I was so happy to find my lost video I downloaded it and you aren't able to view it. I've tried tons of times to re-download but it's unable to play the video when downloaded. After PAYING!??!? Video is unable to view outside of your app. I am requesting a refund and I hope you give it asap because the app doesn't do what it is supposed to do

Nice & wonderful application for getting back deleted data on Android smartphones. I started using it yesterday and found it to be a great relief for all those including myself, who have somehow lost their media files in the past. I must say the algorithm of UltData is very powerful as it easily. Found out even very old photos for me. Good work guys.

After I have installed and opened the Tenorshare UltData app, took some app progress. After that, my phone got working uncontrollably. So, Restarted my device, and found my gmail account was entered from unknown location and the warning came to my phone that you account suspiciously entered without your permission as shown. So, I uninstalled it -to protect my data and device from security as well as my data piracy. I hate this app and I don't trust this app !!!! Tenorshare UltData xxxxxxx

Pls evrybdy read my review bfore downloading. I uninstalled whatsapp and lost my local backup including pics,videos,docs. I spent 8 hrs trying to find a solution. Failed to find one that was reliable & reasonable. I tried the ultdata laptop version and it detected pictures that I had deleted few months back. But all the audio,video,doc files detected already existed in my phone. I still purchased the app and I regretted. Horrible quality of pics. They r just thumbnails which aren't even visible.

Absolute con! Avoid. Downloaded to restore YouTube history. Doesn't work. May as well flush your money down the toilet. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Refused refund so I had to get Google to do this.

I have been trying to arrange refund for the whatsapp recovery for few days now. They keep sending me the same emails asking for me to check the menu option when there is n such option in the software I downloaded. I send them screenshots several times, they don't even seem to read the mail. Such a waste of time and money. Will update if anything changes.

Trash. Does not do what is advertised. Shows me pictures, videos, documents etc that are not lost nor deleted. No refunds.

Installed the app. Paid ₹390 for the service. Unable to restore any files. They don't even have an option to for proper customer service.

Horrible experience when I try to recovery whatsapp data it's always show "to many attempts ! Please try again later" and there is no option to contact anyone whom help you

So far, so good. The price seemed reasonable, provided the program would actually work, and provided I could get a refund if it didn't. But so far I've tried the program on deleted photos, and all the photos I selected were recovered. :-) I do wish the interface were somehow different, meaning that on my device, a Galaxy Note 9, the controls were hard to see, in dark or light modes. But I can get accustomed to this.

This is a scam. Just subscribe to 1 week licence in order to recover deleted photo from my camera and recover disappearing WhatsApp msg. This apps doesn't recover my photos. For the WhatsApp msg when I try it is requesting the phone number in order to send a vérification code. I input several time a never got any code. Very dissapointed !

Recovered photos are Grade‐A garbage! Just realized that vacation pictures were missing from my phone, and this app did successfully find them - cue excitement! But when I looked at the 2 "free trial" photos downloaded, the quality was so poor you could scarcely tell what was I the picture! Don't waste your time with this.

Not free. At all! The "download" is free. Once you give it access to your entire phone it brings up all files "found" allows you to listen to 2 seconds of message b4 you decide if you want to pay $5 to receive it. ACTUAL QUOTE FROM. SCREEN 2s free then pay to hear more. Wouldn't have even cared but 2s was not enough to tell me which file was the one I was looking for. Smh. 2s of audio is the only thing that is free.

Absolutely love this app!!! Somehow pictures i had taken with my phone while on a cruise while it was connected to my laptop got erased. I tried buying a recovery & repair software on my computer but couldnt find the pictures i was specifically looking for. I decided to download this app and within a matter of minutes i found the pictures i was looking for and recovered them too. Great price for this product too.
