Your app is good to use but we can not download the bank statement from your app when ever one try to get bank statement it shows "Unexpected error". Please do something to rectify such error. Can not download intrest certificate of home loan for taxation.

This app is very useful. The only thing I find irritating about this app is navigating through different options. To give an example, there is no way for a new user to know that the "account statement" is inside "quick services" option. I think it will be useful if there was a pdf file listing the hierarchy of options, or if the options were structured differently. thank you uco bank team💰

Something is secerly wrong with this app. It does not work properly, I am unable to access my passbook. The login process is complicated and the app itself is quite laggy.

What a vague app it is, You are asking all details of debit card along with pin, lost your minds or what... api's response is giving error that maintaince is going on, why the hack there is no screen in case maintaince is going on. App gets logged out abruptly. Such a worst development really.

In critical timings it shows 'Unable to process the request. Please try again after sometime'. It's not the first time. It's been the third time. Kindly sort this out so that we may find the app more useful.

The Ucombanking app is okay but has an outdated UI. I love the "U Cash" feature and the ability to change my ATM PIN through the app. However, linking my Gmail to my account doesn't work, no matter how many times I try. It's frustrating and needs fixing.

UCO mobile banking app doesn't allow either to take screenshot or to download any receipt like proof to share whom we have paid, which is must for the acknowledgement from the guy. Even I have seen other banking apps which doesn't allow screenshot, but they allow to download receipt. This is a major drawback I feel to be a problematic. Also I have noticed new problem now a days that when we try to transfer any amount to someone, sometimes it keeps on processing, finally it fails the payment.

I live outside India. Whenever I want to login pn the bank app i always enable my location and exit the flight mode. However, over the last few weeks I have not been able to login. The app always shows me a message 'Unable to process the request'. assumed that probably I may have to update an app. When checked play store, u found that it is not the case. Can anyone help. Thanks

1) got logged out and when I tried login again, it can't verify mobile number saying Unable to fetch mobile number 2) not receiving Loan Interest certificate via email 3) Android phone has a security feature to temporary allow location permission so that apps cannot track me. I gave this type of location access to the app. But next time UCO app prompted that it doesn't have permission. why the app needs to know my location even when I am not using it? Why do you want to track me all the time?

The apps has serious technical issues. Almost every time it says 'unable to process the request, please try again' when I try to open the app. Now, you will say share the screenshot with us. But, the app doesn't allow to take screenshots. I have tried.

Till these days it was so good working with app. I had gold loan and I paid through this app itself. Though living in abroad it was good. But presently I'm facing issues ; I updated my software in my mobile after that I'm not able to open the app. I tried many options looking you tube and google. But still my problem is not rectified. But I'm receiving all messages from bank. Can anyone help regarding this issue. I removed my abroad sim and also tried no use.
