Like the idea about this game, the graphics and the controls. The biggest and unforgivable issue is, that the game engine is incredible bad. One time you have wind that pushes the ball like a hurricane and then the next time the same wind has zero influence. The engine issues forces me to uninstall this game and give it zero stars. 08/06/21 Sadly, I can't lower the stars, after getting a non-answer from the programmers. On top, it seems that this problem is ongoing and they never fix the issue.

It's a great game with awesome graphics. BUT... as with any game it asks for money. You can play the normal game and collect coins and such but if you end up wanting to replay a tournament it's sometimes ask for in game coins which is easy enough, but other time itll ask for unreasonable "cash" amounts, not so easy to get. Also, a practice option would be nice maybe in the form of a driving range or top shot range with targets that could get you points and prizes for certain achievements.

The game itself is okay for a golf game. The problem I have with this game are the constant disconnects from their servers. It’s frustrating because when this happens during a match, it causes you to lose automatically, even if you were winning the match. I’d avoid downloading until they have the dreaded "Waiting on Servers" stability issues resolved. Download WGT golf. It’s a much better game with better graphics, and more importantly it DOESN’T HAVE SERVER ISSUES!!!

Update: This game is beyond rigged. It makes head to head games impossible to win at points, trying to force you to buy coins. Same club and ball as opponent yet totally different ball flight. Should not be able to hit consistent accurate shots yet still lose 20 games in a row. Wind direction switches every shot which is also annoying and unrealistic. I have had balls hit the pin and "miss" and end up exactly behind the pin. Physics disagrees. Could be fun if the playing field was always even.

Really used to be fun. Enjoyed the new content and modes they added. However, an update or two ago has left it completely unplayable. Sitting on a "loading assets" bar that just freezes the entire game. Restart it, still fails to work. End up timing out on head to heads or not being able to join tournaments or earn anything. Very poor on the updates. Lost a star as now the game won't even get past the load screen. Might want to fix those bugs.

Great graphics. Great courses. Terrible controls. Extremely glitchy. Unrealistic physics. I have given my honest review multiple times but the game developers report most bad reviews as abuse to make sure their overall rating isn't tarnished. There seems to be a correlation to the intermittent issue with the controls where you have no consistency. I will resubmit this review until it sticks because it's the truth! It's now just another "pay to continue to play" in most people's book.

Good game. I love that you don't need to take turns, you play at the same time as your opponent. But it has 1 major issue: if the timer gets below 10 you're basically screwed because the animation is too slow. If you're not already lined up to take your shot, forget it. You need to tap the Shoot button, which then takes 3 seconds to bring you to the next screen, then you need to time your shot. That needs to be fixed.

Of all the golf games I've played over the years, this one by far has the best graphics, easiest controls and awesome prizes and incentives to keep you playing for free, not getting stuck in corners set up to force you to pay to play on. I've probably spent $15 or $20 here and there but because I wanted something, not needed it to play on or get an unfair advantage. And I love the temperamental adjustments you have to make just like real play, if they're on, you're rewarded, off, you'll pay!👍

The Most Inconsistent play I've ever seen on a Golf Game. Slow switching from aim to shoot. If you hear the time and your still in aim then you have lost a stroke. By the time it closes, goes to options and select swing the timer is at 2 seconds. Lost several strokes waiting on game play. Try to sell me something between every transition to home screen. Just overall a poor gaming experience. 0 stars!

I love the challenge of the game. But the game is apparently rigged, for instance: while playing a tied game round, I noticed that the opponent had a club that was 15 yards less than mine in distance. I had a head wind to shoot against, so I pulled it all the way back past normal and didn't make it to the green. Opponent won by getting well onto green! That should not happen!!!

Similar in game play to others like Golf Clash. I have 2 main issues which keeps my rating low: 1) fairways are unpredictable and there's no way to read them. I'll hit a tee shot so that it lands perfectly down the middle, but then it'll suddenly veer almost 90 degrees down a slope and head into the rough 2) The putting indicator is VERY misleading. I'll line up a putt and it'll light up green, meaning correct speed and line, but even when I time the release perfectly sometimes it'll still miss.

It's fun until you realize the algorithm is in control. I don't want to over explain, but when the game decides you're losing, your ball will roll way too long into the rough. Or they'll make it bounce in a ridiculous manner off the green. It really feels like they're trying to drain your coins so you have to buy more to play and be competitive. All games try to make money, but changing the physics to do it is not something I'll ever support.

I like how easy the method of controlling the way you aim and swing the clubs. In my experience in the game, the deciding who wins after a tie isn't consistent. On several ocations I have been closest to the pin and was told I wasn't the winner. Even with seeing the opponents ball clearly further away. Also have had the ball go directly over the hole without falling in or suddenly stop right before the hole. Very frustrating.

Good graphics and overall good golf game. However, lately they've been updating the application weekly, sometimes multiple times a week, which is good when they are addressing bugs but it seems they are messing with the in game difficulty. Chipping around the green EVERYTHING goes to the left of the hole, before a shot hit perfectly would go in and at worse be on line with the hole - no more. Please fix.

THE most 'visually' realistic golf game on the net.... I Just wish it was as 'honest' as it is visually realistic! Some of the 'integrity' issues ; ALWAYS subtracting from your cumulative score when you LOSE but FREQUENTLY forgetting to ADD to your score when you win! I have experienced multiple winning streaks of 4,5, and 6 games with NO points awarded! Balls that hit greens and bounce like Super Balls and like bowling balls (especially when playing well) and fluctuating swing meter speeds.

Not this one. If you actually want to hit ball with club go in hole this is the slowest way to do it. Too many load screens. Too many unskippable animations that take a stunningly long time. Hit a ball up a hill, watch ball roll down hill back down hill for literally 10's sec (>20s). The interface feels like a Las Vegas designed McDonald's menu. PGA Tour Shootout is still the best I've found.

It's pretty fun until you get to a point where you can't win or play unless you buy stuff. A lot like Golf Clash, you get paired with opponents who can crush you. Tournaments were pretty much the only option after a while but then the only Tournaments available were entirely unplayable and a decent score to earn enough to keep playing was unattainable.

The original 4-6 wks altered very fun, learning and getting better but then I hit a point, like i read other reviewers write, where the game just screws you. I have better equipment during head to head and yet someone that just goes up and hits the ball beats me easily. Ridiculous. Don't have to spend money but if you dont, you will lose. Glitches that don't pay me the correct reward for Lucky Shots and constantly glitches in the middle of Head to Head so I lose cuz out of time. Stinks

Game could be great, but it falls flat. Very slow progression. Round fees, upgrade costs, and an algorithm designed to keep you at around a 50% win rate in head to head really sap the desire to play since it takes so long to earn enough to advance. Aiming on the greens is spotty and you cant trust the green light when aiming a putt. They follow the pay to win model of modern apps flawlessly.

This game could be great but it shuts down in the middle of matches all the time and ruins your stride, it is also bs when it comes to making shots, ie how do you land on the green with forward spin and roll backwards into the water hazard, costing a stroke not to mention you can't choose what club to use and you can't shoot through foliage. it could be good but not until they fix certain things.
