If there would be any zero star I will also give that to this app. This app file agree in opening the application is quite good after that server is showing connection error after 4 to 5 times of attempts it is opening to second phase where OTP verification is conducted. While sending OTP it is showing error, how could a person even find error in OTP session, how we are going to trust in this app. Worst app I have seen ever.😡😡😡

I think Video Life Certificate Submission is utter failure in the App. After uploading the required images, there is no screen visible to enter OTP received in mobile. Tried several times, received several OTP's but the screen is stand still even after clicking submit. Thought it is very useful for senior citizens, but seems to be a failure effort.

I like how I experience, but I get one ads. Then I do unstall this app, and tried for the ads app 'uco banking plus' . Unsatisfiably, from my experience of my ads my account is debited with Rs 500 without debited message, rather I get credited message (Rs 6) is credited, but I got that its a fake black business. So guys dont tried to use UCO Plus. This mpassbook is better, its easy to use for transaction I like it so much, thank you.

Very disappointing I am not able to access app from last 8-10 days. I have clear app data, reinstalled app number of times but not working. There is not point of contact to resolve this issue.

This is the Worst app , as I can't login in this app . It is always showing " error & server can not connect, try after some time " . So , I have very bitter experience of this app . I have called to customer care for this problem but there is not any option to talk with customer care , there is only some options of menu to know the account balance . So, uco bank should improve this & please do needful that I can login uco bank m pass book app .

The best part of the app is Personal ledger, through which one can track his/her daily expenses subsequently monthly expenses can be seen so control. it is the best app amongst other. one modification is required that when we mistakenly click/select password all the data get deleted.

Useless app, everyday when I use this most of the times it shows "Connection timeout, please try after some time" Tried uninstalling the app, and reinstalling, updating the app, nothing works. Ucobank's app service has been very poor, very bad experience.

The passbook app doesn't show the entire passbook! Only for a few months. What is the use of the app then? The account statement also can be generated maximum for 6 months only! Useless. Also, there is an ootion to send feedback but as soon as you press submit it always gives connection error and asks to try again later! Very disappointed.

Latest update broke the app as its not opening up with home wifi network. whenever I am trying to open the mPassbook app or the uco mBanking app with my wifi on, both the apps start showing a popup for few minutes with "Processing, please wait" dialogue then after few minutes it shows an error pop up saying "Connection timed out, please try later". Both of these apps work fine when mobile data is on. But they don't work with wifi net. This bug was never been there before. FIX IT ASAP..

Why is this app so slow, it takes more time because the server is slow and most of the time it just says try again ... 😡🤬

Your app is not working most of the time. Unable to connect to server is the message I am getting everytime.. very good app please don't discontinue but keep the app working anytime...
