Very 1 st it working nicely but after the new version of june 2022 is not opening and working...all the photos and vidos are vanish....i want all my photos and videos again...please retrive the problem and quickly recovery that a lot of pepoples are affected...so please help us π

Sir, I am using this app since last 1 year.. It was very good..but suddenly it stopped working in my mobile phone, i re installed it.. But then also.. Its not opening.. I was logged in by gmail account.. And i have saved my veey very important and personal informations and data in this app, please help me to get that back..!!..

Please try to fix the problem everyone is facing with this app.. It is not working and everyone is facing the same problem.. This app is surely made for benefits but as it is not working it is your responsibility to repair the damages. Fix it or give us some way so we can recover all the files from this app.

it was good but I am not able to share it anywhere I really wanted to share my some videos to my another phone bcz it's feeling like this phone is not gonna work for more than 1 or 2 days nd I have my precious memories in this app so kindly solve my problem nd make it easier to share anywhere I want plzzz it's an big request

In the beginning it was good to save pictures and videos in this vault...now i can't even open the app...seriously I have saved many important details in this ...now I don't have access to it?...I wish I could give minus rating π‘π‘π‘π‘

Begining of use this app I thought it is great but after put some data in app, re-download the app. Untill showing please turn on internet connection even having 5g connectivity. This app service is being worst , would recommend to those who are looking for privacy app. Don't download such aap which is data corrupt app. If you want to improve, fix my problem first.

I'm using this App since last one year.But suddenly it's not working properly in my mobile was Re-installed it and not opening the UC Valut app..And I was logged my gmail account... and I'm saved my photos and videos all my data in this app.. so please I kindly request you I want my Total photos and videos... I'm requesting UC Valut app Owners π friends any body know this solution please Tell me friends

Beginning it was fine.Now could not even open the app. Please do fix this issues. Seriously, feeling very bad for choosing this app, please do consider, how important our memories are! So, developer, Please reply... Or give some solution for the problem. I am really stressed because of this. Please fix this issues as soon as possible. At least give hope that you will fix this bug and put the heart at ease. Understand the seriousness of this issues. Thank you

Used to work fine. But now I can't even open it. I have lots of important data and no access as app keeps crashing. Developers not responding at all. Are you guys gonna fix it or what. Literally one of the worst experiences.

Do not download this app. Saved many pics and videos in it, which are now lost because this app never opens. It keeps on crashing, it says. Such a waste piece! Should have read the reviews before, i could have saved myself frm the oain of lossing my pics n vids.

It was all working fine previously, after the recent updates in 2022, app is totall crashing and not even opening , god knows if i can retrieve the pics and videos that are stored in this app ! Hoping an early resolution from app tech's (Please don't download until then )

Worst worst worst!!!!!! App. It was working fine from past 4-5 months but don't know what happened..it doesnt working even i can't open the app ...i hve saved my all phtos nd videos in this app... now how do i get all of them? i want my data.. do somthng....wish it have an option for minus rating....really very disappointed.

Firstly when I downloaded this application it was good . I had saved my photos videos and some other important data as well , but when I try to open it after updating , don't know why I'm unable to open it . Such a bad experience . I want my data and revert from you as soon as possible π π

I have 0 in my password, and when I tap on it to enter and open the app, app is getting crashed. Tapping on 0 app gets crashed and Im unable to open the app, and all my pics are available in the same. It is really very bad experience to the user, and now Im stuck with all the pics containing in it. Can you people please tell me solution of how do I get back all of them and open the app ?

Yes, when download and open this updated version app, there is no photos/videos in which I had previously in this app. It's major issue, but i can able to find my data in phone storage under hidden folder name .Secretvault->.nomedia->.photos/.videos . Here our data is in .bin format we can rename those files to needed format. Through this way we can get our data back.

when you put your videos into this app to hide, it will not work and the video will disappear from your file/gallery, you will lose your video permanently...... idlf you love your some special videos don't ever try to put them into this app....
