This game was fun for awhile, but now it is very buggy. There are times swipes aren't registered, the game will freeze for a split second twice per race which causes you to lose. Several months in and there is no way to save progress or move your game to another device. There are too many races that are impossible to win (there aren't enough possible points to win). Today the daily duel won't trigger. It was fun while it lasted, time for something different.

While I enjoy the game there is a major issue I've noticed since season 2. Every single run will have a moment where there is a split second of lag, which will cause you to run into something if you are in a bad spot when it happens. I want to believe this is not some intentional way for us to use gems to stay in the run in an effort to get people to spend money, but it's very frustrating when it happens on a good run or on the 3rd run you need for the Daily Duel. Please fix this major flaw!

I never write reviews, but go play Run Sackboy Run if you want a GOOD Saclboy mobile game!!!! In no other do you go DOWN/LOSE in the battle passpoints for coming in 4th in a race. The tutorial is rigged to make it so you can not lose the first few times, including giving you free revives, after that bot 30 levels higher then you will always win 88% of the time. And not to mention only getting 7 coins per win when the game insists on upgrading outfits that cost 400 coins. I could go on and on

Being a Little Big Planet fan there's an element of fun to the game, however it's hard to thoroughly enjoy due to certain shortcomings. Negative points when not placing in top three and difficulty in obtaining a top three position later in the game are the big ones. It's more frustrating than rewarding at present. Also, people need to stop calling this a Subway Surfers ripoff as that game was a ripoff itself. Hell, 90% of mobile games are ripoffs. It's pointless calling something that.

Rigged, in the actual, definitive meaning of the word. There comes a point around an hour in that the first place scores to beat are genuinely stacked against you due to the randomized levels. You physically do not have enough points in the level to beat that score. On top of that they want you to open the game every hour to open your prizes. Get the modded version when it comes out. This sucks.

Pay to play. You're stuck behind a progress wall after getting 350-400 trophies. It's extremely difficult most times, and impossible the rest. I have perfect runs and still get 4th place. Costume upgrades mean more points per bubble but you don't receive enough coins to upgrade unless you buy the season pass which is $8 USD. Not to mention there isn't an unlimited run, so ur stuck playing 30+ 1min runs to get enough coins for a single upgrade. Horrible game. (Note: I grew up playing LBP1-3)

I really like this game! It's like Subway Surfers but with a classic Little Big Planet twist. My only issue at the moment is the glitch where the screen shakes when you move certain ways sometimes. This causes my character to glitch and then hit obstacles or jump too late but the game is still new so I'm sure it'll be fixed in time. There also isn't a problem with ads at all. If you like Little Big Planet this is definitely a cute little game to play here and there

Terrible as a free to play experience progression wise, only took me maybe an hour to get to the point where even very skilled and optimal play isn't enough to continue gaining trophies due to how they ramp up the level of your opponents so I'm forced to play the waiting game just to progress. Also it's nothing but bots and doesn't feel like things ever get faster/more challenging. The visuals and animations aren't bad so there's that if you're a big sack boy fan. Game needs improvements.

It is a typical mobile game with dark psychological tricks to get you to keep coming back and spending money. It is very challenging. But, the challenge is part of them trying to get your money. You lose trophies if you die, especially in a lower place in the race. Just use expensive gems to continue. You have to wait hours to open bags of items that you need to up your rank. You can only open one at a time even though there are 4 slots. The next one doesn't until you tell it. Then, need coins.

I was really enjoying this game and even bought two of the passes for special costumes. several days ago however all of my progress got reset to the beginning and after reaching out to support twice I have still heard nothing. the game is great and fun but with the chance of losing everything you have paid for and no support on their end it's just not worth it. if you play never pay anything.

Fun game, but impossible to stay competitive without paying for the season rewards. The points system is also broken. You lose the same amount of points for 4th places as you do crashing 2 seconds in. Yet you barely earn any points for 3rd place. So without paying for gems to upgrade, it's impossible to rank up. Edited 5/5: lagging makes it unplayable. Once per run, you lose a second of game play and if you're mid jump or slide you're going to crash the 2nd the lag stops. Just isn't fun.

This game is fun, but the upgrading part is so unproportional. The gold for finishing top 3 is minimal compared to the upgrade cost. The games also feel too short. Would be a cool feature to add an endless mode. There is also a glitch where I turn off the music and sound, but when I close the app and open it again, it turns back on even though the buttons say off. Fun game; too much money for the season pass, though.

The game is pretty cool. That was until after the tutorial when I realized I would play for 10 minutes everyday. There should be REAL online and not random scores to beat. A friend system would be pretty cool. Other than that, this game is alright, a little inconsistent in terms of originality. Most of the themes already existed and music and costumes from other Sackboy games.

Long time LBP fan, this series was my whole childhood. I was so excited for this game, but it's a little disappointing. If it wasn't Sackboy related, I would've uninstalled but I'm giving it a chance. It definitely needs a real scoreboard, the random one doesn't make sense. It would also be nice to have live matches where a group of people compete in real time. It could also use an infinite running aspect. Also most season passes let you get points to earn the next pass, but this one doesn't.

I really want to love this game. It's a lot of fun, and has a serious "one more play" hook. However, the difficulty curve is too high. I've upgraded my accessories until my fingers are sore, but often, the chance of winning a round comes down to sheer luck of getting matched with a low high score to compete against. There's no option to upgrade the power ups like the magnet or shield, and sometimes you can crash on an obstacle that you can't see in time to avoid. Also, it needs free run mode.

While the game does have merit, and is pretty enjoyable, there are glaring issues with the game. First of all, the paid pass is ludicrous. You get 10x the rewards on currency, which makes it very pay to win. Second, leaderboards feel random, and scores look straight up unobtainable at a lot of times. And third, the performance in certain areas is a joke. Most the game is fine, and I can get a good frame rate at high settings, but the daily duel, even at low settings is completely unplayable.

The game for the first couple months was fun and easy to play. Then all of a sudden it's like the difficulty got ramped up. No matter how much I spend to level up, no matter how perfect my run is, I lose. I wouldn't mind honestly because I do still find it fun to play, but it's so sad to always lose and then not able to progress in any way with the daily achievements when they require trophies or wins. I could spend every coin on an upgrade and it makes no difference. No drive to keep playing.
