I like that I can use the barcode scanner to see the actual price of products helps when shopping at Marshalls or Ross to see the reviews. 7/6/23 New update is worse. Items don't load up as fast and they removed reviews! If you have to remove seeing reviews from your products then there's massive cause for concern. I'm going from 1-2 stars now until this is fixed in the next update. Also add a feature to share the product with others as well as shipping to Canada/Mexico.

They offer discounts yet they don't honor it on the app or on website. The percentage off changes from what is initially offered to a lesser amount and you can't even get that. I have a lot of Under Armour clothing and I have purchased a lot for my son. My purchases were all done through Amazon so I thought maybe I'd try to save money and go directly to Under Armour, (big mistake). Extremely disappointed that I have spent over an hour trying to get offered discounts to apply. Done. Back to Nike

You can't save your choices as you go into specific areas. Once you look at an item, you can't go back to the previous screen because it forgets where you were. So if I choose to look at shorts with a 4.5-6" inseam I can only browse. If I select an item to view, I must reset my choices to view the 4.5-6 shorts again. Maybe android operating system issue?

This app sucks, and every update has something broken in it. I've seen times where you can barely edit the cart, where half the shopping menus don't appear, currently selecting filters or sorting causes infinite loading and the results never appear. Get some QA for the this app. Also what's the deal with not being able to copy text from the app, yet you don't have any sharing options to send links to others for suggestions or recommendations.

I get a notification that actually seems interesting, but when I click it, it just sits there loading. Sometimes I'll be browsing through items, click on one, then go back and it says that no items match my search. It's just a very clunky app. Update: App is TRASH. Cannot even enter my shipping address to order anything. When saving items, they do not display in the saved items list. Tried to apply promo code from home page, and it said it was invalid. USELESS GARBAGE

App is almost as bad as the website. In the app, when you add something to the bag, the icon turns into a checkmark then turns back to the "Add it to Bag" button. The page does not ask you if you want to continue shopping or check. There is no bag icon on the page. I tried to chat with a live agent that the page isn't mobile friendly. I typed in my question and pressed send then waited a minute and my question just disappeared. Now I submitted my order & the app froze. No confirmation number.

It works but could be better... lot of navigational bugs where you have to restart your search when hitting the back button. It doesn't directly show if your military discount has been applied (had to check the email receipt). Biggest flaw is you're unable to submit reviews for purchased products, I'd rather not have to get on the computer or website to do this when I have the app

Buggy and slow. Not all images show up when browsing inventory. Sometimes when going back to browsing the inventory after tapping an item to view, the app errors and says "sorry no items to view". You need to search the items you want to view all over again after that, and then scroll through all the inventory you already saw just to find where you left off before the error happened. For such a "good" and pricy brand, one would think they would have the app working properly.

Would recommend you add the option to scan your receipts and allow the customers to review all histories. Not just the history from you buying from the all. I am a huge UA fan but I think the app needs a lot of modifications. I want to be able to see how often I shop at UA and my overall history with the company. I should be able to do that from my phone. Should also be able to get coupons/points once you reach a certain $$ amount spent. I recommend you retake a look at the app.

I like the app it self But it keeps crashing!!! And it is slow to refresh. You look at a item and go to back out to keep looking at other items in the category and it either is really slow to reload, or won't reload, or reloads only about half of the items in the category. I have high speed internet so it's not on my end. I really like the products but the app itself is Horrible!

Good app. Easy enough to navigate around. If you are not logged in BEFORE shopping, you'll lose everything in your cart/bag. Also, promo codes do not "stick". I had to enter the same promo code 4 times and again at checkout. I almost missed putting it in at checkout, which would have cost me $60+. Double check the prices and amounts before you checkout.

Unusable. Can not enter my address for shipping on the app, only on a computer. Even if I try the web page on my phone, I am pushed to the broken app. Frustrating scrolling. If you look at a product after scrolling the page, your place on that page is not saved, and you have to start from the top again. App worked in the past, terrible now.

If the app worked properly it would be great. The thing that bugs me the most, I think, is when a notification is sent to my phone for new gear or something and it literally nnnnever works. It says "Oops, something went wrong." Then the notification is gone and I have to remember what it said so I can go back in and find the new gear. It has a hard time loading items, some just stay blank. Items I've already scrolled past come back to show me again for some reason. And I redo the filter a lot.

Almost usable. My address can not be input without an error message despite my address being saved in my UA profile. Because of this, I haven't been able to make a purchase through the app. Lastly, in the app you can add at least up to four UA gift cards, but online you can only add two. Again, this is irrelevant because you can't even complete a purchase via the app. It is user friendly and I appreciate the default night mode.

Horrible! It is the most frustrating app I have ever used. If you are browsing and click on something you want to look at and click to go back, it doesn't go back to where u left off. It comes back a blank screen with some sort of message that there is an error and to try again later. It keeps listing the same items multiple times. And now I am trying to use a coupon code, but it is telling me that my cart does not apply. When I read the fine print, I do am qualified. HATE IT!

Have tried using the app many times over the past few years. Have downloaded it again and still the same issues. The app crashes itself and says "OOPS no products to display" so you have to press the back arrow and go back to the start picking a category and finding the last place you were at. Also you can't save items that you are looking at to your profile with the button. You can only press the heart when viewing and scrolling through the many items. Makes for an unreliable experience.

Used to be 5 stars. Since the major updates a few months back, I have lots of issues with saving/ favoring items, sorting, and filtering.. Not sure why that doesn't work any more. Sorting by price does not sort items not by price, and gives 35, 60, 40, 100, 80 instead of actually being in order. Lots of repeat items too before showing new ones if you look by category. Very annoying and prevents me from actually buying or finding things to buy

Poor app performance. I placed an order then while checking the order, the app showed multiple identical items ordered. That number was 6 then 9 then 2 then the correct order of 1 item. I called customer service and they verified that only 1 item was ordered and that only 1 item will be billed. Customer service was excellent. Moving forward I will be using my laptop to place orders. The app also has issues with freezing up among many others.

Finally! Your app is night and day different compared to what it once was. Very impressed with how easy it was to find items! Besides having different search options available, the "lag" that was once there is no longer!!! I was able to shop with expediency and because of that I found what I was looking for and ended up buying more than I intended! Great job!

Very poor app performance. The splash screen takes forever. Sometimes the app doesn't even load. It just freezes. (I'm using a brand new, flagship phone with a fresh install. My hardware isn't to blame.) And, separately, the trend of long splash screens needs to end. It's idiotic. I just opened the app by tapping your logo. I know who you are and what I'm opening. Stop wasting my time.
