LOVE THIS GAME! personally I think it's the best in the series (I've bought pro on the football and basket ball, but played the soccer version as well.). I'm completely addicted to this one. The reasons I didn't give it 5 stars is 1) when you trade away a player with a personality of 67 or lower, you get a notice about how disappointed the coaches and players are that you got rid of that player. 2) It's not as polished as the football version. Tip for newbs stadium & fran store bring in money.

I have loved all other games and have all the premiums for all other games and my only knock on it so far is not being about to build my own trade, it understandable for only being out two days but can't wait for that to be added but so far so good. Edit, with ultimate mode it just makes it what I am used to with the other game but I really love that there is a "dumbed down" version for new comers highly recommended for anyone how plays Madden or 2k for the franchise mode

Great engine, but the game has some serious flaws including building maintenance, making it impossible to build a profitable team, and the player value vs draft pick value is all out of whack. Could be a great game but needs some work.

pay to win, impossible otherwise. really good concept but the whole style metric makes you need to spend real $ to make your players match your coach. good luck trying to draft and develop players to match. truly frustrating experience (I've played all sports versions even paid for the full version of football, big mistake as you still have to pay for $ and training points to be able to do anything)

Game has potential but I have a few things that I think could be better. The trading aspect I think needs to change because in the football one you can trade picks and players, not just picks like this one does. Also, unless I just haven't figured it out. There is not really a place to look for coaching and front office staff. It just shows 4 options that you have to replace the current coach which I don't really like that.

It's not horrible, but there are a few complaints. The sim engine is unrealistic, teams should not be going 80-1-1 or anything similar. Theretro are too many low potential draftable players and never any good goalie prospects. When extending players it also costs a bonus, which can make having a good team impossible with how it drains your bank very fast. The game is absolutely pay to win, unless you spend hours trying to get lucky with picks and schemes just to lose to a 99 ovr powerhouse

why is it the computer teams can be a ÷10 gear but we can only buy a ÷5, that's not fair, and if u do win they don't give u enough money to upgrade your franchise, and when u start out your coaches and players are never in synced makes u spend $ to match them but there's always a computer team that has all players with 5 ratings they make the game impossible to be any good without spending money, it's not realistic.

Has potential, but get fired too easily. You start from nothing with barely any money, and a really bad team. You need quite a few seasons to build your team and staff to a point where you can compete, but get fired (game over) before you get there unless you spend real money for in-game currency. Bad way to create a game. If they removed the ability to get fired, and not put it behind a paywall, it would make this game 10 times better.

I have really enjoyed all the other GM games so far but this one feels a little more empty then the other ones. I know this could end up being a really good game in the future but there are a few things that hold the game back. Player salaries being tied to finances makes it difficult to progress when you don't have money to upgrade facilities because it went into free agent bonuses. I also feel like the draft picks aren't that valuable, I end up with 15+ picks every season with no use for them

Great game, getting the hint of changing the mode is definitely helpful. I really like how accurate the salary is, it's not as inflated as the football one. The only things id like to see added in are of course the leaderboard, id like to track my score against the top entries. Also someone said something about how there is no farm system and I agree, should be able to draft someone to your minor team and then call him up, also if somehow there could be the RFA after the original 3yr deal.

Having fun with this one. It's challenging. I started from the bottom and after 4 grueling seasons, I built up a solid contender that has a few championship wins. Good job!

Fundamentally broken all around. They need to rebuild this whole game from the ground up. Their college football version is the only version worth playing.

This was neither Pro, nor ultimate; sadly. I'd have traded all the "likenesses" to actual players for a somewhat reasonable simulator. I don't want to see unrealistic records and muted line combos ... The trade offers are stupid and the accepting of trade offers is stupid... I get the "value" but there is far more to it than that. Really just wasted my time and frustrated me. Save the 25 mins guys 😆

Great ultimate pro sim hockey l ever played with no need to pay like other games that needs u to pay to play their pro version,,,,,,, but some certain areas needs improvement or upgrade to make it 💯 wow!!!! instead of "it's ok or not bad at all " comments . Looking forward for new upgrades of the game .

Very experienced player of Football version. This version seems more like pay to win. Putting an offense and defense style on all players makes it much harder to build teams with correct style...without buying a ton of training points. Playoffs, you beat teams with better ranking about 5% of the time, while teams with ranking below your team win 50% or better against your tram in the playoffs. Needs serious tweaks.

Deleted my previous review to leave this one. After a lot of play time I have realized the game cheats to force you to lose. It allows other teams to go over the salary cap as well as gives them a +10 teamwide boost that is not available to you. At best you can get a +5 but it requires real money. I am just playing on the easiest mode so it doesn't make sense why it adds this much advantage to the computer teams. The general gameplay is fun but until they fix these issues I will not be playing.

If this game is aiming to be realistic, there should never be a team with a 80-1-1 record. That's absurd. Looking forward to an update but it takes away from the game. Plus the draft feels useless without an abundance of talent. Pretty much every player is a 3star prospect or under. Also it would be cool to see what type of player they are (sniper, enforcer, etc) instead of player scheme fits. That doesn't fit the hockey game as clearly. Please remove scheme fits.

I understand this game is brand new... but as of right now, it is absolutely pay to win. 3 ways to aquire players... #1 is drafting. #2 is free agency. #3 is trading away 1 singular player for only 2 draft picks (that you can't choose and any other picks that would be aqcuried are stuck behind a paywall). You can't trade multiple players or for players at all. Oh, and the #1 team had 99 overall or better players from top to bottom and lost a total of 5 games in the first 3 seasons...

The sim engine is quite unrealistic: teams routinely go 82-0-0, or only win 3 games per year. The variance in the algorithm needs to be increased. Without putting money in, it's impossible to win a championship. Unfortunately, this games places way too much rating-dependancs on chemistry and personality. I've tried 6 separate attempts on this game, and been fired within 3 years in all three. You start SO far behind all the other teams, it's impossible to catch up. Every part of this needs work
