stars I would! The fantasy draft seems to work but not the pick em options, I have had to Uninstall and install 3 times so far. It's too much to do so I'm done. Every time you switch to another app to check your answers, it resets your picks and deletes them. I never win here anyway. To much work for such a basic app! Oh, and I just downloaded it a week ago lol. 3 times in a week????

The pick 'em section is extremely buggy and frequently requires reloading the page, switching apps, and restarting the app. Not sure how such a basic feature operates so poorly but it's gotten to the point that it's far more hassle than it's worth to use - there are other options with better lines, better promos, and that actually function.

App was fine a few years ago...now when I try to make pickem bets, if I swap to another app then back to the underdog app, my picks reset (very annoying!) Also, sometimes I will try to submit my picks and the app will just get stuck with the rotating loading circle in the middle of the screen so I will have to exit the app and select all my picks again! Not only that but when I'm viewing a player's stats, if I hit the back button it resets back to the top of the list! So annoying!

Seriously the worst app ever. Always crashes. Never places bets the first time, literally have to close the app, open it up, make your picks again, and repeat 2 or 3 times before it finally goes through. Live bets say "unavailable" 99% of the time. I can go on and on, but it doesn't appear that anyone reads these and does anything about it. I'm gonna stop giving you guys my money and everyone else should do the same.

Very frustrating. If you click a link to copy someone else's entry, it opens a webpage in the browser instead of opening the app with the slip pre-populated. This issue doesn't happen with any other apps. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, made sure the links are enabled in "open by default" in app settings, and it still won't solve the problem. The search feature is also awful, making this app a huge pain to use. UD focuses on removing props or bumping lines more than building a functional app

Android users are out of luck here. This is the only fantasy app that actually goes backwards each year. No way to see bye weeks when you click on your team while drafting. It's a simple fix that the tech guys there refuse to even acknowledge. How does an app lose a simple feature as that? After maxing out the BBM and other contests there past few years, I've had to switch my focus to Drafters & DraftKings this year and maxing out their main Best Ball contests. I've stopped hoping for a fix now.
