Deletes map every week. Also doesn't return to the base unit when it's meant to be rechargeable. Just sits in front of the recharge station. Even if I place it on the vacuum manually on the recharge unit, the vacuum still moves away from it. Also no good with the self empty. Lots of issues with the base and or wi fi.

Update ruined app. Was working fine, now the update doesn't allow you to get into the device settings. I cannot set a schedule, control manually, read error reports...nothing. It just has both devices sitting there with options to "rename" or "remove". Nothing else. What's the point now???

Old app worked better for scheduling. Since the app update, the scheduled cleaning doesn't work. The app reports that the device has cleaned at the set time but there's no dust in the container and no record in the activity log Tech support email address on here doesn't work, you just get an undeliverable report.

I bought a TS1. I downloaded the app. I configured our router so that the 2.4G signal had its own seperate SSID. The app does not connect with the TS1. It reaches a point where you have to select the WiFi signal, and takes you to the available SSIDs but will not populate the field in the app. Typing it manually has no effect. The app 'help' service is rubbish. Ironically you are greeted with the message 'Ultenic is always here to help you' - that is not true. To be honest, one star is too much.

Just purchased the Ultenic T10 and add the app, really happy with the performance. App is little hard to navigate but when you understand it's a good app.

It cannot connect to a D5. The router and my phone is just beside the device. Other vendor's devices have no problem at all.

Multiple android phones used from newest to oldest. The app won't work on either of them. Keeps crashing when opening. Send multiple request that I had this problem. No response after 24h period. Furthermore, cannot seem to see the reviews of this app although it gets a 2. Something starrating. Really annoyed that I have bought the d5s but cannot use it due to bad software.

The app has gone backwards since I first installed it. I have the T10 vacuum and I was previously able to configure specific options per room, like twice cleaning. Or setting no go zones with a simple rectangle shape. Both these very useful features have disappeared with the new update. Plus intermittent device errors and you also can't save multiple maps (different floors) on the app, this is a complete lie by the manufacturer.

Doesn't connect to WiFi at all. When trying to connect the D5s robovac, following the instructions in the quick start guide, at an appropriate time, and ensuring the network is a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, it just goes to to Android Wi-Fi settings. It doesn't do anything else. You can tap on anything and it just doesn't work. Doesn't return to the app, nothing. I'd even have preferred it if I could just type in the SSID myself, but no, it wants to select it from Android. Total waste of time & money

Device and app have gone backwards, it will not load at all on my s22 ultra. All the useful feature have disappeared since updating. I have lost control of the T10, so it's stuck in to what was pre programed before, and I can not change it even using another device. Update... no response from the company or devs. Been in touch with amazon going to return for a refund. They stipulated a 2 year guarantee.

The remote feature used to be great and really handy. Now every single move takes a long time as you can't change direction whilst the little guy is in motion. I have to wait for Buddy (yes, he has a name) to stop and the brushes to stop spinning then change direction and the whole experience takes a loooooong time. Why has this simple function never been fixed? I'd be perfectly happy with him if it weren't for this.

Previous version was working fine. The new one has no improvement, only things that you can't do anymore such as name your rooms and choose the cleaning type (once or twice) that is the basis of a vacuum app. You can trick the app by naming the zone but the vacuum doesn't follow your recommendations (which zone to start with or cleaning time). I'm very disappointed.

PLEASE UPDATE! It's ok but needs two things for robot function. 1. The app needs closing and restarting to get up to date info of map and charge progress 2. Single room/random mode needs adding. I have to use the remote for this feature. I use this mode often as my carpet is thick and makes gyro robots get lost. As for people moaning about connection, most smart products work on 2.4g. turn off 5g on router for pairing then switch back on after.

Non functional application, doesn't allow you to select a WiFi network when adding a device. It opens the Android WiFi prompt but doesn't allow you to actually pick one so you can't pair the device. (Android 11) Also requests intrusive permissions unnecessary for the service (phone, file and image, camera access). App is in English but seems translated with little effort and has bad formatting .

The shopping experience and customer service for me are amazing. everything about this product is good to me, of course, You have your typical wear and tear, but for the most part, it's great. It helps a lot in keeping the dust off the floor. The mopping part of the vacuum isn't my favorite though, The wheels will lose traction and spin in place because of the mopping solution that comes out. It also makes the ceramic tile stink. But that doesn't affect my rating. All in all for me, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After a week or so of the app randomly ceasing to work, it appears to be stable again. Unsure why that happened. All things considered, the app offers everything you need to control and use the device with a simple enough interface. I cant, however, give it a better rating for the fact that the app at any time can stop working.

I purchased "my Ruby" from Amazon back in February of 2021. Absolutely loved. Works very well. Even bought the wet scrubby and vacuum change over. Worked great until a week ago after coming home, opening app all for it to tell me my device isnt connected. After trying all of the basic restart device tactics still nothing. No way of contacting company! Very disappointing 😞😕
