What in God's name you ppl are doing! App keeps taking longer to retrieve user info or login. Can't make payments to same user i have been paying for years! Service getting worst for overseas! Your upload cnic button doesnt work. I tapped that button several times and it didnt work. Trying to scan the cnic or the overseas card doesnt work either. App is as useless as the bankers in the bank. Thank you for making our lives more miserable and tough than it already is.

I live in Saudi Arabia and I have a UBL account and unfortunately I forgot the password which I am currently changing but the account gets stuck when it goes to verification. And if it doesn't go ahead, please solve this problem so that I can further makes transaction and manage my account from my phone please

I am experiencing a very annoying situation. I have been using the UBL Digital App for almost 3-4 years. It is really pathetic and substandard App as compared to BAF Alfa App. Now I just got it updated and suffering from this message that your Ubl Digital App has crashed. I have uninstalled the app and installed it again many times but in vain. The customer service says clean your cache. Please help me out from this problem.

Please fix your app development who's developing this application. For account password recover can't scan the ID card because it doesn't support camera focus and stays blurry and it can't scan the ID then. And also ID upload option doesn't work at All it doesn't work when you tap on upload option. Even when I tried inside Pakistan it can't scan fingerprint no matter what kind of background I try it says try again 50 times I tried. And Tried on all my 3 phones

Great app! User-friendly interface, well-organized features, and seamless functionality. One suggestion: add a feature to view transaction history for Raast ID transactions. Currently, this info isn't accessible. Having it would enhance the user experience and provide a complete record of transactions.

The app is user-friendly, with a clean interface that makes managing my finances a breeze. I especially appreciate the convenience of being able to check my account balance, transfer funds, and pay bills all in one place. However, I did encounter an issue when trying to set up my card for payments in the UBL Pay app. The process didn't proceed as expected and kept quitting to the mobile home screen. I hope this gets resolved soon, as it would make the app even more efficient.

This is the worst digital app experience. I have never written a review ever in my life but UBL pathetic app has compelled me to write a review. It happened to me twice in one months that I am not being logged in. Despite clearing cache, uninstalling and speaking to the representative still its not working. The representative asked me to share a screenshot and email to IT Team. Imagine the cumbersome process to get it back. Why can't you guys fix it?

One of the worst apps I've ever used. It's full of bugs and takes forever to load. Generating statements is a nightmare. Hours of waiting with nothing happening. With Payments It just keeps loading, only to fail due to a timeout. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid UBL Bank and this app at all costs.

Cheque can't be deposited through the cheque management inspite of more than 15 attempts, every time it shows the error QR CODE CAN'T BE DETECTED whereas the same QR code is explicitly and clearly printed on the said cheque. It means your app should remove this cheque deposit option as it is very irritating for someone to waste his time by trying to use this option. So I request you to remove the cheque deposit option from your UBL app. Looking forward for your positive and prompt response plz.

Overall App Experience is great. From UI/UX to exciting digital services, the app surpasses other titles. The only Issue I've encountered yet is the branch selection. The app has chosen one branch while I chose another resulting in delivery issues for cheque books etc. and not having access to far off places :). So there must be an option for transfering accounts over branches like the other banks providing. This is of course one of the biggest Issue. Hope this'll be fixed soon.

One of the best banking apps in Pakistan. Easy to use interface, and I love how everything is available through the app so you don't have to keep running to the bank or calling them up. Plus, there are lots of updates coming in all the time that ensure your banking experience is not just safe but also customizable and fun. Kudos to the developers working on this!

I can't find this app best and helpful for our savings. I lost my money without any transactions or message. Recently I stored 10k, after a week when I open this app suddenly I saw my balance as 8k without any reason I don't know when and how 2k are lost. This is my personal experience so i share this with you that it is not safe.

Having hard time in adding someone for payments and money transfer. The app could not able to fetch the account details from the system through IBN or even through account number. Spoke to customer service/support at the given number but couldn't able to resolve the issue and only advised to clear the Cashe memory. Even after re-installing the app, I couldn't able to add someone for payments and transfer money. Either recieve message that service not available or cannot fetch data from system.

Getting worse with each update.. App logs you out while in the middle of making transactions.. this is so frustrating.. leaving app idle while logged in makes sense, and thats about the only time the app should log you out automatically.. once sitting idle! NOT WHILE ACTIVELY USING THE APP AND ESPECIALLY IN THE MIDDLE OF A FREAKING TRANSACTION!!! (Additionally, i have been unable to log in the app on iPhone for good about 4 months now!!).. Prime example of moving from Hero to ZERO!!!

The UBL App crashes upon opening after the latest update. Update: No one bothered to respond on time when I tried contacting on Facebook. Wish I could give zero stars. Update 2: Still does not work. Made multiple complaints, but the bank closes them without fixing the damn issue. Update 3: Version 3.4.0 has the same crashing issue. Just takes longer to crash. Tried reinstalling, clearing cache and data. Still keeps crashing.

After the update doing the same task takes double the time. Highly frustrating. UI has been preferred over usability. Clearly the developers don't understand what usability it. They are asking me to uninstall and reinstall the app. Amazing! Already selected reduce motion. There should be an option to disable motion. Moreover the extra/redundant steps to do a task need to be reduced. The login screen itself is so annoying.

Useless app after the update. It crashes on login. I have tried it on three different phones with the same results. If you use the biometric option then it just hangs while it crashes if you put in your credentials. Seems like people have been complaining but UBL is not able to fix the issue. Update: after receiving the response from the developer, I followed the instructions and deleted the app and restarted the phone and then reinstalled the app again. Same results.

Does not work, can't verify ID as scan and upload both don't work. App requires you to verify your identity but with scanning your ID or upload it, when you use the scan option, the camera is not activated to take a picture/scan. When you select the upload option, it ask you to "tap" to upload the document but never clicks to open an upload location. Going to a third party platform (Facebook) to get support is not an option a secure banking system should be promoting.
