I gave 5 stars because i wouldve given more stars if allowed.I am not good at computers and anything & everything that comes with computers and yes! My phone 😰,I always ask my children.But with the ultimate backup?!!! 😁💋 super easy & I did it by myself? Hopefully I did it right?? Thank you Elena D. Chgo

They deny it's them and take your money and when I tried to be refunded that's all I get...😡😡😡 AVOID. Here's what i recieved>> It sounds like you may have purchased an app that isn't from us.<< For this to work to back up to my netbook I had to install on netbook as well and that required me to pay again!! Also it never seems to work and on netbook the customer service is zero. Since i had to uninstall the android app my refund of £5.99 has not been received and it's been days

I love how I can erase anything that I'm not happy with in the pic(s) and the price isn't bad either for the GB Ultimate Backup gives. Try it, I'm letting u know that u will not be disappointed. Have only been able to get the app to complete a download twice without issues and having to force close the app! Too many bugs in the app for the cost of the piece!!
