Useless company. When you order from their global store, the order will be stuck at customs and eventually the items will be destroyed because they don't clear customs and Ubuy will not help. Ubuy does not mention any of the special approvals you will need from government agencies upfront tricking you into believing that a minimal KYC is all you need. Save your money and stay away from this fraud company!

Too expensive to ship to india and costly taxes. Cant purchase my favourite trex toy. The normal price of the product is(one qty)93$ and when it comes to the shipping and the taxes it turns into 242$.

your app seems to encounter an internal error, this notification always appears on my phone. please fix this error, also i have save items on my order list, when i open the list it shows empty.

Orders take too much time to be delivered. They mentioned that it takes 3-6 days, but until now, it has been 10 days, and I haven't received my order yet.

The app is quite stable but the shipping fee is highly over cost about 50℅ of your order cost as in my case I unfortunately got around 30$ shipping fee for a mere m.2 that is actually half of its cost! Which is obviously over costing PLUS there's an unknown high cost labeled as customs while I didn't make any customization so I don't know what it stands for but I think I'm ok since it would be my first & last purchase and my order still around 100$ but for those who got more or a whole cart IDK.

I love ubuy and its offers but I hate the fact that when ever I put something in my cart from American store it goes to Indian store which means even if I change my store back to American store everything I put it in my cart will disappear I wonder if I won't just make a loss by purchasing products from Ubuy I don't want regrets after my experience with this app.

I have just received 1/2 of my first order with Ubuy. The other half should be here soon. The products were well packaged, shipping went well. I know my country's maximum order amount in order to avoid import fees (a complaint I have read). One product was not the advertised product that I purchased. It is not possible to cancel your order yourself, especially before Ubuy takes the money out of your account. You can ask them to cancel, but then you must negotiate the refund amount.

Downloaded the app after looking at the website. I was trying to get a bunk bed shipped to Puerto Rico. The app doesn't show Puerto Rico or even the US. When I tried to buy through the website, the bed was around $800, but the shipping from a US warehouse to my PR address was over $10,000! Umm... no thanks!

I'm really disappointed Ubuy they literally change the words omg in order it was showing processing whereas in email it suddenly popout showing that your product is cancelled due to lose of product inwarehouse! when I went to customer care I asked them why is it still showing processing? and they told your order is still in the dispatched and bla bla bla and again asked them then why in email it's showing that your order has been cancelled when I asked this question they ended the chat😡how rude

Both the app and the website are faulty. I use the correct password, yet it say invalid. I know why, it is because the characters that I use in passwords. And the website/app can't handle this. Which is a huge NO NO. Yet, this doesn't mean the password is incorrect. It means that a safe password isn't possible. Therefore, I advise not to use this (and other) website/app.

BIG scam, with hidden costs inflated the final price without any accountability or ownership for delivery. only half my order arrived. The remaining crucial items still undelivered, .CS horrible multiple attempts, they provided false information, claiming I hadn't paid despite having a valid bill and invoice.They need 48 hrs to validate a purchase the purchase made 1 month. Refund shud be given for products and the express shipping paid also..

Very bad customer service. My order which was 12k was split into 2 orders and for each delivery I was charged customs duty on 12k. And mistake done by ubuy they will never admit even after multiple submission of proof to them. After multiple calls and proof submission i was not charged on 2nd item. But I will give 3 stars due to dumb chat customer center.

I love that it has a lot of variety that Amazon doesn't have .however they charge for custome and shipping insanely. I was reviewing my bag before ordering and accidentally noticed an item on it was out of stock ,so I reviewed all the items in my bag separately and all of them was out of stock. the app didn't show this and was ready for the checkout and payment!.not sure if I can trust to purchase from them ,especially that most of their products are out of stock .strange
