After updated on 5/2/2020, app get crash when it is opening.....till now i can not able to open that app. I have paid 2000 rs for bill payment of my credit card, but till now not to be reflected into my account, almost 15days gone.

Worst app! If you have added you money in the wallet, forget about getting it back or using it. I have my money stucked in the wallet, when I try to withdraw, it asks for KYC which I already have submitted to the bank. But no use. Remove this app from Play Store please.

I have been using this app. Recently I have updated. After updated it was not opening after entering password and login. The app stops and closes automatically after this

Wrost App. I was added 3k in it but it got stuck. Now i can't use it. I did Full KYC by visiting branch but the worst app still showing please do your kyc by visiting your nearest branch. No proper customer care. As a result i requested closed it, but still no response & no refund of money. The worst app I have ever seen. Don't download it and don't register,don't add money into it else your money will got stuck.

Worst app in the world, even technical team (developers) don't know when it works properly, neither responds to our mails if we have any issues nor resolution provided as my amount Rs. 5000 got stucked in the wallet now i am unable to log in since 3 days, getting requested time out when i tried to log in, how ridiculous this app, do the needful immediately. Please don't use ucopay wallet

I installed this app because I couldn't recharge my videocon d2h from the bank app. Loaded Rs 500 from my account. Couldn't recharge d2h. Again tried to add biller payee but it doesn't work. Tried sending the money back to my bank app but it's refused. Again my phone warned me that this app keeps working in the background(for what?) and guzzles up battery charge so uninstalled. My money gone down the drain. This app is a fraud. Zero star, but had to give one star as they do not allow review.

UCOPay+ wallet is working or not?? i want to open an instant account. so i fill all the details and by last step to add nominee when click to submit, it show a pop up that unable to process, try again later. please try again later. now i want to know if this app is closed then how i close this UCOPay+ wallet??????

Worst app ever, when I try to login it show "ucopay+ s" and other nonsense things. Over all I am unable to login for two days... Developer are totally unable to complete the development of the app. If they are unable to develop the app then why this type of nonsense things are in play store...😠

App is not working i create a saving account but when i proceed for video kyc sedule then showing error Request time out, please try again" i try last 1 month but do not work, i never seen like that banking app..and some devices not open anything camera & galary for document upload for video kyc sedule... After allow all permission then not working anything This is totally unacceptable by bank or branch I've already visited the branch…

Excellent app for credit cards and Uco Bank account holders. less use for Others to use this. We can add amount through credit card and transfer to our uco accounts without any charges. This is the only one app for credit cards wallet without fee

After recent update my 3000rs got stuck in wallet and I am not able to transfer to the account or do any kind of payment. However this problem occur after recent update and same thing happening with many Ucopayplus customers. Kindly do the needful action earliest possible in this time of crisis to ensure every customer get there money transfer to their account soonest possible. Thanks.

After recent update I am not able to transfer my money from wallet to bank account. My 5000 rs got stucked. It says this feature is temporary disabled. And even I cannot do anything other than transfer as well. Like electricity bill pay, recharge, piped gas bill pay nothing I can do. So please give a update resolve this issue as soon as possible.

its server is down all the time, It's been a month since I installed this app but I'm still not able to open my account. When the Aadhar card OTP will come, that page is not opening till today, it is just showing that unable to process. I installed this app thinking that my account will be opened but it is a bad app and useless.

Your app is not working properly since you have released new update on your app.. I can't load Mony in the App. I have tried multiple times to load Mony in wallet with various options but it's failed every time at last stage after placing an OTP. I think there is some bug in the update. I request you to kindly fix is as soon as possible or release new update for the aap.

This is the worst app i've ever gone through. Many times it gets crash when you're adding money to uco wallet and your amount gets stuck as amount gets deducted from the source from which you were adding but doesn't get highlighted in your uco wallet I'll never recommend this app to anyone Also there is no proper customer care service by which you can sort it out query

Hated It. Nothing at all really works. You can only add money and no withdraw option. Never got the debit card delivered even after branch formalities. App is barely functional. Branch and staffs aren't aware of anything. My overall experience with this app and bank both has been really very unpleasant. Please improve your services.

Unable to upload documents in video kyc section. Also it shows white blank page in Instant A/c Details section. I visited the nearest bank branch and they asked me to fill out a new opening account form again with photos on it and submit it. So, there's no use of this UCO PAY+ app. If you want to open a new account it's better to visit bank and fill out a new form and submit.
